I had my acrylic nails filled here as a walk-in customer. I had previously had my nails done back at home in Minnesota about two weeks prior for my wedding. I wasn’t particularly happy with them, but with the wedding the next day, there wasn’t a lot of time to fix this. The young man who did my nails here made them so much more natural looking, and patiently waited as I was slow to choose my color. I could tell that he really cared about making each uniform, and my hands symmetrical. If I lived here, I’d be a repeat customer for sure!

Me and my mom went and got mani pedis, it was great!! She got dip nails that look so cute and I got gel polish with a design, and they are perfect. Exactly what we asked for. The pedicures were great also! Definitely recommend.

UPDATE: I came back 2 days later and they re-did my nails with no issues.I got an acrylic fill and my mother got a pedicure.The acrylic fill went by very quickly. But it has been less than 24 HOURS and my nails are already cracked, the polish has bubbled in places, and my finger has yet to heal from when the lady cut it (and made me bleed) Pics attached are of acrylic fill and cracks in my nails! Very disappointing.No complaints from my mom’s pedicure.

My nails are finished with stunning color and design. The technicians are very proud and careful in their work. When I left, I was very happy.

Went in yesterday on Sunday to get my nails done early for Ostara, it was obvious they were short staffed and very busy but they accommodated me and got my nails done! I had a picture for reference and the tech did her best to match it!! I did feel the burden of the tech being rushed while working with me but overall I would definitely go back and I love my nails! I came for a pedi and fill.. great customer service but price for a fill was 50.00.. where I live the same nails for a full set is 40.00.. kinda crazy 85.00.. fine with the pedi price but definitely not coming back for a fill or full set.. they are okay or could of been better..

Ive gone here 3 times, theyre fast and usually on point but Ive overheard people say theyre get manicures got bubbles in them and so the same thing happened to mine yesterday ! Beautiful French but 4 hours later a bunch of bubbles started to appear. Its a shame

First time here. Have gone to other places in Punta Gurda. The salon was clean and professional based on appearance. Got a gel manicure/regular pedicure today. Pedicure ok, manicure sloppy, already chipped on 3 nails, polish noticeably bubbling on majority of nails. I did not inspect closely before I left. I’m leaving to go back to my home state tomorrow and will need these re-done. I do not have the ability to go back here to have them redone, as vacationing here, no car. Disappointing.

I’ve been a client for 3+ years. Always satisfied with the service and care. Nails, pedicures and waxing very professional. During this time I feel sanitizing and plexishields at stations, mask wearing follows the CDC guidelines. Highly recommend.

Beware the hidden charges! In from out of town and needed a quick pedicure. Very comfortable Salon, beautifully decorated, fabulous massage chairs, very busy but they keep customers moving with the large staff and plenty of tables and chairs. My nail technician was very friendly and easy to communicate with, but not totally thrilled with the quality of my pedicure, especially for what I ended up paying. Wish he had been more thorough and spent more time on the toes. Dont really look evenly filed. Same with a manicure. Didnt scrape under the nails or use a brush to make sure they were nice and clean. Clear gel Polished Nails with dirt showing?? Thought that was odd. Surprise came when it was time to pay and I was charged $15 extra for the spa chair. Signage indicates spa pedicure $25. I selected an upgraded pedicure for $40 from the menu I was presented (same as at home). When time for checkout came I was charged the price on the menu plus an additional $15 for sitting in the chair. Charged the same price for exact same manicure at home with the exact same brand of lotions and amount of massage and of course it includes the massage chair! Okay experience for a vacation, I just feel I paid so much more than necessary ($80 plus tip) for a mediocre gel manicure and gel pedicure. Dont think it would be my regular salon if I lived in town.

Went to Lovely Nails a month ago for mani & pedi. I go to a nail salon because I think they will do a better job than if I do it myself. My mani was for SNS French manucure. I love my nails with natural look, so I always ask for a soft pink powder. 2 days ago I went back for a fill and pedi. I dont like to have a guy doing my mani or pedi. I think they are not as good as girls. 2 days ago got a young guy, not very smiley & friendly, but I dont care. For my pedi : he left a spot of my former color on the middle toe. He did not do a good job! For my mani, he did not ask and I presumed that he was able to judge what his co-worker did 1 month ago! No!!!! He decided to put medium pink. When I realized it was too dark and (beurk I hate my nails!) It was already too late to start over. LAST - LAST TIME I go at Lovely Nails. You lost a very good client!

The first thing I did in Florida this time and it actually just lighten up my day. Did not expect much fun from this conference trip when I came too early to check in so I went here with an old friend who is a local here. Pretty impressive I have to say. Staff is very nice and professional. Everyone is so easy to talk to. Technicians are very patient and skillful. They are up to date with new trends and take their time to make sure everything is right. The place is clean and well organized. Price is very reasonable. My nails turned out great with beautiful coat and perfect shape and length. Very satisfied. Highly recommended !!!

None of the colors were right

Not my first time being here and I have never had any bad experience with the place so maybe I should share some thoughts. I usually schedule an appointment before hand and never really had to wait when I got there. Staff is very nice and professional. Technicians are very skillful and easy to communicate with. I had a spa pedicure today and as always, it felt so great and now nails now look fantastic with perfect shaping. The place is very clean and well organized. Reasonable price. Pretty much nothing to complain about. I would recommend this place to anyone who ask me for a decent place to trust !

Just went there for the first time and I was absolutely satisfied. Steven did my nails and they were extremely nice and the place was extremely clean and professional. My nails came out beautifully and the way I like them, I’m very picky about the way I like my nails and I didn’t have to tell him to change anything. An I waited no longer then 5 min. I will deff be returning.

I’ve been going to lovely nails for well over a year now every two weeks with out a standing appointment and have always been fully satisfied with my experiences here. Everyone is properly trained, time efficient, and very nice and kind.

If I could give it zero stars I would, and I wont go back! Went for a pedicure. Water was cold. When I mentioned it, she didnt seem to understand. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I have never had a pedicure go that fast. She did a horrible job. There was no massage. She literally gently rub up and down a few times. Did not trim my nails and failed to buff the nails on my right foot! When I brought that to her attention, she just proceeded to paint the nails. When checking out she told me $25. I gave her a credit card & she asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said yes. The receipt was for $30. When I questioned her, she said tip. I asked her if she decided how much tip? She said sorry no English! I told her this was bad business!! Angry and thoroughly disgusted! Dont go here!

Had appointment that I set up a month ago. The tech was a no show. The lady that took me did about 15 min. less than my neighbor who ordered same pedicure no sanding on my toes/feet. Manicure,no massage and spoke in Vietnamese to another employee who was standing over us during my manicure. Very rude. Think I could have done better on cruise ship, I will try elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing. They dont have the usual nail salon smell. The service was nice and smooth and we were taken very quickly by just being walk ins. The people working there were so nice, asking if everything was okay during the pedicure. And it felt like they actually cared because they made conversation with us :)

The techs here are wonderful! They put their customer first! When the nail was working on me she would ask if I had any requests and I did. She fulfilled each one perfectly. She was gentle and would make sure I was comfortable. When she was finish, my nails were just stunning!!

I went there for the first time and didnt like the nail tech and what she did. I decided to give it another try with another tech. I now use Nina. She does a fabulous pedicure and Dip powder on my nails and always does what I want with a cute sparkly design. Shes very sweet and friendly and really does a nice job. I will stay with her for now on. The salon is clean and it seems like most everyone there is friendly.

I love my nails and Kayla. Next time I will be sure to make an appointment. Place is always clean and friendly. I used to own a salon in Illinois over twenty years ago ...I would have hired all of your nail techs. Good job. Good luck over the summer and as soon as Publix is open again. First and last time at Lovely Nails! Paid $40 for a pedi and it was over in twenty minutes. My nails were half painted and he didn’t even try to clean cuticles just painted over. What a joke - he was more concerned what he coworkers were doing than his job. NOT worth the money and there are much better places than this one.Never to return!

I really like lovely nails because the air tools come packaged after their and sterilize them unlike other salon that charge less but dont clean there tool that will. The salon is very clean and employees are very professional. Had a very nice experience and I have been to many different nail salons with this overall is the best and its so lovely.

The charge for a pedicure is not ad advertised. I went with a $40 upsell which was supposed to come with extra massage it was just normal. The hot towel was way too hot a burned my foot. My polish does not look great. Will not return.

I got color 539 for me pedicure which I absolutely love and it turned out really nice but The one reason I got a pedicure was to get rid of all my calluses which they didn’t even do anything with except for lotion. Then for my manicure I got a new lady for it and I wanted one shade of pink lighter then what my ties were and I liked the color 538 so I asked for that one. She started doing my nails and the colors he put on was orange instead of pink. Like it’s an orange that a 3rd grader would get in their toes. Now I wasn’t going to say anything because I’m a timid person and if they messed up the numbering she would have to go through hundreds of colors just to find that but when she asked if that was my color I shook my head no and she’s didn’t even do anything about it. So I just let her do that if she was going to be that way but when it was over she put too much topcoat on that when my hands went into the UV light dryer that it burned. There is also nail polish left on my skin that was never cleaned up.

A really nice nail salon with an upscale, spa-like feel and great staff. They are pretty meticulous about their manis and pedis and use a lot of great all-natural products. The owners are super nice and very professional. They do accept walk-ins, and its easy to get in during the week, at least for now.

I walked in for a pedi and gel mani.. I got sat right away and offered some tea or water.. Everyone was really nice and they did a really great job... And believe me Im picky! It was very clean and quiet so I was able to relax. The other girls in the salon were regulars and really seemed to love this place. I think Ive found my new nail spot!

This is my absolute favorite nail salon for many years! Such nice service. We make an appointment in the morning at 2:30pm and she was able to accommodate 2 pedicures within 30 minutes. We got the pedi and mani. Worth it. The technicians really do a great job, for both regular manicure and gel. It is also a quiet and peaceful nail salon which I really appreciate. I’ve went here two separate times with my daughters and had different people each time. They are sloppy with there painting and overpriced for what you get. My nails are two totally different shades, not even and I have had gel polish all over my fingers when walking out the door both times. Also quickest and worst pedicure I have ever had. Definitely one of the worst quality of nail places I have been and most money Ive wasted in awhile.

Got in quick with no appointment. The girl doing my nails didnt talk much to me and when she went to cut the nails she didnt listen to what I wanted. She cut them shorter than I asked and then said it looks better. Im the one paying for the nails and i want them how I want them. The finished product looks ok. Not great, the acrylic isnt even covering the whole nail I can still see my nails at the cuticle and on the sides of the white tip nail she used. She rushed and I am not happy with my nails. Wont be coming back there.

My wife’s experience here was terrible. Major language barrier, poor quality of service, poor communication, poor customer service - all from the owner! The place looked clean & had tons of customers, but my advice is not to go there.

Not consistent. One time I went, the guy hardly did any massage. I said that was the fastest pedicure I ever got! The next time I went, I had a good massage, but the gel was sloppy on my toes, and they didnt fix it. The prices are never consistent either. I finally started going somewhere else.

First and LAST time I will visit here. I went in on a Sunday afternoon, because they are one of the few places open on a Sunday. It was a little busy and I waited about 20 mins, no big deal. When the guy Stephen came over to fill my nails he suggested I try a dip. He peeled away part of my acrylic on my thumb and said not too worry that he would fix. It didn’t and left me with concave nail bed. Also I wanted a French tip, as I usually get gel. The dip was uneven and not clean. When he was finished it looked like I still needed a Fill! Awful work. I think he wanted to do the Dip because it is faster than traditional acrylic fill and there were customers coming in and they were short handed that day. I told him I was unhappy and I didn’t like it. He said “next time we do acrylic” there won’t be a next time. $40 for an awful job and my nails need to be redone. I won’t be back.
