I had a massage with Ana Ruiz in Elan salon. I tried to make an appointment in other salons and they were booked for those days I needed a massage. I called to Elan salon and got an appointment with Ana. From the beginning I was very sceptical about her because she wasnt booked and the salon offered me different appointments time, but for me it was a big surprise how good she is!!!She is strong yet very gentle and very skilled. Her hands are amazing! I left the salon completely relaxed. Then I made several more appointments with her. I highly recommend Ana to everyone who needs good massage

I got lash extensions from Beth and she was so amazing! From the moment I walked in the salon she made me feel comfortable. I told her my struggles with getting my lashes done before and she accommodated me perfectly. She took her time but was also efficient and gave me the most beautiful set of lashes I’ve ever had 😭😭 10/10 I highly recommend her and this salon!

We just moved to PGI. Finding a stylist is always a challenge when moving but with Brooke at E’lan my search is over. She was amazing! E’lan salon is absolutely stunning! From the moment my hand opened the door to meeting Rachel was delightful. Coffee color and cut not to mention swat chatting getting to know one and other was impeccable. Just moving to Punta Gorda it was not easy finding a salon I’d want to become my permanent salon and oh so much more was so difficult. Until I walked through the door at E’Lon. I cannot express in words my heart felt thanks to everyone I met that day especially Rachel who was completely focused on me only for 2 hours. A very cute salon, larger than you’d expect in Punta Gorda. Greg and I got haircuts - they were able to fit us in at short notice. We also made appointments for next Tuesday, when we will get a facial (me) and massage (for him). All personnel was super nice and helpful. We felt pampered and happy with the prices.

I love this place !Diane is excellent and took the time to explain and give advice as to what my hair needed . I had my roots colored and a conditioning treatment on my hair and it has made a huge difference in my hairs texture .I have natural curls and they are much smoother. I will be back ! Contacted E’lan through their website after business hours and received a call the next day. It had been awhile since I had my hair colored and cut and I wasn’t 100% sure what was needed. The woman on the phone was friendly and booked an appointment with Brooke. When I arrived at the appointment, everyone was friendly and prompt. The salon was neat and clean. Brooke was awesome! I showed her a photo of the cut and color I wanted and she did a fantastic job! Both the cut and color were exactly what I asked for and the price was much lower than I expected. My next appointment is already set up! (FYI - For those concerned about pricing, I did not ask about pricing when I booked my appointment. I did see pricing information on the website but wasn’t sure what type of color service I needed.)

I received a gift card from a charity golf tournament that I played in and thought I would try your salon. I was given an appointment with Rachel that had just opened up. I explained to her what I wanted and she explained what she thought would look best with my current hair length and cut. Well, when she finished blow drying, my initial feeling was disappointment because it wasnt as short as I had asked for and while my hair felt soft and silky, it didnt have much body, so it looked very plain. I expressed my feelings to her, (but tipped her well :) ) and said we can always cut it shorter next time. Well, after washing and styling my hair this morning, I must say it is one of the best haircuts I have had in a very long time! Rachel really knows how to shape and work my mind of its own natural curls! I will definitely be back. And I have already and will recommend Rachel to my friends who compliment my cut. Paid $160 for shoulder length hair trim and bottom only color which washed out after ONE color safe shampoo ! They redid “darker” they said and washed out after just TWO Matrix Biloage color safe washes!! Requested refund on color portion only, not cut or tip and never heard back!!! What a WASTE!! Go at your own risk!!

I just got my first massage from Maggie and it was amazing, I have had bad back and shoulder pain for years now and I walked out of Elan Spa feeling brand new. She was so nice and personable and everyone else was very nice as well. I’m for dang sure coming back!

Such a lovely spa! If youre looking for a day adventure with the ladies this is it. I got a hot stone massage by Maggie that was to die for and a manicure &pedicure.

Dawn is my nail technician and I so appreciate her and the salon. It is very clean and the quality of my manicures and pedicures is top-notch. It is a little pricey but I dont mind as much because Dawns technique ensures it lasts longer than others Ive had elsewhere. I have purchased gift cards for others and they have been pleased as well.

1st time...Went for a haircut. told her I like fullness.... she scalped me and cut is uneven.. the worse haircut I have ever had. I will never go back nor recommend this salon. Shame on her for doing such a terrible cut!!!. sorry I had to give a star... doesnt deserve one.

Diane is the best hairdresser I ever had the pleasure to receive expert services for color to cut ! You know you have a great cut when it can drip dry and look as good as when it’s blow dried and styled. She rocks!!!

I just moved here from Henderson Nevada and was very concerned about finding a good stylist! E’lan was just 3 minutes from our new condo and everyday I drove by it was packed with cars! Thought that was a good sign. I dropped by to take a look and the receptionist (can’t remember her name) was very helpful and I made an appointment with a master stylist who had an opening the same day!Daniela Caracheo was my stylist and we hit it off right away! She is very knowledgeable. Love the colors we chose. The haircut is perfect for this humidity! I would recommend her to anyone! She may be young but she pays attention to what you want! She has a way about her that is very personal. She also gives a great shampoo!The pricing is set and you know up front what you will pay for different levels of stylists.
