I’ve gone to Craig’s cuts for years but today was just horrible. I asked the stylist to shave a line like I always do but today it was horrible. The stylist suddenly jumps to a 1/4 inch thick line which is way too wide, it isn’t even straight, and leaves an awkward short row of hair the sticks out and looks horrible.

Craigs Cuts is by far the best place Ive gone to in many years. Im a bit picky about how I prefer my hair and every time, the ladies there blow away my expectations and I walk out feeling on top of the world. I never tipped any of them 15 percent. 40 to 60 percent is my usual, sometimes even higher because they deserve it. Im even happier knowing that I live very close to them, so its very convenient for me to just stroll over there on foot and show up in a few minutes. You gotta make appointments there now, but it isnt too hard to just call ahead a day or two. They have me as a regular customer forever.

I just want to give a shout out to Martin who gave me a great haircut! He took his time, wasn’t rushed, and I could feel that the way he handled his tools that he was an experienced professional. I highly recommend him!

Kristina is one heck of a hair professional. Asian hair ain’t the easiest to cut but she did a splendid job with minimal instruction. A great conversationalist if you like conversation but not one who would talk your ears off as well. I’d recommend her to anyone given her skills. What a great experience! :)

I was here in October and it was cut way too short even though I asked specifically not to get too short. I came back this last Saturday in desperate need of a trim and she did a fantastic job! I hope to see it stay that way.

Seemed like a good place to get a hair cut. I called them up and they were unfortunately pretty busy at the time and didnt have a spot till 5. Their other place on campus was closed as well. Although I wasnt able to get my haircut, the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful, definitely seemed like a place that has some great customer service!! Im hoping to make it there one day to see how their service is!

Im a huge fan of this place. They give you a qrm towel and water with your haircut, which are also very good in my experience, and economical as well. I have always been treated well, even showing up without an appointment (although I recommend making an appointment, it makes everything a lot easier). I prefer this location the the one next to campus because there are usually more stylists, and therefore more flexibility in appointment times.

They cut my hair half the length I asked for, and it was clear they could not cut curly hair. They had a broken chair so they made me slouch almost off the chair to fit. My back hurt by the end of it.

They get it right most of the time for a reasonable price. Friendly people.

A great location that Ive gone to for years. Theyre arent quite as affordable as they used to be, but they are still a much better deal than other pricey hair cutting franchises. They may not give you a TV to watch, but almost all of the stylists Ive had have done a stellar job. And they pay attention to details, include a scalp massage and warm towel, and water bottles. Plus they dont try to push overpriced hair products.

My husbands stylist was really good and did a great job cutting his hair to his liking. She made sure to understand what he wanted and asked follow up questions. Very pleasant conversation too! He loved the tea tree oil massage. Definitely recommend!

Craigs cuts has been my go to place for several years. I love the friendly atmosphere and the professionalism of the stylist. Not only are you paying a low price for a haircut but you also get a great quality cut. Kristina is the stylist that I always request to cut my hair. She does a great job everytime and is always so friendly.

The service and quality of the cuts here are top notch. The staff is very skilled, Disnee especially has always done a great job on my hair. Cuts are cheap, quick, and consistent every time.

**During covid-19, you need to make an appointment and wear a mask** That should go without saying, but its Utah county so...Very fast, above average quality, quite affordable for short hair styles. If all you want is a haircut, this is a great return on your little investment. Im not sure about the other services they provide.

Loved it! my husband got his hair cut here on Saturday. We called first thing when it opened to see if they had any appointments, they did but they also said that we could walk in. We choose that options, they put our name on a list and we headed in. We got there and they took him back pretty much right as we got in. They were fast and attentive. We will be going back again!

I am usually nervous about getting my hair cut and colored because I am picky and like it a certain way. However, I just needed a trim this time and didn’t trust myself to cut it, so I went here and they did it for me. It was a nice clean cut and I was very happy with the job! It’s the same quality of a cut I would have paid much more than $10 to get, but for a trim it’s exactly what I wanted to pay. They got me in quickly as a walk-in customer and were very nice. Pretty much the place to go for just a standard haircut. My haircuts have always been quick and efficient and look great. I appreciate that the staff is able to read your personality/mood and either make pleasant small talk or give you space to relax. The complimentary scalp massage is nice and leaves your hair smelling great too.

Jasmin is a mind reader and deserves higher pay! I never know how to describe exactly what Im wanting as far as haircuts go but Jasmin was able to hear what I said, interpret what I needed. Jasmin is the only reason Im putting 5 stars.~many moons later~I grew out my beard and have been coming to this location for a while. STILL THE BEST. Jasmin is who you want! All the cosmetologists are great, but Jasmin is NUMBER 1!!!

Scheduling works well. The place is nice. My cut was mediocre: missed around the ear, didnt trim the neck or sideburns... I thought that was standard. This is the 2nd time Ive been and I prefer Dollarcuts

Great place to get your haircut, if you are a man. They also have cheap prices. They know how to cut mens hair VERY WELL. Which is hard to find, unless you want to go to a barber, which Im not in favor of that.also once you become a regular customer and find one of the hair stylist that work there to cut your hair just the way you want it she will take notes and so that way next time you come in you wont have to say a single word to her and she will just go off of her nose and your hair will be cut just like you like it.I personally schedule an appointment once a month with a specific person that works there to cut my hair and she does amazing job and Ive been going there for years.In general its an excellent place to get your haircut.They even give you a hot towel after your hair is cut to wipe your face off and everything.

We LOVE getting our hair cut here by Kristina! She is so great at cutting hair and really personable. She cuts all 3 of my boys hair and does a perfect job. She always takes the time to make sure we are completely satisfied with our haircut. Kristina always offers to let us come back and have her fix anything we are unsatisfied about. We are always very satisfied with her haircuts. One time my son was having a hard time learning to style his new hairstyle. She let him come back in and took the time to help him feel confident styling it. She is our favorite and very good at what she does!

I dont need to go here as much as I once did I have to say that it is almost always a pleasure to go to. They have a couple of amenities like water, hot towel and a scalp massage. I have never agreed to the scalp massage, but I enjoy the hot towel.Parking is a bear, you might get a spot in front. But you are probably better off parking in the garage behind the building.

This place is alright. It really depends on who’s working. The last time I came in, all the staff were really unprofessional and seemed like they didn’t want to be there—one stylist was actually sitting in front of the mirror doing her makeup instead of volunteering to cut my hair when I walked in. It seems like there’s just one or two stylists that are keeping this place functioning. They need to hire people who are more professional and passionate about hair, but I assume the stylists aren’t paid well enough in the first place so it’s hard to attract the right employees.

Been going here for years. Tried to go in two days in a row and got turned away both times. First time they said they were booked and the lobby was full so i left. No big deal. Next day i came in and the lobby was empty with three workers and two people getting haircuts. The worker not doing a haircut told me they were booked and that they had no room. I looked at her, and at the empty lobby and asked if i couldn’t wait and get a haircut. They said no. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

I can only tell you about Alyssa and she is great! I spent two years after we moved to Provo looking for a decent barber who could cut my hair the way I like and do it consistently. I got close a few times, but there were enough bad cuts that I didnt want to go back. I went to Alyssa on a while based on some other really positive reviews and I havent regretted it. I go about every 2 months. She keeps good notes on what I like and Ive had the same cut again and again. Quality work. Highly recommend.
