I had such a great experience! They were able to fit me in super last minute. Ray was a great stylist, took his time and explained what he was doing as he did it. I have really thick, difficult hair, and my hair looks great. I’m definitely going back.

Staff is super nice usually get my hair cut super early so they would give me free coffee and they really take there time to make sure that you’re haircut is on point. To the point that they say “ no it’s not good enough we making it better”

Jaclyn took about 9 inches off my hair and added a bunch of long layers. She was quick and professional and very sweet. I will definitely be going back to her in the future. Highly recommend.

I have been a loyal client to Jacklyn for over 3 years now. I have curly/wavy hair which I feel many stylists have not understood how to cut. Jacklyn knocked it out of the park with the devacut in my first appointment, and I have not been to anyone else since. I could not speak more highly about my experience with her at Capelli Salon.

I get my hair done here all the time, 10/10. I also got my eyebrows done here and they did an amazing job. Just the wax is very hot, the lady that did it didn’t wait for it to get warm. I do not have sensitive skin, so it didn’t bother me, but I wouldn’t recommend getting your eyebrows done here if heat bothers your face! 9/10

Capellis is my new hair salon, I love this place. I get my hair cut by Allison Clark- she specializes in mens cuts and she is fantastic! She also has a great personality and is a lot of fun to talk to. You can book appointments online and you can choose the experience level of the stylist you want. I definitely recommend this hair salon.

Allison is an amazing colorist! Despite the fact that Id used henna to color my naturally dark hair for years, she got me to Ash blond in no time and without damaging my hair. We even did purple for a minute. Shes awesome!

Allison is the absolute best there is! I drive an hour just to sit in her chair. Great work. Wonderful conversation and she walks you through every step shes doing during your appointment. Wonderful staff and great feel around the salon all together.10 of 10 Allison is the ONLY person I will ever let cuz my hair. Shes amazing. Highly recommend.

I am very nervous with letting strangers touch my hair, but I thought I would give this place a chance. I saw Amanda and she was amazing! Shes very professional and knowledgeable. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she helped me figure it out to suit my face and I am so in love with how she did my hair! I highly recommend her.

It was just 20 minutes trimming. I usually dont want to make any trouble so I closed my eyes and said anything before she asked. I only opened my mouth when I was not satisfied. My hair didnt cut neatly and I asked for it to be cut. That was a fair request. But she sighed and she cannot do that. Even my roommate can cut the same request. I think staff who cut my hair is just beginner not professional . I understand. But please train the staff not to sigh and not to show nuisance while cutting customers. What I asked for her was reasonable. I served the Navy before and even non-professional my trooper cut hair for me with same request. You are earning money by cutting others hair. Then you have to learn how to do that rather than saying you cannot do that. Now I have to go to barber who can trim my hair clean and say Yes I can.((My side and bak hair has same length and asked to cut only side and back. Its just cutting hair with trimmer. It never can be a hard job to professionals)) I wrote this at the end to show others that Im not complicated. I want to make her learn something from this review.

Very happy with this place. My wife gets her extensive dye routine done here every few months. I usually wait around for a bit, enjoying a coffee or tea that the receptionist gives me, and then enjoy the area a bit while she gets her hair done. My wife is pleased with the job they do and recommends Maryna. As is to be expected, there is a faint smell of hair products in the air, so I dont recommend sticking around for more than 15 minutes. The Hill is a lovely place to explore. Park on a back street.

This salon is not professionally trained to perform a curly-girl/deva cut. I have been to Capelli Salon TWICE now and both time I have not received the result that I wanted. As you can see in this image my hair is completely uneven on both sides. I had shown Jaclyn, my hairstylist, an image of me with a previous deva cut. The result that I got today DID NOT even come to par to the reference photo (first photo)that I had shown her. I WOULD NOT recommend any curly girl to get a hair cut in this establishment.

Booked an appointment for 4:15pm to blowout, was 10mins late for my appt, and explained I was coming from CT. The salon was empty with 2 extra staff, I was told theyt are closing soon and cant take me, and that my hair was difficult and she wouldnt do my hair in time. She pointed to a place down the street that does my hair. They just really were disappointing as fellow human beings.

I love everyone there, my stylist Amanda does the most perfect job and exactly what I want and more importantly, what is needed. Today was no different, so thank you!

I have been going to Capelli Salon for a few years now and I am SO happy that I found them! My hair is crazy: thick, super curly, frizzy, unmanageable. Yet, every time I go to Capelli, I come out looking perfect. Not only that, but the way in which they take care of my hair makes my at-home hair care routine easier and better. My stylist is Eduina and I love her. Shes a real expert and never pushes you to do anything you dont want to do, but always gently guides you toward amazing styles, routines, and care practices that suit you and your lifestyle. I have done two keratin treatments with her and its changed my life! Also, I love that Capelli has such great opening hours. They are on top of things and are always extremely professional.

This is the worst salon experience I have ever had. The gentleman cutting my hair mumble to himself majority of the time and would blurt out random sentences to me, making me very uncomfortable. Then he would comment on a personal conversation I was having via text. I caught him several times dosing off while blow drying my hair. The quality if my hair cut was poor and I had to go to another salon to fix what he did. I only came to this salon because it came highly recommended online, but the quality of service was so poor. In addition the receptionist nailed were filthy and her appearance was very off putting. I do not recommend anyone receives any type of service at his salon. DISGUSTING!

So glad you guys got me on for a corrective color when I called at 3pm ON A SUNDAY! Thats practically unheard of at other salons Ive been loyal to in past and will be one of the multiple reasons why I will return for my color treatments every 8 weeks in future.Nikki was supper patient and understanding when I showed up in her chair with Ronald McDonald-orange colored roots after box-dying my hair that morning (NEVER again!). Color came out great. It was exactly the warm natural-looking brunette color I was going for before I butchered the job myself at home. She was also friendly and easy to talk to which is HUGE when looking for a stylist whose chair I have the potential of spending many hours in for my full foil rituals.Front Desk Associate was also knowledgeable and answered my questions about extension services. I appreciated when the other stylist said Theres nothing color can do, that color cant un-do THANK GOD FOR THAT!
