I called excited to try this place because of such good reviews. but when you answer your phone and a caller says how are you today, your response should be friendly. I dont care how good the service is if you cant even be nice.

Zac did an excellent job cutting my hair and styling my beard. He was very personable and patient enough to let me try a few different lengths before I landed on the look I liked. Over all it was a great experience. I highly recommend Chez Moustache on both their customer relations and barberry skills!

I cannot recommend this place more. Zac gave me a great haircut and awesome conversation. As someone in the LGBT+ community, it can be hard to find a barber/barbershop that fosters an inclusive, welcoming environment but I found at Chez Moustache! Highly recommend.

Appointment was mis-scheduled due to a business entry error. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told they thought I no-showed at the same day and time a week earlier. Not only was there no attempt to make it right, I was blamed for not catching their entry mistake and alerting them. Ridiculous. Very disappointed because the stylists are wonderful and I used Chez for 2-3 years.

Great, modern barbershop: doesn’t have that annoying hipster vibe, but isn’t like our grand parents old school shops. Had my first cut here with David D and he was great - didn’t allow himself to get distracted by talking my ear off, nor was he impersonal. And he gave me exactly the kind of cut I was looking for. They book up fast tho, so plan for about a month in advance for scheduling a cut. Bonus: they have 3 parking spaces outside their location 👍🏻. Recommend and will be back.

Very impressed by haircut. Had some issues from a diy haircut and Jeff was excellent at fixing it. Very clean and felt comfortable with covid 19 restrictions.

The staff here have a passion and professionalism that you dont see in many places. The attention to detail in your haircut is exceptional. If you are looking for a completely next level cut sign up for an appointment. Keep in mind that booking your appointment may be a month or two out from when you make the appointment.

I got my haircut by Jeff at Chez Moustache for my wedding this week. Ive had long hair for quite a while and am always worried when getting a new haircut because it usually doesnt turn out how I wanted. Jeff looked at the reference pictures, saw what i was going for, and gave me the best haircut I have ever had in my life. Seriously, i am shocked at times when i look in the mirror. The hot towel and straight razor treatment was an excellent relaxing bonus. I would absolutely recommend Jeff and Chez Moustache to anyone looking for the style that fits you. I do not live in RI anymore, but when i visit i will be sure to make an appointment and freshen up

Exactly what I was looking for, this place is great! Only 2 chairs and 2 barbers so the service is exceptionally attentive, but you definitely need to make an appointment well in advance. This is the full service deal, hot towel, shave, and a haircut.The ultimate review is that my girlfriend like my haircut right away! Not after a couple of days to grow in, not after a shower, this was hands down the best haircut Ive ever received. Ive been back 3 times now and they do not disappoint. Highly recommend.A little on the pricey side, not crazy prices but you get what you pay for.

Theres really no other way to describe Chez Moustache than a mans grooming oasis fit for an alabaster throne in 5-star service and experience Valhalla. Youll wonder why you ever got your haircut/beard trim anywhere else. Only downside? They dont let you pre-book a decade in advance.
