I rarely write reviews. I have been living here for over two years with my boyfriend and must say it is one of our favorite apartments to live in. We had previously moved out to a newer apartment nearby and regretted immediately. As soon that lease was up, we moved right back to Avalon and have been here ever since. The staffs here are extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The apartment is fully equipped with great amenities such as gym, pool, and courtyard with grilling stations. The parking garage is big and spacious as well. That’s very important to us. Also, it is located directly across from Providence Station. I used to work in Boston, it is super convenient to just hop on and off the train everyday, instead of driving during rush hours. During the Covid pandemic, the team kept the building clean and safe for everyone. I would see cleaners sanitize the elevators and doors many many times throughout the day. We really appreciate all of their efforts to keep everyone safe. Barbara is amazing and always helpful. She walked us through all the leasing procedures and assisted us with the move during the mid of Covid pandemic. I highly recommend Avalon to anyone looking for a new home !

I seldom write reviews, but felt inclined to do so here. I lived in Avalon at Center Place for a year while going through a transition in my life. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. All of the staff were friendly and helpful beyond compare. One in particular, John Jenda, a special shoutout to this concierge-extraordinaire who optimizes customer service. Witnessing his handling of various situations and tenant issues, he demonstrated his knowledge, expertise, and proper handling of whatever may come his way. Additionally, he takes the time to develop a personal relationship with all of the tenants. He knows their names and goes above and beyond to make their stay special. In my opinion, hes worth every penny, and a bargain at twice the price!

From the bottom of my heart, this apartment building in Providence is the BEST apartment I’ve ever lived in. I have lived in high end apartments in DC, DFW, Boston, LA and New York and this specific location in Providence and Avalon really beats any place I have ever rented. (I have rented Avalon in different cities in the past).The staff is truly is top notch! Specifically, shout out to a truly compassionate, attentive and courteous concierge named John.John truly understands the importance of keeping residents happy with positive everyday contact. John’s genuine smile, his positive attitude and always can-do helpful attentiveness help to build trusting and rewarding relationships for the residents and their guests.When I look back at my prior apartments and experiences, my relationship with the concierge, who is the face and voice of the apartment, is pivotal to how I view and feel my living experience is. That is why, having concierges such as John really makes the Avalon at Center Place a wonderful place to live in and to have a community with where you are truly appreciated.

This is our third year living at The Avalon and there are many reasons why.  The location is great-  just off the freeway for work and we love our doormen who help make receiving and sending packages so easy.  A huge shout out to Barbara who has helped us when we first moved here and helper us with our second move (within the building).  She truly goes and above beyond to make sure that you are happy and has been so patient with me on all my questions.  We are so lucky to have worked with her and she is one of the main reasons why our residency here has been so great.  Highly recommend the building.

I lived there for two years away from home, but found myself in a new home. The staff were the best! If you are looking for a safe, great apartments in Providence and you are reading this, then you found the best! It’s the most expensive one, but trust me it’s worth it. Having the train station right across the street was very helpful for me as I go to Boston a lot.

This summer I was looking for a residence close to Brown University, but being from out of state, I was unfamiliar with the different neighborhoods in Providence. The proximity, amenities and security were my top priorities. Barbara Schiano was extremely welcoming and did not have the aggressive sales personality that many of the sales representatives from competing buildings had.I sent Barbara multiple emails with questions after my tour and she answered every email and question with patience and understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Avalon based on the positive experience I had. The Avalon at center place in downtown Providence is as close to a home feel while apartment living. The leasing manager, Melanie, will walk you through the rental process without any hidden costs and will also assist you in the event you would like to change apartments mid lease. The guys at that front desk are wonderful. Kevin, Harry and John always have a smile on their face and are willing and able to assist in anyway possible. Mike in maintenance is friendly and always leaves his service calls cleaner than when he arrived. The location and grounds of the apartment complex are second to none. Anyone who is considering moving to the Providence area should put this at the top of the list!!!

My husband and I have been living here while he finishes a year long fellowship in Rhode Island. Now that we only have a few months left on our lease, I can honestly say that living here has been an absolute pleasure! From the amenities to the amazing staff, this place has been great to us. Our apartment came with everything we where looking for, including in unit washer/dryer and all new appliances. The maintenance crew, especially Mike, are always on top of any minor issues we have had in our unit. Another thing that has really stood out to me is the WONDERFUL concierge staff! Harry, John and Kevin are always so nice, helpful and accommodating to anything I’ve approached them with. The complex hosts lovely events even with Covid such as virtual painting nights, to-go breakfasts, getting food trucks on site and so much more! The gym, pool and courtyard will make you feel like you are at a resort! If you are looking for a place to live in Providence, you should definitely check out Avalon!

Very happy with Avalon Place. Extremely convenient place to live, very responsive management. Maintenance requests are handled professionally and literally within just a couple of hours. Location is fantastic, close to Amtrak and not far from Brown/RISD. Lovely views from my apartment too.

I have lived in 2 different Avalon properties in the Boston area before moving to Center Place last month. And I have to say that Avalon at Center Place is one of the best places compared to other upscale Avalon properties I used to live. I feel at home right when I moved in. The staffs are friendly and always go above and beyond to help me when I need help. I enjoy having the parking garage which I gives me the sense of security knowing that my car won’t get break in at night and is covered with snow during the winter months. I love the fact that Center Place is located in the downtown area which gives me easy access to stores and restaurants...everything is within walking distance around here in my opinion.

Very happy with the Avalon community. The location is fantastic with many excellent destinations to walk. I look forward everyday to walking my dog to a new beautiful spot. The apartments are laid out amazingly and the big windows makes it feel like you are in the heart of Providence. While you can find a great apartment anywhere, what really sets Avalon apart are the people who take care of you at the front desk. When my wife and I were first looking for a place the concierge, a gentleman named Harry, took care of us from the moment we walked in until we left. Ultimately it was this interaction with Harry that was the tipping point for us and we are so glad we chose Avalon.

This Avalon facility in Providence is a gem! Very homey, lots of conveniences, fantastic location and best of all, the staff and maintenance crew are top notch! We would highly recommend you take a look.

Great place to live with great location and amenities. Most of my experience has been with Melanie (leasing office), all of the concierges, and Mike (maintenance team), and they all have been of extreme help during my stay here; it would not be the same without them.

After looking at many apartments in Providence, my fiancé and I decided to settle at Avalon. Not only are the amenities attractive, the application process was very smooth. Barbara was extremely helpful in getting the exact apartment we wanted and move the availability early to accomodate my schedule.Unfortunately due to change in my military obligations, I was no longer able to execute the lease. Barbara continued to help to ensure a smooth transition. She remained professional and helpful from beginning to end. Both my fiancé and I wish we will get the opportunity to stay at Avalon in the future.

This is like living at a 5 Star hotel! Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff... from administrative staff to concierge to maintenance crew! I’m very happy I chose the Avalon over the other local options!! Another key point... Apartments are VERY quiet! Great soundproofing!! AAA+++!!!

I have lived in many apartment communities in different states due to frequent moving with my job, Avalon is one of the best communities I had the pleasure of living in. The concierge staff are all phenomenal; in particular, Harry always went above and beyond to help with anything. The maintenance staff resolved any issues in under 24 hours and did excellent work. The grounds are meticulously cleaned. The appliances in the unit all worked well. The one downside to our experience was the city noise; our unit was on the west side on the 5th floor facing the street, and throughout the night you could here the automated caution, bus is turning announced as buses went by to the train station. Every now and then you heard shouting from pedestrians as well. Recommend choosing a unit facing the courtyard if noise is a concern. The area around the apartment was safe, and there were a lot of places of interest within an easy walk from the apartment.

My roommate and I just moved into Avalon, and it’s been great so far! We worked with Barbara Schiano to get the apartment from overseas, and she was very helpful and answered all our questions in detail! We were very comforted by her promptness and even after we moved in, she helped us sort out whatever changes we required. We love living here and feel safe in this community even in the midst of the pandemic.

I’ve lived here since June, and it’s been wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful, any issues I’ve had needing maintenance have been handled promptly, and I’ve felt very safe with the way management has handled the pandemic. The courtyard is a beautiful space to relax, and the heated pool is always the perfect temperature. Barbara and Mel in the office have been great, and the concierge staff (Harry, Michelle, everyone) is top notch.

Just moved in and had minor issues with ac unit and washer/dryer, submitted email request for service and the maintenance guys (Mike and one other) were fast, communicative and sorted us out!

We moved in a couple of weeks ago and have had a great experience from touring to moving in at Avalon. Barbara was incredibly helpful throughout the process - whenever something came up Barbara was quick to communicate the changes with us and provided a stress-free leasing process. Harry, the doorman, made us feel welcome on move-in day and the rest of the staff has been quick to respond to any maintenance, packages, and parking questions since moving in. The location is great and the amenities including the courtyard and gym are a nice perk of the building. In addition, the staff is vigilant about keeping residents and staff members safe during COVID-19. Each guest is asked questions to screen for COVID before entering the building and all residents/staff make an effort to wear masks and maintain social distancing in public areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new apartment.

We moved in a couple of weeks ago and weve had a near perfect experience from the tour to signing the lease to settling in. The staff is incredible, everyone is super helpful. Any request is responded to super fast. Barbara was absolutely incredible in helping us settle in and get through all the paperwork. The location is great, super close to RISD, Brown and Downtown. The amenities are fantastic. The other tenants that weve come across have been super nice. All in all, if you can afford it, Avalon is definitely worth it. We couldnt be happier. Well update this as we continue to live here :).

Love this place, they came in and fixed my stove light in 2 minutes; the same with the refrigerator door.

We just signed for a lease coming up in the summer! We worked with Barbara and she was fantastic. The facilities are very nice, clean and modern, and we are very excited to move in. The entire process was seamless, from touring the apartments within our budget range, as well as being informed of the facilities. We also love that the location is super close to the commuter rail for trips into Boston! There is a lot to love about this place, and Barbara was the cherry on top. She is very sincere and we felt very comfortable and reassured with her. We are looking forward to our new residence!

Just moved in 1 week ago. I was in a rush to settle down before my work start, went to see several place straight after I landed and decided on Avalon in 1 day. Avalon impressed me with its nice neighborhood, flexible rental duration, professional 24hr concierge, and most importantly very efficient management. Babara, my senior leasing manager, helped me settled the move-in process in 2 days, including a Sunday, whereas some other apartment told me to wait for 2 weeks. The air-conditioner vent needed some cleaning when i moved in and the guy came few hours after I posted the request on the resident website. The structure of the room it self is also well designed, there are walls and turns to separate different areas even just for a studio, and I love the big closet and private laundry. Looking forward to start my life in providence from here.

Avalon at Center Place is extremely well managed/serviced, classy and has absolutely everything you could ever need in an apartment complex! During my apartment viewing with Barbara, she tailored the experience according to our budget and preferences, all the while explaining things so kindly that I immediately felt at home. Barbara made the lease signing experience easy, painless and fun. Likewise, the office staff and Harry were extremely accommodating and friendly.If you are looking to live in Providence, you could not get better than this! It has THE best location as it is just steps from the Amtrak/train station, the mall, downtown and lots of delicious restaurants. My husband has to commute to work in Boston every morning and living here will be such a blessing!Some of my favorite features include: the indoor swimming pool, the Amazon hub, the beautiful courtyard, the indoor parking lot with guest passes at an affordable price ($5/one 24 hr guest pass), ample amount of community areas, tech savvy bill pay/resident portal (to keep track of all payments and documents) and amazingly helpful/24 hr staff. I highly recommend signing this place.

We are going to move to the Avalon Providence Place in few days. Reason why I am reviewing it now is that we had such an amazing experience with the lease team. We met Barbara Schiano as lease account and she made good job when we met her first time. We made an application for a unit that seemed to meet our need. Later in the week, we discovered that that unit was not exactly in line with what we were looking for, so we decided to cancel the application. But we were so sad, because we really liked the ambience and the all amenities at the Avalon Place in PVD... so we decided to apply for a different residence but we were not 100% happy with that.Barbara was so professional and persistent that as soon as new units in line with our needs were made available she called us in a late afternoon in a day in which she was off... what a lease account!! She was so happy to give us the chance to join their community and she made us happy too!!We also interfaced Melanie and Lynn from the lease team: they were also very supportive and helpful!We cannot wait to move! We will write down a review in few months time to tell you about our staying!In regards to our customer experience so far so good!

This place is the best place to live in Providence. The amenities are unbelievable, the concierge service amazing, the leasing office fantastic, the apartments themselves are great, I viewed three before moving in, all were great. Heating, cooling works instantly, anything that needs fixing is fixed very promptly by a team of very hardworking and very pleasant maintenance staff. This place has a gym and a swimming pool, grills, AMAZON HUB, media room, free coffee and tea services around the clock, and a pleasant garden with comfortable sofas. I especially would like to thank Barbara and Julie from the leasing office for making my transition a very smooth one, and Jeff, Harry, Jonathan, Richard, and the rest of the concierge staff for always welcoming us with a smile and honestly going the extra mile. If you can afford it, dont look anywhere else, youve found home.

Truly an outstanding place to live! I had the privilege of living at Avalon - Providence for the past six months, and I really enjoyed every single day. The parking garage is clean and never too full (I could walk from my car to the elevator in 10 seconds max). The apartment was spacious and had updated appliances, and outstanding water pressure. The lobby was tastefully appointed, the gym was never crowded and had good equipment, and the courtyard was a great place to drink a beer and watch a beautiful Providence sky. The building is also close to some great spots (Harrys Burger Bar, Mills Tavern, Sydney Providence, and literally right across the street from the train station)All that being said, what really makes Avalon at Center Place so great is the staff! Harry at the front desk took it upon himself to ANTICIPATE my needs. Once I needed to have him let a friend of mine in, which he was able to do - but he also took it upon himself to bring up a package that had been delivered for me. Simply excellent serviceWhile I moved out of Avalon as my corporate housing lease as come to an end, I will absolutely look to move back in soon.Thank you Avalon for giving me such a great place to call home

We have lived here almost 5 years and cant imagine living anywhere else.While accessibility and location drew us to Avalon, its the staff and the amenities that keep us here. We love the diversity of the residents: international students, toddlers and their parents, older people and everything in between.

I have lived here for some time now, and dont plan on leaving anytime soon! Avalon at Center Place is where you want to live if youre moving to the city. You cant beat the location, youre literally steps away from the train station (which you dont hear), and all the best resturants are nearby as well. The amenities are great and something my family and I all enjoy, from the pool, to the Amazon hub, to the coffee in the click cafe. Also, dont forget the indoor pool! On top of all that, the staff (maintenance, leasing, concierge) are friendly and professional. Specifically Winfield, the maintenance man, when he comes to do work orders he is always polite and gets the job done right.

I visited Avalon at Center Place last weekend and was amazed with the community. Everyone from the concierge to Lynn, the Sr. Community Manager was friendly and helpful. The community is clean and has a beautiful courtyard. The location is perfect with the train station across the street and being able to walk to restaurants, WaterFire, and even the Providence Performing Arts Center. I couldnt imagine living anywhere else in Providence!

Words that come to mind to describe Center place are: courtesy, efficiency, convenience, cleanliness, professionalism. We moved in last June and continue to love our stay. Our family of 3 moved in about 6 weeks ago and absolutely love living here. The building is clean, well lit, spacious and secure. The gym and indoor pool are great. The concierge and maintenance staff are outstanding, attentive and prompt. Most importantly, we would have not ended up living here if it wasnt for Barbara Schiano. She was the leasing agent who met with me and helped us sign the lease. She was attentive, kind, helpful and accommodating. She did her best to answer all our questions and always has a solution to every problem.

I have lived in this apartment community since 2014 back and forth. The location is the best in the Providence area, right across from the train station, and 5 minute walk to the Providence mall and the Water place. The leasing office staff, especially Verina Vann whom I have worked with the most, are very helpful, always available, and have excellent communication. The concierge staff are all pleasant. The apartments are spacious with beautiful views.

Center Place is the best apartment building in Rhode Island, by far. Living here feels more like an upscale condo than a rental apartment. All of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly and completely by a team that knows the building and apartments well. The concierge staff is first rate. Very secure complex. The building is across the street from the Amtrak/MBTA station with easy trips to Boston or New York. The heated garage is a blessing in the winter. Whole Foods is a 5 minute drive or about a 20 minute walk.

My husband and I have recently moved in, and Avalon has exceeded my expectations! Melanie helped us with the leasing information and touring the building. She was very polite and helpful, and gave us as much time as we needed to look through multiple apartments. She also showed us different floor plans for us to see what fit our family best. Also, Lynn the property manager was extremely helpful and thorough with any questions we had prior to moving in, and Kyle the concierge was also helpful and polite to us during the move in. Moving in was a breeze and we finished faster than we expected. The building is well maintained, and the maintenance crew is great at taking care of any requests or emergencies in a timely manner. The building is very secure and I have a great sense of safety while I am home, which is a huge comfort since I have small children. We can see ourselves living here for a long time!

Weve lived at Center Place for several years. The maintenance staff is outstanding and quickly respond to any issues. The building is very well maintained. The concierges are always friendly and helpful. The management staff is very professional and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. A Whole Foods is a few blocks away. The heated garage in winter is a real plus.

My experience at Avalon Center Place has been phenomenal thus far. The location, amenities, and apartment features combine for an incredible living experience. Located right in downtown Providence, this apartment building provides access to anything and everything in the Providence area. Additionally, I would not have been able to secure my apartment and have the chance to live in Avalon without the help of Barbara Schiano. Barbara was extremely informative, attentive, and honest throughout my apartment hunt and was greatly helpful in allowing for a seamless overall experience. I would definitely recommend Avalon at Center Place for people of all ages.

We are a married couple relocating to watch our daughter play basketball. We were pleased with the convenience of the monthly rental terms and the proximity to the many amenities the city of Providence has to offer. When we arrived, our apartment was freshly painted and cleaned and the representation given online was accurate. We are extremely confident in our choice to call Avalon home for the next year and would highly recommend to others looking for short or long term quality living arrangements to put Avalon at Center Place Providence high atop their list.

I arrived in August. The Avalon team @ Center Place is helpful and authentic, so it has been a joy to be here. The Avalon team even assisted in coordinating my 50th birthday BBQ, since my sister would not let me get out of celebrating it. The maintenance team, although Im still learning everyones name, has an efficient turnaround time, in my point of view. And management is in tune with those renovation requirements that make people want to stay - even if those renovations take time to plan, prepare and execute. It is an amazingly convenient location and management even plans the scrub down of the parking garages, so they are not grungy as some other garages. With conveniences such as a dry-cleaner, the train station - directly across the street and any number of fabulous restaurants in a short but healthy walk away - I love living here.

I was a resident for a year at Avalon at Center Place and LOVED it. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The building overall, has everything you could need - a gym, pool, courtyard with grills and seating areas, resident lounges - the list goes on. PLUS, a great location with a very short walk to local restaurants, the train station or Providence Place Mall.

I moved to Avalon a month ago, and I truly appreciate evrything so far. I love the community, everyone is so nice and kind. I was assisted by Barbara, she was so helpful and nice and patient with me to find what I was looking for. People who work at Avalon are so helpful, nice, professional and the do care about the residents. Ive never been taken care of this well by the staff of an apartment community. This group really cares about you, and goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. Throw in some great amenities and a great location, and you cant go wrong here.

My family of 4 moved into Avalon Center Place about 1 week ago, and weare very happy we did. The location is perfect, especially for someone like me who takes the train a lot and works on the East Side. And downtown Providence is surprisingly showing signs of cultural growth including new restaurants and various attractive shops. I can’t think of a more accessible location. Avalon’s amenities, including the pool, easy parking, and outside grills with very comfortable seating, are quite useful and enjoyable. The staff are exceptionally responsive and trustworthy, and we are truly indebted especially to Barbara Shiano and Melanie Creamer for their generous and kind attention. The desk attendants also have been exceptionally helpful and attentive. We consider ourselves very fortunate, and enthusiastically recommend Avalon at Center Place.

She explained to us kindly and made suggestions for us in accordance to our needs/preferences. To be honest I would not have signed the lease if it wasnt for Barbaras consideration and guidance. Incredibly impressed by the staff & leasing center (particularly Barbara and Arthur), amenities and overall look and feel of the apartment/community. The location is a commuters dream - located directly across the street from the train station. Super convenient to everything downtown while still feeling safe.

I lived in the Avalon for my temporary housing when i first moved to Providence and the staff was so great; I decided to rent an apartment and call it my home. I lived there for three more years years! It is so convenient and its very safe and the people who run it care about you!Anytime I needed help with something i just put in a request and the problem was addressed immediately. I could get my dry cleaning done, my car washed, my hair done and even my dogs walked without ever leaving the property!!! I highly recommend you consider living here if you want to be in the heart of Providence surrounded by amazing people!

I just moved into this apartment few days ago. The building is so clean, staffs are very kind, got everything i need in the building such as swimming pool, fitness, and even laundry in unit which was my favorite. The garden is beautiful and already thinking of leasing for another year in 2017.

Location is ideal, service is timely and personal (maintenance always addressed issues within 24 hours), the courtyard is a great amenity, and gym has working and modern equipment. Worth the price vs other places in town for the location, convenience, service. Only downside for me was how small the pool is, but its not like thats a surprise - they show it to you on the tour. Office was flexible on lease renewals and timing of move-out.

If youre moving to the city, Avalon at Center Place is a place you have to check out. Beautiful building and the staff is outstanding.

Avalon at Center Place overall is absolutley wonderful when it comes to luxury apartments, with its amazing views of the city & it being well maintained inside an out! When it comes to staff, very polite, Winfield the Maintenance tech was very helpful, very nice and got the job done right and rather quickly. Will recommend to others!

I have lived at this property on two occasions, total of 4 or 5 years. The building is well maintained, the staff is overly helpful, maintenance requests are handled timely, really a terrific, safe place to live.Would recommend to anyone that asked, cant say enough positives about the property.

I’ve lived in other Avalons, but this is by far the best. The concierge and maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful, and the apartments are well-sized and super comfortable. We just had our kitchen updated: new cabinets, backsplash, and brand new appliances...and the maintenance team finished the job IN 2 DAYS! I couldn’t believe it! Well done, y’all. Couldn’t be happier here.

My husband and I have lived here since August of 1992. The best attribute of Center Place is its staff, who have always gone above and beyond for us. Our apartment is roomy, our parking space (inside under the building) is convenient, and we are located minutes from Routes 95 N and S. There are a bank, a coffee shop, and a restaurant directly across the street behind us and an Amtrak station across the street to our front. Our location is ideal.

Excellent building managment team. Very professional. Building is run well, clean and maintenance has a very good team. I would recommend any one renting to look at an Avalon property. My daughter lived in one in Santa Monica.

This is the worst apartment and living experience Ive ever had in my entire life. The elevator is always broken. There is no freight elevator for moving. Its incredibly overpriced. And the garage has been under construction for months - yet they continue to charge us hundreds of dollars per month to park only to have our cars become filthy and damaged.

Avalon at Center Place is an impressive place to call home. The people and services are great. It is close to shopping and the theatre. Avalon exceeds my expectations!

Avalon is a great place to live. There are great staff working here, and they are extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I lived here for almost 3 years, and totally love it. Besides, It is close to everything, i.e. the train station, and the mall.

I visited there this past week. The entire complex seemed very clean, especially the whole garage. As I was leaving, the maintaince team was taking care of a water leak of some sort in the garage. Winfield from maintance was very friendly although efficient attending to the task at hand!

We loved living at Centerplace! The building is conveniently located in downtown and the apartments are nice. The best part of centerplace is the staff. They are nice, efficient and take care of anything & everything promptly.

I come here frequently to make deliveries, the staff at the concierge desk are always miserable and rude. The only one who is polite and professional is an older gentleman named Harry who is extremely polite and respectful, the rest of them are useless and I have no idea how theyve gotten this job!

The Avalon at Centerplace is truly a five star community. I have had the opportunity to live in the studio, one bedbroom and two bedroom apartments. All superb units with different floorplans.The leasing department is always available to accommodate your needs and go the extra mile for you .No other apartments can offer what the Avalon community does at this pricepoint!

We just moved in Center Place and feel right at home. The apartment is impeccable, quiet and the customer service from the concerige, office and maintenance teams are outstanding. They make life at CP the perfect experience. The communities location is perfect for commuting by train and being able to walk to nice resturants downtown is fantasic. Big thanks to the team for an excellent experience. We highly recommend it!

I moved to Avalon in the middle of the pandemic and was really stressed out moving into a new city, knowing no one there and hands down it was the best decision I took. The moment I walked into the apartment complex I fell in love with the place. They make sure that you are well cared for and it feels like home. They definitely deliver what they advertise and promise. As a single person in town, security was very important to me which I never had to worry about during my stay here. I would definitely say it is one the best luxurious apartment complex in town. Everything is available at your doorstep and it was perfect for me given my busy schedule. At Avalon, I knew I never had to worry about a thing. From move in to the move out experience, everything was wonderful and well cared for. Every single person from management staff, to maintainence team(who get back to you within 24 hours and are extremely helpful) to the Conceirge staff, are absolutely amazing, generous and just wonderful human beings. John and Harry are the gems of their conceirge team.John was extremely helpful, always greets you with a smile on his face no matter what time of the day it is. He goes out of his way to help you. He is one of the kindest people I have come across, extremely courteous and so so helpful. He was always available to assist you when you had any problems and would make sure it is resolved. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He is one of the best human beings I have encountered and one of the best in their staff.Harry is an amazing conceirge on their staff. He was the first person I met when I moved in here. He was very helpful and immediately made me feel at ease in the complex. He has been very helpful throughout my stay there and was always was ready to help.I feel like I made a new family in town. I would choose to stay here again if I am back in the town again.
