J&W have treated us well these past three years! Lisa responds promptly to inquiries, Brooks and Nick are always so friendly and quick to address maintenance issues, and Greg is so helpful and accommodating. For the area, their rent prices are reasonable, and that combined with the fact that they are a great company is why I give them 5 stars. Our apartment was just what we needed for the past few years, but were moving because we need something larger. Cant go wrong with J&W!

J&W is fantastic - not only is my rental beautiful, but they are great to work with. Any issues in the past two years (which have been scarce/minor) are promptly addressed. Lisa is always pleasant and replies immediately, and Brooks is very helpful as well. Highly recommend J&W!

I rent an office in a commercial building mainly occupied by therapists (mental health, speech, massage, etc.). The owner went out of his way to create a space that is comfortable and provides a sense of community for the lessees. The building, lot, and landscaping is aesthetically pleasant and tended to regularly. If there is ever an issue or need, it is handled in a timely and professional manner. Id recommend this building and/or J & W to prospective lessees.

Great place to rent from. Management is professional, responsive, and polite. Very accommodating and maintenance is prompt when needed. Would highly recommend them to anyone renting, particularly on the east side.

My four housemates and I have loved our time renting from J&W! Our move from college dorms to off-campus housing was made easy by the professionalism and responsiveness of J&W management. The space we moved into was beautiful-- the floors were shiny from a fresh polish, the walls were freshly painted, and the kitchen was just remodeled. Any maintence work that we requested was taken care of promptly.

I cannot say enough positive things about J &W Property Management! My rental experience with them was terrific from the very beginning. Everyone at J&W, especially Greg, Lisa and Brooks, is extremely responsive, attentive and caring about meeting tenants’ needs. They also do a phenomenal job of keeping the property in tip-top condition and really care about making sure everything is working properly and the place is comfortable and safe. They are also very, very nice people too!! Highly recommend- you will not be disappointed with anything.

I have been with J&W for several years and have always been very happy with their service. Theyve always been reasonable, courteous and prompt, and I liked that their office was local. In fact when my first lease with them ended, I chose another one of their properties. In RI you can very easily end up living in someones investment opportunitywith a maintenace phone # to an always full voice mailbox, it doesnt have to be that way.

Best place to rent from on the east side

J and W are amazing. I’ve lived in their property for almost a year now, and it’s been such a wonderful experience. Whenever I’ve had any sort of issue come up it’s handled within hours. Brooks is such a wonderful groundskeeper and I know that I’m respected and treated with excellent care!
