I love their nail artist, Brandie. She does a fantastic job. She takes her time and is methodical so she never brutalizes the cuticles. So good I go back once a month.

I just had a haircut by Nichole and I can not recommend her enough! Best hair cut I have ever gotten hands down! She said haircuts are her specialty and boy does it show. She cared about my hair, she took her time, always conscious of what I wanted. I have found my stylist and Im never going to change. Extremely happy with my haircut 🙂

The reason Im giving this review is due to the customer service I tried calling 5 different times in one day just to set up an appointment and not only would they NOT answer the phone but if they did they immediately hung up on me multiple times! So I tried to go a different route and use facebook...they responded in a timely manner BUT the customer service I recieved was just so unpleasant they dont really seem too eager or interested in NEW business or clients to me.

Love the environment and the people!! 10/10 would reccomend!

Matt Reorick is absolutely the best around. He always makes sure to take the time to give you the best possible experience you can have. With a wide range of services ranging from just a basic fresh haircut all the way to the Executive package (its the FULL treatment and well worth it) you can always find the best cut for you!Serenity Salons is one of the cleanest and most professional salons Ive been to in a long time. I made an appointment to see Lark for a full set of nails and she used the hard gel which I loved. She did an excellent job and was very professional. On top of that she doesnt overcharge. It was a great experience and I was happy to schedule a follow up appointment.

Got my hair cut by Sophie, she did an AMAZING job. Couldnt ask for more. Definitely coming back!!!!

My stylist was pretty quiet when she was cutting my hair but she did a great job, though the service was a bit pricey: she cut off my split ends, no shampoo, curled my hair (optionally), and it cost $20. This salon seems to be one where the community is tight knit and everyone has regular customers, I was a walk-in (which they do accept) and it was pretty awkward for me to sit in the chair while other stylists were chatting away with my own stylist chiming in occasionally. Otherwise the service was great and they also do coloring here.

Jess always does an amazing job! I have been having her cut my hair for the last 3 years and have always been highly satisfied. After having my hair cut last minute at a different salon and having it butchered with huge chunks missing out of the back and my bangs cut short and uneven Jess fit me in and fixed all the damage. You can’t even tell there was a bad cut to begin with! Thanks Jess!

Got my nails done today by Shelby and my god they are completely lovely. Shes a very sweet girl and does probably the best almond shaped nails Ive ever had. I highly recommend you go to her for your nails if you live in the Post Falls area Ive been to most of the salons and trust me shes the best.

You wont find a better salon! Everyone there is so friendly and amazing s at what they do! My hair was pretty damaged when I started going there. The knowledge and attention to detail form the stylists helped me get my hair healthy and looking its best. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed! :)

I love the atmosphere and many times Id walk in and someone would help me. Thats how I met Echo, I needed my eyebrows done and she whipped them out perfect in our first meeting. Now I go every three months to see her for hair/eyebrow and an updo.

Horrible, terrible, will never go back! Fill took 3 hours to do, charged outrageous prices for a beginner! Nails lifted within 24 hours had to go elsewhere to get them fixed and when I asked for a refund I was told the nail tech was broke and could not afford to give a refund and when I spoke to the manager and owner I was treated like I was an idiot and could not get a refund from them either because the nail tech is independent...... I have worked in customer service for 19 years and have never had to deal with such horrid customer service! Last time I checked businesses should keep customers happy if they want repeat business!! This is one local business I will avoid like the plague!

Well we pulled in since they had a huge sign out side that said they LOVE walk ins yet were told we would have to come back almost 2 hours later since we did not have an appointment so I commented on the walk in sign and was told they do accept walk in but only after people who are schedualed out... to me that is not accepting walk ins....

I came to the salon to get my brows done by Talia. She did an AWESOME job, I was so excited with the outcome! I definately recommend her if you need anything done to your eyebrows. Shes professional and takes her time and super sweet!

Ecko is a wonderful hairstylist! I have incredibly thick, and very long hair, and she is patient, full of knowledge, friendly and competent! Usually, stylists end up getting tired of working on my hair, and rush through it. She also understands that I dont want certain tones in my hair, and is great at listening and getting the results.I also appreciate that the salon isnt playing extremely loud and personally offensive music. I also like going there because it is relaxing, and the stylists arent exchanging profanity and gossip. Ive felt out of place at many salons, but not at Serenity.The price is a little more than Im comfortable paying, only because Im cheap! The service is well worth it, and I am happy to pay for a good service, and to tip.

Paige is the most wonderful chic in the universe, my husband bought me a gift cert for my bday to get my hair done and i was literally sick about it because i wanted it a certain way and wasnt sure just any salon could do this. Paige nailed it, shes done my hair twice now and the second time because i followed her direction in taking care of it better, it was like a cinderella experience! id been wanting my hair icy for a very very very long time. not only is she amazing at her job but an amazing human being! known her for 2 months and feels like 10 years, i highly recommend this salon and even more recommend paige. Thanks for helping me feel beautiful again !!

Went into this salon to try and get a walk-in womens hair cut. Stood in the entry way for about 5 mins before someone said hello. Even when they did say hello they acted like I was interrupting their day and asked what I needed. I guess this is a salon you schedule an appointment at? Even though their sign says walk-ins welcome? Not impressed with the customer service.

I went to the Serenity Salon today and had my nails done by Robi. She did an amazing job repairing another salons bad job and I have to say Robi is AMAZING. My nails look fabulous and she took the time to do the job right. The Serenity Salon itself is very clean, the stylists were all very friendly and professional with their clients while I was there I fully intend to go back to try out their tanning services, get my hair styled and I will definitely be back to get my nails done by Robi..
