I waited 3 hours for nail service. It was like she did not care. Then took a appt before me after i was already waiting. She was very unfriendly and rushed through my service. I paid 38.00 for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. She didnt apologize for the wait or even offer a discount for my service next time. Very unfriendly

Nikki was amazing...I walked in asked for service the owner called for a young lady she never came....another young lady Nikki saw and heard what happened came over and asked if she could help me...she took me right back my services with Nikki was great....shame on the owner for ignoring me...thank you Nikki I work hard for my money and like to spend it where I am treated like my patronage is valuable to your establishment.

Please dont waste your time or money. Ive been waiting for an hour and the nail tech had to take a smoke break before taking me. This place has gone down hill in the last few months.

Very horrible. they did my nails wrong and they refused to take the nails off and refused to give our money back. then they charged me alot of money for some messed up nails. and they were rude and called me a liar.!

They dont pay attention enough to the details and clip the prior fill during a refill. Loved and disliked at the same time. Had 2 different people. Wont ever go back 😔

The pedicure was expensive for what you dont get, didnt clean under my toe nails which is why I asked for a pedicure plus it was a very rushed job on what he did do......

Pedicure was worth it

I’ve had a good experience up until today. For the usual length I get my nails is 20 something dollars but today I had someone else do them and he said 35. I told him “no thank you I’m not going to get my nails done” due to him trying to overcharge me. I asked him if he could take them off, but instead of him taking everything off he left the tips on and refused to take them off. Very unsatisfied and poor customer service.
