Heard and seen so much about this place and the pictures looked too good to be true so my friend and I made an appointment to check it out. It was all true and amazing! The place is so cute and clean! The girls are so sweet and professional. Customer services is their top priority! Will definitely be returning soon to get my color change! Highly recommend!

Called to see availability and they took me right in. Great pedicure, spent time on the problem spots and did a great job. Great job on my nails as well. I had 2 different techs, one for the feet, one for the hands. They both did a great job. Would recommend

Great experience. I got a pedicure and it was fantastic. Her attention to detail was amazing. And believe me a close up of my feet isnt pretty. The chairs were comfortable and the massage settings were great. It didnt seem to beat you up like others Ive experienced. I will absolutely be back.

Quite honestly i dont know where to start. First of all I was charged $82 for a gel mani/pedi which is the most I’ve ever paid for this service.Besides the fact that I was nicked once on my toe, my pedicure looks good and is doing fine.The manicure is where it all went wrong. The man that did my nails tried digging off my gel from my previous manicure without soaking them and nicked me THREE more times. After what seemed like years of trying to get my previous gel off we finally started shaping/filing which I had to ask him to redo two or three of them, and I was being nice. There’s really no consistent shape to them. Once we started painting I noticed there was still bright pink left on almost every finger that’s very visible on my now French nails. To top it off I have a nail that started chipping the day after I got them done. This was all done wrong.I tried calling and requesting a refund for just my manicure and they said I could come in and they’d fix it but I live over an hour away from their shop (I was in town for the day) so I said no way, I’d like my refund. The man I was speaking with then said he could refund me $10 because that’s how much the gel costs.Let me end this by saying I almost never leave reviews but this situation has me very upset and it was a huge waste of money. Just something to think about before going to this shop.

I had a great experience at Nails Etc today my appointment was at 5o’clock and I was able to get in right away with no issues my nails came out to be so beautiful I want to give a shout out to Nails Etc for doing such a wonderful job mine on On my nails I have never known for her to be aggressive hostile nor impatient with her customers she will do the best she can to get anybody in at any time go visit her at Dover crossing

I tried this salon and am not very impressed with the quality of their services. The environment seemed nice until there were multiple customers arguing with the staff about the posted prices. Of course thats not the salons fault but it made it difficult to enjoy the experience. That being said my gel manicure started to chip about 5 days after I got it which is not acceptable. I enjoyed my pedicure but I feel like my feet were still rough afterwards and more time could have been spent on exfoliation. I will probably not go to this salon again.

I asked for a fill in with a French manicure on the tips. He cut my name down to the middle jagged and then added the acrylic. You could see the jagged cuts. Then he said we dont have the color for a French manicure on the nail! Then he said the jagged part doesnt look right, you need to do a solid color! I thought I was getting punked but no cameras appeared. I left with a solid color. Then he tried to add the French tip on top of the solid color. What the crack is going on! And he had a STANK attitude. AND they tried to service someone before me. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! USE LEE PRESS ON BEFORE YOU GO THERE!!! The other salon in the same shopping center had a 3 hour wait. This salon had a 15 minute. I should have paid attention to the clues.

SO I WENT TO THE SALON FOR A MANI PEDI AND TO HAVE 2 NAILS FIXED... I REQUESTED A DESIGN THEY SAID WE ONLY DO LINE DESIGNS... SHE PROCEEDED TO PAINT ALL OF MY NAILS... THEN CHARGED ME 45 FOR MY FEET AND 45 FOR MY REFILL... RIDICULOUS .. NEVER WILL BE BACK.. CLEARLY EVERY PICTURE ON THEIR PAGE IS NOT THEIRS.. IF ANY

I went in for eye brow full set and pedi. The guy did my feet was horrible, i had to get him to keep fixing it. Then the lady who did my eye brows did my nails. Now my eye brows are beautiful but she cannot do nails

The service at Nails Etc is like no place else. They are professional, provide excellent service and are very helpful. It is the perfect place to pamper yourself. Nails Etc a wonderful job making each customer feel special.

Wendy is still the bomb on the lashes & brows. She usually has a wait closer to the weekend. Havent gotten my nails done here in years but Kevin was the bomb then. He takes his time, very thorough.

I have been to several places over the past year but just love this nail shop. She was extremely detailed and pleasant to talk to. She clean, wiped cuticles under my feet. The place is very clean and always has quiet music playing.

Have finally decided to write a review this nail salon since Id tried it out. The salon had plenty of the usual Opi colors and a few fun ones. She was optimize of my ideas. & did so fast and good without making I felt like she was rushing. The pedicure turned out really nicer and look great!! Never . . Ever . . ever even consider going anywhere else.

I went there to get a full set. The guy who did my nails did a horrible job on my French tip. And he knew he did a horrible. He just didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend going there to get a manicure.

Service was horrible my fill in looked disgusting and more than half of my skin in my nails were bleeding and when I said something the guy had an attitude. Definitely not worth the money.Ladies seem ok but the short chubby one does not know how to do nails.Definitely not going back!

I arrived for a pedicure and I was seated immediately. I was offered a drink and I was given a choice of pedicures with no pressure. It was a relaxing experience and the did a wonderful job. I will be back.

Very good experience, the owner is a very nice and sweet women running her business for years, she has given me a great shellac pedicure, then acrylic shellax manicure . Relaxed ambiance and very good service . New Colors are just beautiful . Cannot wait to be back.

My nails are the perfect shape, length, basically flawless. I don’t often get my nails done so I don’t know what to ask for and because of that I’m not usually super happy with them but today I can’t stop staring at my nails. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me right away. I highly recommend this nail salon.
