Quick in an out, which I like. The lady didnt have a name tag, the place not to friendly, (but most nail places arent anyway. Even when your a regular.) But she was FAST got the job done I was out in 30 minutes.Will return again.

Been here since I moved in the area. Left once due to product issues. But went abd have no problems. The owner is very serious looking, but she is so very intune with her customers. Always remembers what I get and when I need more services done. Been a customer 8 years.

In the way pedicure could have been better nail polish thin you can see through it eye brows on point

Just wanted basic designs (For example: 3 black, oblong circles on a white nail = a ghost) on my natural nails using gel polish. Called & she said to come on in, got there & there was NO wait - def a +. She did an awesome job on 1st hand but got sloppy on 2nd - not a +! *Somewhat pricey

Lee is the best! Perfect, fast eyebrow waxing, beautiful manicures and pedicures by all of the employees! A clean professional environment. All of the employees have amazing memories.... I used to live in Churchland, and when I come to visit, I stop in now, maybe once a year. Lee remembers everything, from personal things like my 5 kids, to the business points such as the way I like my eyebrows done. You never have to tell her twice. I love this nail shop, they are the best!

Very very slow! 2 people on a Friday and 1 just choose to sit there & eat oh so slowly while everyone waited. Barely even acknowledge the customers.The guy wasnt even helpful to the elderly. I will not go here again. Believe the negative reviews!!!!!!

I will never go back to this salon I caught a really bad fungus infection on my feet and hands. It tool me over 6 months and expensive medical bills...I dont recommend anyone to go to this salon. The health department need to investigate this salon!!

Great every time. Me and my wife get pedicures and since I dont get polish. I get a little nap while waiting for her toes to dry. Such a relaxing treat.

I went in for a color change on my toe nails. I had gel on them and want that taken off and regular put on. I called before I went and was told it would be 13.00. When I got there I told them 3 times the same thing. I picked out my color and sat down and put my feet in the water. The lady used a drummel to take the polish off and clipped my nails. She asked if I wanted a spa. I told her no just the color change because I cant afford it. I thought I was clear enough in what I wanted but she did a full pedicure. I asked her how much all of what she did was going to cost. She told me 23.00. I again told her I only wanted a color change. She finished up and I sat down to dry my nails. Another lady came to get a pedicure and sat in the same chair I just got up from. The lady started to use the same uncleaned drummel on the customer. Then the lady started to use the same tools she used on me which she cleaned in my dirty feet water. I got up to pay and it was 26.00. I told that lady the other lady told me 23.00 and she said it was because it is 3.00 to take the gel off! I left not leaving a tip and should have refused to pay. The health department is going to get a call from me on Monday!

Im very particular about customer service when Im paying my money for something. I went in for a pedicure and it turned out decent, however, the techs are extremely rude and dont acknowledge their customers when they enter the door. I also witnessed a lady try to hold a conversation with the owner I believe while getting her feet done, and she was shut down multiple times with no acknowledgement or response. They need to work on being more polite and approachable, and they might wouldnt be as bad. Customer service is key!

The only place I trust for great quality and price. They clean up everything after each use and the facility is sanitary at all times. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Barely acknowledged when I entered in the establishment for gel polish and polish change on my toes. The male tech that serviced me was rude with the one with two earring in left ear. As I was instructing him not to use the drill on my nail b/c they are already thin, slung the drill and said dont come back to me when they come off. I am full aware of the service selections and processes..the owners sit across the room only response was did I chose my nail color, what a joke! Poorly managed, poorly trained, disrespectful people starting with management...Please stand with me in letting them know that they are part of a community that respects one another...SHOW OUR BUYING POWER: BOYCOTT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

The older male here did not observe sanitation practices for my mani, was very rough and abrasive with my hands, and was yelling at other staff. Dumped cuticle trimmings into the bowl of water my other hand was resting in. Will not return.
