Tom has been my go-to nail technician for years now. He just did this set for my wedding and I’m obsessed. I got So many compliments on them.

Tom ALWAYS does a fantastic job! My nails do not peel up on the back or sides and I have made one set last 4 weeks before at the start of COVID. Im always amazed at how well the nails last, including rhinestones, especially because I ride horses.

My feet and nails did not look good afterward. Toe nail polish last a few day. And my feet was put.75 wasted. Nails thick.

I really like them and will continue to go very good prices just wish they were a bit more imaginative when it came to nail designs.

A short wait, but they were super nice and my nails looked great!

One of my nails popped off this morning. I looked and there is dark fungus in it. I decided to pop off the others and I have fungus on three of my nails. Obviously they are not caring for their tools properly, if they are at all. Needless to say Im going to be in my doctors office today.

**** Please NEVER GET YOU EYEBROWS DONE HERE!!!***** I never write reviews but I do not want the karma of someone going through what I did! My brows were thick and I was 1 yr into getting them fuller! They were flourishing! My normal brow lady had a family emergency and I went here for a CLEAN UP!! To make a long story short my brows are ruined they are thin with a weird shape and a whole patch is missing in my right brow!!!! I balled crying in the car after leaving this place! Do not make the same mistake I did!!!

My friend Kathy invited me. It was my first time in over a decade going to a nail salon and I enjoyed it. I would return. Very clean, organized, and well decorated. My mani-pedi looked great.

Says it closes at 8 but actually closes before 7, never went but hours need to be fixed!!

It was clean inside. I saw her clean everything after she used it and clean the chairs. The prices didnt match what was listed on the wall at all, but Im pretty sure he added his tip in that. I thought it took awhile when there were only 3 people in there. Didnt want to take my card. They wanted me to use a cash app. I dont trust those.

What a great job they did.

I received very bad service today. First, as I sat down Pham did not speak, I knew it was going to be bad from there. I brought in a picture I was told I was going to be able to get it done. The man made one mistake and before even tempting to fix it he for up and forced another lady to fix it he said he couldnt do it and started on another customers nails. I told them about how rude he was upon leaving and they jokingly said he had been having a bad day. But I had just seen him being patient and kind to a guy who left an envelope for a customer. People really pick and choose who to be nice to. Nevertheless, the lady who finished my nails did great and was very patient.

1st time coming. I was a little nervous due to COVID. Plus over the last 2 months I had been to 3 other salons and the service was terrible or they were not practicing social distancing. I called prior to coming to see if an appointment was required, if they took walk- in, and if they practiced social distancing. The did however they prefer appointments but at the moment they were not busy so I could come without an appointment. When I walked in my temperature was checked. They had safety barriers hung from the ceiling to the floor between each pedicure chair. The pedicure basins were lined with plastic. They even placed a barrier in front of me when it was time to do my pedicure. The area for nails also had barriers between the clients and nail techs.LeAnn did my pedicure (owner) she was very pleasant and so was Tom who did my nails. I will be coming back!

Lovvved it...soon as I went in they was ready to help me. They actually talked to me and the other customer(not just about nails). I will be coming back!!!

I went here to get my nails done I showed Unique a picture of ombré coffin nails that I liked and she did a better job than the picture! They were perfect! She kept a conversation with me and made me completely enjoy my experience! Thank you unique!! And thank you tl nails!!

Only giving a one star because I have to. The lady who did my nails cut me twice, told me they didnt have matte options when the girl next to me got matte, and charged my card 30 dollars extra resulting in them having to figure out how to reverse the transaction. Never coming here agin

I came in for gel nails and a good pedicure. My nails are fine Tom did them, he was very nice. When I went in the back for a pedicure an older woman did them and I explained to her my feet are in boots all day my toe nails hurt on a few toes, she was rough with my feet and I could have done better on painting my toes do not recommend.

Tom and Lien have been taking great care of my nails for over 10 years. I have never been anywhere else that could give me the same quality of work and I faithfully come to see them every 2 weeks..keep up the great work!!

Sarah, takes great care on my ingrown toe nails. She makes it much better and knows her trade very well. UPDATE: SARAH is no longer here she has moved on to Wonder Nails in Greenbrier Mall.

Went in today with my daughter and my sister. We all were greeted promptly and seated into massage chairs to get pedicures, all good Then it went downhill fast. My sister and daughter were getting their pedicures and I sat with my feet in the water which was getting cold with no-one working on me, but that not the bad part. When my daughter got her toes done, I was still sitting there and then two of the workers got into an argument about the tips. They got very loud then the owner chimed in making it worse. The one that was arguing sat down to start working on my toes, not hi how are you just starting working, still arguing about the situation. Then the owner Tom that got involved with the argument fired her right as she was working on me. Told her to get up and leave, as if I was not sitting there at all. REALLY he could not have waited till she was finished and called her in the back and speak to her in a professional manner. The two ladies that got into an argument were not professional either, none of them seemed to care that there are paying customers sitting there. The young lady that worked on my daughter was the only one that was stop guys there are customers here, really felt sorry for her. I finally got up with one foot done and the other not because could not take all the arguing and yelling. Paid for my daughters and left the poor girl a tip that knew how to be a professional. Really sad situation overall, should of walked out and paid nothing but not fair to the girl who did my daughters toes who was trying to diffuse the situation. Not returning There!!!

So last Saturday me and my boyfriend went there so I can get a full set w gel. Usually Tom does my nails but he busy when I arrived and couldn’t do them. So the lady that sits on the right side of the shop offered to do them, at first I was a little hesitant about it but I let her do them anyway. She was way too rough on my nails cuticles were bleeding, filing down way too hard, and etc. Literally only had them done for a week and two days most of them had popped off! When Tom does them they last a good three weeks, but this is really ridiculous.

Lynn was nice, but when she was doing my pedicure it was as if she did not care about the pain she was causing me . It was as if she was not focused and as if she was half assing my pedicure! Then when she did my nails she did a good job but she was about to charge me a extra 12 dollars for length ! MY NAILS ARE SHORT ! Like real short !!! All together my services should have been 78 dollars, she was going to charge me 90 if I swiped a card and 80 if I did cash . She was trying to over charge me for nothing . That right there makes me not want to go back . Not to mention she nearly cut me well doing my pedicure. But she was really nice . We talked about a lot of stuff . But over charging me and nearly cutting me is a deal breaker no matter how nice you are .Update, my left pinky toe was cut well she was drilling my feet and now my toe hurts !!!! I have to go to the hospital for treatment and antibiotics. 😑😒 damn shame

Ive been going to Tom since they opened this location, and I love it. The service is AWESOME, I never have a long wait time and of course my nails always look AMAZING. Never had the same color or designs. Very clean, and they keep u laughing.

I visited this nail salon last Saturday to get a fill in. Upon waking on Sunday morning my right hand ring finger was cracked and then eventually broke off during the day. I returned to the shop today for a repair.This visit there was a gentlemen that completed my repair. Throughout the service he angrily grabbed and yanked on my finger as he continued to exclaim to one of his other workers he needed to go. He shaped this repaired nail differently then the rest even with comparing.However, the worst part of this experience is that upon finishing he reports it’ll be “$4.”I checked my purse and I only had $2 in cash so I pulled out my debit card and handed it to him.He expresses air loudly and is visibly annoyed and states, “you don’t have cash!?”I said no I don’t I checked that is why I gave you my debit card. He said “everyone has at least $5 cash!” At this point I’m already annoyed by his subpar customer service and lack of effort in ensuring my nail shapes matched that I stated well I don’t! Charge the card! He stated there was a $10 minimum but this one time since I don’t have cash he’d let me use this option to pay.He then charged my card for $5 and handed me the receipt to sign! I said why did you charge me an extra dollar and didn’t bother to mention it or get my approval? He said he didn’t need too.I have never been treated so poorly in an establishment where last Saturday I spent $53 and just today $5! He literally took 4 quarters out of his drawer and threw them towards me!Customer service and customer experience and just plain genuine kindness and courtesy means a lot. However these are all things that have been greatly lost at TL Nails & Spa. I would never return and none of my friends will patronize this establishment either.Beware!

I usually go here, but I will not be coming back any more. The lady doing my nails was on the phone with T Mobile trying to buy phone the entire time doing my nails, she kept taking off her gloves to text on the phone and standing up what should’ve been a 20 min pedi it lasted 45 mins. Smh

I actually really like this place and i want to give it five stars because Tom and two other girls that sit in the front are really good but the lady that is on pedicures most of the time is kind of ify.. she did my full set and two of my nails are bumpy and another is crooked ☹️ I asked her for one of my nails to only have the tip painted and showed her a picture and she said she couldn’t do it like that which upset me because last time i came Tom did that exact design for me which btw isn’t complicated or anything.. she also started touching her feet and eating in the middle of doing my nails.. ew.. but I honestly like the atmosphere and everyone else there.. that one lady is just.. bad.. she also made my cuticles bleed and i had to ask her to give me a clear coat bc she told me i was finished right after the color

I went in for fills and I think the female that did them was in a hurry because people were waiting. The tool she used hit 2 of my fingers and Im having to use antibiotic ointment on them. Nails not the same length. Board gives you a price that has an amount the says + ($22+) and its always the plus side of things. Rip off.
