The customer service was very good. My nail tech was concerned that he wouldnt meet my expections due to not having long in the industry but I think he did very well considering. I was impressed. I do not get false nails often. But Id return. The price was high though. $100 for full set and pedicure

I will never go anywhere else . the concentration they have on their work is impeccable . my daughter is here for the first time & is enjoying her time as well . she took her by the hand so gently & took her to pick her color . Needless to say, my daughter loves it & we will make this our two week mommy daughter date from now on . On top of that theres a hair salon that specializes in natural hair right next door & Crown chicken right in between . I can get everything done within 5 feet of each business . I love it here !

Ive followed Lee to every location that hes been at. Hes great in doing my nails and giving them the glam look. The service and quality of which he provides is phenomenal. I definitely go to no one but him.

Nothing is professional about this place! When I asked if they could do my pedicure and make sure that my cuticles were very nice and clean, the man get upset with me and told me basically I can’t tell him what to do so therefore he cannot continue offering me service

The owner Lee is very unprofessional and rude!! I been a customer for years and the last two times nothing but rude and ruff on my nails!! He got mad me when I told him that he missed some acrylic around my nail and my nail was uneven. Today was my last time giving him my money!!

I received the most painful pedicure from here. The guy who did it was horrible at cuticle trimming. I asked for gel polish to avoid waiting to dry. He piled 4 layers of polish on my toes. I was relaxing so wasnt really paying attention. When he was done I asked why they were so thick and he told me. I had a facial scheduled immediately after so I couldnt even complain properly. But it was my first and last time visiting.

Been going here regular until yesterday,when I arrived to the salon to get a pedi and mani. I arrange for Lee to do my nails an older guy did my pedi. When pedi was completed I proceeded to go to Lee for my nails, when I set down I said “happy late Veterans Day,” I probably repeated it like 2x to Lee, then he said to me, “I ain’t no veteran”. In a rude, unsettling way. However, previously speaking to him on other visits he said he use to be in the Army, Which probably was a lie, then begin saying you haven’t been there in a while and he’s not responsible for my nails. It’s been only 3 weeks, (which I shouldn’t have to explain) my fiancé and I was in Ga for our construction business, he then says you need to get them done by anyone. I then told him I don’t do that, plus we want to be safe and quarantine ourselves from people when we arrived back to VA. He was rough with my hands and did not do a good job, I asked for a design he said it’s not going to last and when he begin on my pinky it was horrible, I told him to take it off, as if he was purposely trying to mess up my nails, he did a bum job there wide and uneven. I was completely surprise he didn’t put any effort in. l told him to only polish them and that was it. I was really disgusted by his unprofessionalism, and was not satisfied. As a veteran I have morals and respect all nationalities, however I will not support this business after what I experienced yesterday by Lee. I will never go back! This was a horrible experience, Impressive nails has officially lost a customer.

This place is very clean and nice service. They have so many gel colors I never seen that much and they also have water art. Ill be back

Great people work here. They took care of me, my sister, step mom, and grandma and we all had a blast! Pedicures werent to expensive and they did a great job them and on my sisters acrylic nails! They were also very patient with my elderly grandma. I definitely will be back. Love love love!

Lee was very unprofessional told me if he knew it was me he wouldn’t have touched my nails my hands sweat and I can’t help that I suffer from that but he was very rude to me rushed my nails and was very rough he will never touch my nails again or my money he shouldn’t be in business if he can’t be professional i am truly disgusted by him

I have been trying new nail techs since mine left Portsmouth. Today I went to Impressive Nails, Lily did my nails. I really like her and will return for a pedicure.

The service i received today was very poor, yes i love how they do my nails and pedicure. The owner was very rude and showed unacceptable customer service I’ve been going to him awhile because he’s the best in the city but when your disrespectful and rude for know reason it’s ridiculous okay you’re busy still no need to treat customers that continusly come specifically to you to get serviced poorly it suppose to be a relaxing time plus you never know how someone Day is before they sit in your chair highly disappointed

The atmosphere was great and so was the service. I am still giving a 5 star but I was disappointed with the pricing. It was kind of expensive and there wasnt a price list posted.

Lee always does a fantastic job on my nails. Didnt wait at all I was in the chair upon walking in. I would suggest making appointments because he is in very high demand but so worth the wait.

Lee did my nails and he was SUPER RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never spend any money with this nail shop again. Lee rushed on my nails because I wasn’t one of his regulars and had a attitude the whole time while doing my nails. My nails look terrible and rushed. People work hard for their money and deserve a pleasant experience. .

A post recently went up on Facebook 5hours ago how this girl by the name of “Meraa Shyanne” she tells a full story of what happened to her finger going her. She explained that “impressive nails” doesn’t clean their equipment and so on. Including the doctors telling her she had one of the worst cases of Poronychia. They may have a good star rating but please watch out for this place!!

This place had 7 chairs for feet and 5 tables for nails there was one person in the joint and the would not give a pedicure or polish toe nails to a 22 yr. Old girl in a wheelchair!!!!

The lady rushed my pedicure. Literally from start to finish took about 15 minutes. Ending up touching up and clipping my nails after they were painted.

I love all the staff ! Lee usually does my nails but I want to try Lily I heard she was great ! They do great eyebrows also.
