Were Canadians who had our boat moored at the Norfolk waterfront for a few days. This was the closest laundry mat, so we made the 25 minute walk up with 3 of our bags at around 10:00am. When we arrived, the owner Nadine greeted us at the door. She was very helpful with which washer to use to spend the least amount of money, how to load it etc... Extremely friendly and chatty! Its not the fanciest place in the world but it has everything you need: change maker, soap available for purchase, plenty of seating, and wifi. Would highly recommend!Price: they have single loaders for $2.50, and triple loaders for $4.50 - and drying is $1.50. The big triple load washers take 30 minutes and drying takes 30 minutes also.Wifi: They have GREAT wifi! Nadine made us answer a skill testing question for the password but it was free otherwise!Something to note: we were planning to go grab some breakfast while we waited for our laundry but there really arent many food options within a close walking distance (its in a small strip-mall type lot, surrounded by hair salons and a Chinese restaurant which didnt appear to be open.

The owner of this establishment could do more for her customers by fixing this place. New machines, floors cleaned, ceiling fixed etc etc. Customers spend good money here. If customers were valued an appreciated it wouldnt look the way it does. Now the owner is nice but that isnt enough. The people who use the establishment have to because it is the only one near by that is easy to get to.

Building is gutted and looks abandoned

It be too hot in this place when its hot outside. They make you weigh your clothes if you want to use the $2.50. In order for your clothes to get dry you have to spend 1.50 in the dryer at one time and your clothes still dont get dry. Its very high here and the place is a dump!!!!!

The owner is weird & rude. The establishment is dirty. Most of the machines are broken. It’s a bit overpriced because she knows it’s the only laundromat near & it’s not open when it should be

Over half the machines are broken, leaking water out of washers and the dryers you have to continue putting money in for your cloths to dry

I like coming here to wash my clothes because the service is outstanding.

My first time ever visiting here, there was a fat lady sitting down when I walked in to get my change to do my laundry and first thing she said to me was do I have any clothes, because she dont let people get her change, if they dont have any clothes to wash, I looked at her and said okay and shook my head and walked out. She didnt know as I was walking in to get change I was looking at how filthy that laundromat was and that is the moment when I realized I did not want to wash the three bags of clothes I had in my car, fearing I might take home roaches and whatever germs in there. So thank you for changing my mind rude lady sitting down, next time say hello when new people walk in.

I must say the lady here is very friendly. The establishment is horrible. The owner of this place should be really ashamed. I only came here, bc the other cleaners was closed. Actually still speechless.

I come in very often to dry my clothes, if the establishment makes enough money then remodel and clean this laundromat. Today I came to dry my clothing and manager ladys husband asked me to hurry up because they are ready to go on a break, to me I think it is rude and disrespectful. Most of the time I come in she is talking about going on a break.

Clean and comfortable place to wash, dry, fold, go.

The lady who runs the place is nice when she wants to be but I dont understand how some of the washers and dryers have been broken for months and that place makes a lot of money many people come in there every day to wash and dry clothes . another thing is that the establishment is dirty . the floor looks like it is never swept or mopped, I never seen anybody clean the washer & dryers, Ive seen roaches, and I never seen her wipe down the tables people fold their clothes on . Its the closes place some people have to go and wash their clothes at least she could do is make sure its clean and the machines work .

Needs to get washers fixed smells sometimes and opens when it wants to not scheduled hours poor service
