I went there when the laundromat I usually use was temporarily closed. There were leaves all over the floor and the place is a mess. That’s the most minor issue. There is no change machine. More than half the dryers were out of order. The front-loading washing machine I used would not spin. There is no number to call to report or discuss this with them. Unless you happen to run into someone who knows which couple of machines actually work (unfortunately, I didn’t meet anyone until after I’d loaded my wash), I highly advise you find another place. There are others nearby that are in good working order.

Half the equipment doesn’t work properly. Incredibly dirty. Does not have an easy way to get change for operation of machines

I love using this place.its always very clean an there is always open washing machines an dryers.its located behind portsmouth provisions.if you are in need of quarters or laundry soap a one minute walk to portsmouth provisions is your answer.

This place is an absolute sh!¥hole. I’d be completely embarrassed to call that business mine. No change machine, no soap machine and patrons told me the machines swallow quarters like crazy. The place is absolutely filthy. I turned around and walked out. Go to the place by Hannafords or to the place in Kittery

We went there to do laundry and someone came in and kicked us out. Also there was a lot of water damage. Would not recommend, terrible customer service!!
