Money was taken from the glove compartment of my brothers car. When confronted. They denied it. Also someone left a empty drink in his car. Awesome service!!

Ray’s went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road. They showed up within 20 minutes from my original call to AAA. They checked my battery and found it to be just fine, the problem was my starter.The tow guy then offered to helped me pop my clutch to get me going again!!!!!! My husband and I were camping from out of town. Called AAA and the first responder arrived in within 30 minutes working diligently trying to get our pickup truck started. Not the battery but our starter. We were not familiar with the area and he helped us find an open garage early afternoon in Fall River, MA. He put in another call to AAA and their tow truck arrived, soon thereafter. Quick load up and off to Fall River. Very courteous friendly service. I highly recommend and would have gladly used their garage service if they were open. We needed pickup truck for our return trip to CT towing our camper. Thank you so very much!!!!

I got towed by Ray’s through AAA and had an outstanding experience. The driver was efficient, polite, and courteous. We had a long 45 minute ride and he was personable with a great attitude. The company has been around for a while and I can see why. Highly recommended!

I had a rough night last night and my truck was towed to Rays. This morning, i called there and Christine was amazing! She really took good care of me. I forgot the gentlemans name that towed my truck home to me, but he was just as kind as Christine. Ill recommend them to all my friends and family.They tuck!

Put my vehicle in the shop mid May for a replacement of my heater core. After 2 weeks checking for any other possible leak they confirmed the heater core and replaced it. Got it back . It ran but they put the wrong screws back in steering column, dash lights didnt work and column assembly wasnt put back together. After going in and out of their shop for almost 4 months i got it back it ran for a week and died. Now Ive tried several times calling other shops to get it fixed. When I tell them wants going on they suggest it sounds like my heater core. The one I paid almost 1 thousand dollars for and didnt have a vehicle all summer and now have no vehicle at all. Still have payments on it so I cant afford another ride. So at 55 years old I got to take a bus and walk in the elements. Thanks Rays

This company towed my car through AAA and caused almost 4k worth of damage to my car and property and is not making right on it.

I went in to fix my window and when I came to pick up the car the window still wasn’t working well. They “fixed it”and I left. My window still didn’t work 100% normally after that and they broke where my door panel attaches. My friend went to get a quote to fix his check engine light. They ended up actually fixing the cam shaft sensor when my friend didn’t even ask for. They still charger for it and when my friend came to pick it up they guarantee the check engine light would not come back on. It came back on a day later
