I love living out here. The management team, especially Monica has gone above and beyond for my mom and I over the last 5 years. Maintenance staff is amazing and quick. I know all of them and they are the sweetest guys. Landscaping is beautiful and they are about to renovate all of the apartments. The renevations are beautiful and I cant wait to move into a renovated 2 bedroom. If you want a real home then come visit us. But if youre just looking for any ol place then still visit. No pests, clean and friendly neighbors. I love Churchland Square ❤️🥰🥰❤️

I just moved out after living here for 4 years. Both the front office staff and maintenance staff (Mr. Anthony, Shawn and Roshay) have always had the tenants and the property best interest at heart. Its obvious by the way they groom the grounds daily and tend to the needs of the community. I would rent here again.

I just moved to Churchland Square and I am very happy that I did! Christina made my move in process a breeze! She was very helpful and helped me get into the right place that had everything that I desired. The grounds are kept up, the maintenance crew are always fast and efficient. Roshea has taken care of all of my service request in a timely manner. Thank you to all of Churchland Square!!!!!!!!!!

Churchland Square is a wonderful community!!! The office and maintenance staff are all phenomenal. Id like to thank the property manager Christina for working with us so patiently and getting us into the perfect place. The maintenance crew Shawn, Anthony and Roshea are always eager to help if you need them to.

Im in my 2nd year here and the staff are very polite as well as the maintenance men. Ive never had any major issues here and they are expedient at every request. Great place for kids as well. I would love to have a washer and dryer. Not sure what I would have to do. Whatever we have to do. Im sure the staff would inform us. Thats how polite the staff is at Churchland Square Apartments.

Kaylin helped me tremendously with understanding my leasing options and helping me to choose the right apartment to fit my familys needs. I am truly thankful for all of her help and patience with me during the leasing process.

This place is becoming a joke my girlfriend mom came by with her house dog one day a couple days later we get a letter for pet fee of 200$ without even confirming if we even had a pet witch we did not.. not mention they come in your home without even leaving a note saying witch day and time they was present in are home on too occasions we have been here 2 years i feel its time for us to move plus the parking here is trash kids throw footballs etc around your cars and hit them the parents dont say nun to them its not worth what we pay to stay here and to put up with this place they come up with crazy reason to come in your home like ceiling measurement etc

Thought this place was great and had actually stayed her for a couple years. But in the end they decided to screw me over and evict me when Ive never had any issue with them before hand. All while in the process of taking care of my ESA paperwork due to mental health issues (service dogs are out of my price range right now). Which that paperwork should be reported as illegal since according to the ADA, they cannot ask you what your disability is. I thought this place was great but its really not. My neighbors were sad to see me go since I got along with many of them and helped them when I could. But its for the best as this place really doesnt care about the people. Choose somewhere else if possible. Somewhere that values medical and healthcare workers as well as other essential and Frontline workers.

A full renovation in the apartment above me and I work night shift. No notice was given and no concern on their part. I addressed my issue to management and they assured me that they would tell the contractors to work later in the day. That hasnt happened as they start at 8 a.m. How are residents a priority when then arent given the courtesy of being informed when excess noise may be a disturbance. All of these apartments are decades old and outdated. They should be renovated/remodeled but not everyone is working during the day. Hopefully while renovating theyll fix the squeaky floors.The sidewalks and entryways are dirty/ moldy but they keep the grass and shrubs cut. Too many notices for entry into your apartment and you dont have to be there. The dates or times are never specific so you can be there. Too many bad experiences to list and cant wait to move.

I called to inquire about pricing I specifically wanted information on the $895 units I was told we have availability now. I go in within an hour and was shown the 995 unit and the 895 units weren’t available to until 7/15. I was given very conflicting information I don’t appreciate being told something is available then when I get there it’s a different story classic bait and switch. These units are on the high end on the market additionally they have nothing included no amenities but trash pick up how is that an amenity. I’m pretty sure I will get a reply stating our units sell fast.

I love my home! My husband looked long and hard for a place we could call home. Thats exactly what he found. The apartment manager is wonderful, whenever Ive had a concern about anything she has always made me feel important as well as giving me insight.

This is a great and safe place to live our family is very pleased with the awesome services that we receive out here from the office and maintenance they are very responsive all the time. I would recommend Churchland Square Apartments to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

Ive been here for almost a year! Property managers and Maintenance personnel are Great! Polite and Professional. The Neighborhood is great and safe for kids. I have no complaints

Churchland Square is a very good place to call home. I love the neighborhood because its very quiet. The rooms are nice sized and very comfortable.

Seems like a nice quiet place. parking can be a bit bothersome at times. The neighborhood is located not far from the highway. The prices seem to be fair. I hope the property management company is not just out to make every penny possible. I hope they care about quality of work

I was never one for leaving reviews, but I am compelled to speak, I have been living in Churchland Square for 5 years, no problem, good maintenance, clean ground great staff, reasonable rent friendly grounds worker s,never had to call twice for maintenance, office people never had a bad attitude, if you do have a problem, they will do everything in there power to get it straight.the only reason my wife and I are leaving is for a retirement environment.

Just wanna take a few minutes out of my day to thank the churchland sq staff for how amazing they have been. Ive lived her for going on 3 years now and they have been nothing but amazing, anytime Ive had an issue they have been prompt about getting it taken care of and made sure to follow up every-time. only complaint i could have would be the amount of counter space in the kitchen and only having one bathroom but ill be honest i signed up for that and was able to fix the counter space easy with the addition of a rolling dishwasher, so 5/5 guys thank you for everything.

Place is going downhill, when I first moved in almost three years and two lease renawls ahi the management was friendly, helpful, and all about the residents. Now under the new management they refuse to work with you to schedule around your work schedule, and will not allow you to schedule a time to for walk throughs and and lease renewals. I work a lot of hours and I have always paid my rent on time and never missed a payment. To be told that they don’t do schedules and basically don’t care that I want to be present when they walk through my home is absolutely unacceptable. The sorry about your luck response I got from the left me awe struck. Seriously considering finding a different place to live since residents are no longer a priority in this community.

The property manager is horrible. She doesnt take the time to know her tenants. Not much of help either. Rent is overpriced. The laundry room door is broken, and is supposed to remained locked, with a code to access it. The amenities are no good either. You pay for all utilities but are not able to get a washer and dryer, unless you rent it from them for an additional $50 added to your rent. It also use to be a safe place to live, but lately, theres been multiple break ins on a lot of the first floor units.

Do not move in apartment 6950 the ceiling cracking and the tub seeps Down and leaves a foul smell in the bathroom that will not go away even with bleach we asked to get fix over three times they seal it up with white culk but week later problem is back they utility bill is unreasonable I worked nights and me and my wifey took showers together still water bill was high they replaced hot water tank but still had to pay high bill after it went up and it was our fault the maintenance crew was cool but overall not worth the price would not recommend to raise family in they post utility bill o e week before rent do once again that tub will piss u off when u step in it smells like mold

I live here it is nice good for kids and the people who work here are amazing

I been living out here 7or8 year and I like it very much. I would tell anyone to move out here
