I have been at Cedar Creek since Jan 13th, 2021. I hadn’t had any issue until recently & Mr. Sylvester was on it every-time. He communicated with me and made sure everything was fix to my satisfaction. Now if only I can talk to them about a new stove lol. But overall this is a really nice place, the office staff has been great & maintenance has been phenomenal!!!!

Mr Sylvester is amazing!! He’s one call away literally, there is no long wait to get anything fixed. He goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable in our home.

I came in a few days ago with my mother and my aunt to apply for an apartment. They are getting up there in age and had a hard time completing the application, but Natasha was extremely patient with them in filling out the paperwork and answering our questions. It turned out they did not qualify, but Natasha went over some other places they could try despite their credit, which she did not have to do. Unfortunately they will not be able to live at Cedar Creek, but I wanted to thank Miss Natasha for her kindness,

Maintenance is Awesome. Dont have to wait for a long period of time before they come out and fix the items that need to be fixed. The ladies in the office is wonderful. Great place to live its very quite

I love living at this property! Good sized apartment for a great price. Maintenance is always willing to go out of their way to help as best I can! Sylvester goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and enjoying your home! Felicia in the office is welcoming and helpful. Cant recommend this complex enough, so happy here I just signed another lease!

I have moved here in June..I love my place the rooms are big..nice quiet area..the management are great....Sylvester and Roger are the best!!! Maintenance crew!!! Any time u call they rite there..I highly recommend cedar creek to anyone...Thank yall

Great place with decent pricing. I had a good time staying here, the management was always polite and courteous and very outgoing. I didnt really like that they add assigned parking last year but I can understand why. That only discrepancies I had with the unit itself were the lack of lighting fixtures in the bedrooms, the floor in my bedroom creeked every time I walked across it and Im sure it wasnt just my weight and they have these low flow shower heads installed in the bathroom which I had to replace with one I bought out in town just so I get a proper shower and lastly I hated that the stove was gas operated, it felt like it was on even when I had it turned off and you can cut on by accident too because of how small the kitchen was and easily the knobs turned. Other than that I had a great time, neighborhood is quiet and a lot of stuff is in walking distance.

Mr Sylvester is awesome! I’ve been a cedar creek resident for almost two years and never had any major issues. Anything I needed was taken care of the same day. He makes the stay even more pleasant. Thank you Mr Sylvester and management.

We loved our time here. The staff is always making the effort to make your stay here the best. The professionalism is above reproach. Sylvester and Rodger both as a maintenance team put the extra work in. Timely and promptly stuff gets done.

Love the maintenance team. i actually enjoyed myself the first year. I now believe they have a new office staff that left me with a bad taste. Working in customer service is not easy but the non-professionalism from an office staff determined that i will no longer support this complex. Also, I will not be contacting anyone to discuss my review. it’s unfortunate that i have to continue my residence elsewhere.

We have been living here a little over a year, just renewed our lease. The management is great, we had 2 problems over the year, motor in the A/C went and water heater went bad and Maintenance lead by Sylvester was top notch in under 24 hours each item was replaced. Our daughters love him, as he always makes time to visit with them when we are outside and he is driving around.In my opinion this is the best apartment my wife and I have rented.

Ive tried to inquire about this community for about 4 months now and Im just now recieving information about a 2 bdrm apartment. To add insult to injury I was going up to the leasing office once a week to try and see a unit and possibly apply but the leasing office was ALWAYS closed. Im sorry not officially closed but they were always out to lunch according to the sign. Once I sat in front of the apartment building where the leasing office is, waiting for someone to return at 2 pm according to the sign. I got out of my car at 2:03 exactly I went up to the office door and realized someone had changed the time. Meaning someone was there the entire time I was knocking. But they act like that because they are no repercussions for theyre actions. This property is unprofessional and unacceptable. Oh yeah and thanks for not helping me. I found a 2 bdrm apartment at another property in the area the appearance and leasing agents are 1000% better that anything cedar creek has to offer!

This review is for the maintenance man, Sylvester. Sylvester has come to get us out of several binds including door knobs coming off the front door, washing machine issues, and repairing toilet handles. He does it all and has a great sense of humor while he does it. Very personable and terrific service. Thanks Sylvester!

I am a current resident at Cedar Creek and the staff is excellent. Felicia and Wendy are always pleasant and very helpful with any questions I may have.If theres any maintenance problems Sylvester normally take care of the issue the same day.Hes always pleasant and always goes far and beyond to help.4/6/19...I am still a resident at Cedar creek.I have been living out here now for over 3 years.I am still happy and bragging over the Staff at Cedar Creek.Sylvester is still very helpful and pleasant.He always take care of any maintenance work I need on the same day..(Superb responsce)I am very happy that my cabinets and bathroom was renovated. All new cabinets,and an more updated dishwasher.☺☺☺I just referred my sister to Cedar Creek..☺☺

Hands down the best apartments weve ever lived in. Sylvester and Roger are the most attentive and proficient maintenance crew weve had the pleasure of working with. I have nothing bit good things to say about them and the apartments themselves, and Id highly recommend Cedar Creek for anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

I moved from Minnesota and I am so happy with how friendly and helpful the staff are here. Sylvester, the head of maintenance, is nothing but a ray of sunshine. Very happy with the management here!

I have been living here almost a year. It has been great. Quiet, great location to banks, grocery stores, gym and interstates. I have nice neighbors who put up with my spoiled doggies, Jazzie and Lulu. Mr. Sylvester and his team make me feel safe living here. Mr. Sly always greets everyone every day with a jolly smile and positive energy/words. He doesnt know how much this means to me. We need to work on getting more lights in the parking lot soon. We discussed this at the first neighborhood watch.

Those five stars are for Sylvester. I’ve lived in many apartments within the past 5 years and no other maintenance team is as good as him alone. If I have a problem he is there within minutes and if he’s not he will atleast call to tell me when he will be able to come. I’ve never had to wait to get anything fixed. He deserves more then 5 stars.

My mother has been a resident at Cedar Creek for about 5 years and loves it there. Over the last 3 and a half years she has battled cancer not once but twice. I live in middle Tennessee and have had to travel back and forth quite a bit, I want want to thank the staff there for their constant concern and care for their residents. i would like to point out one particular employee who has gone way and i do mean WAY out of HIS way to go ABOVE and BEYOND what his job description calls for to help my mother and myself through all of it. He is Cedar Creeks Maintenance supervisor. He is a very kind and caring and and goes out of his way to get to know the resident with all that said this stand out employee is SYLVESTER WYMAN. Couldnt have done alot of it without him! He has been a godsend and a lifesaver!

Ive been living in cedar creek for the past year and a half. Since Ive been here the staff has always helped me when I needed something. Felicia always has a smile on her face when I walk into the office and answers any questions that I might have. Sylvester the maintenance manager has always came promptly to my apartment whenever I had an issue, which is rare because they do a great job at maintaining the apartments. My overall experience at cedar creek has been great. Im still glad I chose this apartment, havent been disappointed yet.

The unit is well maintained.. the staff is friendly & the maintance does an outstanding job responding to the few issues that may arise. I would recommend Cedar Creek to anyone looking to rent very nice to place to live in the Churchland area perfect location

Lived in the neighborhood for 3 years staff was great any maintenance that needed to be done it was usually done the same day before I came home from work. Office always kept me informed about updates. 🙌🏾

My garbage disposal and sink were stopped up and not functioning. I was hesitant to call and waited 2 days since I thought it would take forever for someone to come. The maintenance man Sylvester is awesome and came 5 minutes after I placed the work order and fixed the problem in 10. He even gave me tips to avoid the problem again.

I have lived here for 1 year so far everything has been an amazing experience I will be here another year because the staff are awesome, Sylvester the maintenance man is very kind and helpful he is cooperative and understanding and my neighborhood is soo quiet not very active and I love the peace.

I just moved in a week ago apartment looks very old on inside. I think someone died in hear smells like a old church with stain glass windows that dont open

Roaches (inside and outside on the building at night). Plumbing issues. Lying staff and maintenance. Don’t stay here.
