Honestly seeing the other reviews would make me scared to live here if I wasnt already here 😬 However, my experience has been wonderful so far. Spacious affordable apartment. No pest problems for me. And the ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly. ☺️

My Aunt lives here and she has had nothing but bad experiences. Roaches, car break ins, lets not get started on the bad management. The manager rarely answers the phone and when she does she is unpleasant

Portsmouth as a whole is a war zone w/ a lot of crime but the area of these apartments is not bad at all. I have not had any trouble since being here almost a year. Office staff and maintenance treat me well and prompt with responding. Nice, spacious apartment. Wish i could renew my lease but I cannot deal with the roaches. And they’re huge. Im sure i have pest control come more often than others and nothing is working.

I have been a resident at belle hall for a couple years now and I will be moving to be closer to my job but i have enjoyed living here. Trina as well as the other staff is always very friendly and willing to help in any way she can if you have issues in your unit. the apartments are also very specious and up to date!

Ive lived here since Oct. 2013 and this is by far one of the best developments that Ive had the pleasure of living. My apologies to the ladies in the office though, somehow my original review does not appear any longer so I have the pleasure of writing it again. The Management (LaTrina) here is amazing. Trina is very attentive, courteous and extremely professional. She is hands on and always available to address any concern. Danielle and Wendy and Robin are right there as well, engaged and there to help with any issue that I have. Very professional and very helpful. I feel like a VIP when I go to the office with how Im greeted, but more importantly of how I treated. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested...👍👍👍👍 Great Job

I have been a resident for nine years here now. This is a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are very spacious and living/kitchen room is open. The management and maintenance staffs does a wonderful job with keeping the complex looking amazing. The maintenance staff work very hard to get work orders completed in a timely manner and always willing to take a moment to see how your day going. The mangers (Trina, Danielle,Wedy) are the sweetest people ever. They are always willing to help with anything you cant ask for anyone any better then them. I wish them nothing but the best in life. But hope they stay with Belle Hall Apartments cause cant see myself living here without them. This is a wonderful place to call home.

I love it! Very family friendly. I got a very warm welcome from the employees at the rental office.Really caring, and made sure I was taken care of.Neighbors are super nice.No complaints 5 stars from me.Keep up the great work.Appointment looks amazing!

I have been a resident for eight years. This is a wonderful place to call home. The managers( Trina, Wendy,Danielle) are very nice and respectful. Maintenance staffs does an wonderful job keeping the complex looking amazing.(RWB) awesome gets the job done.

Very nasty apartments I just recently moved out and since the beginning I been complaining about roaches coming out the refrigerator, coming right in through the front door and out the plugs its ridiculous and then the people in the office ignores your calls I have to use someone elses phone just to get in touch with themThey denied me my walk through and took my deposit and said I owe them $400 never again dont waste your money not only that they raised my rent 3-4 months in by far the worst experience/apartment I ever stayed in

If I could I would give them 0 stars do not live here I have lived in many apartments this has been the worse experience out of them all do yourself a favor steer clear of this monstrosity the infestation problem was almost impossible to deal with over 100 roaches coming through the front door every night I had two of my packages stolen my car broken into and the office staff blocked my number extremely unprofessional and after all I had to deal with they raised the rent by 50$ I could not wait to leave.

I move here in April of 2017 and my stay here is Nice!!! & my Management

Belle Hall is a nice place to live. But the tenants out there will steal your UPS
