I have lived here for almost six years and have not really had any issues Over the years yes they have had different maintenance people and some different mangers but never had anyone be rude at all. When I have a problem it usually is taken care of right away as long as there is no emergency and I know emergencies need to be taken care of first. The new manger Cheryl has been helpful on everything when I have to callHave not met the new maintenance people but I’m sure they are okIt’s a quiet complex for the most part only issue I have a complaint on is parkingBut I like it

I am very disappointed, I have dealt with the new management that has assumed care of the property in prior years at a different complex, they still act the same when it comes to service and brining issues, it comes to threats and belittling you as the renter, I would not recommend this place under the new management.Apparently having multiple vehicles isn’t believable, so you can’t be successful to their standards. Then lie about rules that don’t exist, on top of that if you have visitors that classifies as people living there.

I live here and I love it. Huge park across the street. Middle school and High school in walking distance. Also, it is located at the end of a road. Very safe and 7eleven super close!!! I feel very safe. Older construction but sturdy! Maintenance and management are very easy to work with!

It is nice here. Conveniently located to schools, as well as shops. The property manager Cheryl has been a complete blessing. She take her time. But is very nice and helpful since she been here. Things actually get done!...

Do not move in. This place is a headache to deal with. The staff is rude and unprofessional. It takes forever for a maintenance issue to be fixed. The dumpsters are surrounded by trash and when it rains it stinks because of the trash laying all around. We ended our lease early because my family could not deal with it anymore. We provided them two separate addresses that they could send the last bill to. They managed to mess that up and take down the wrong address. They were sending the last bill to the wrong address for months. Then finally a debt collector calls threatening that this will go on my credit if not paid. All because of their mistake. I wish I would have read the reviews before we moved in. Save yourself and your family the headache. DONT MOVE IN.

I hate this place and as soon as I can I am out of here. The maintenance staff stinks! Ive been after them to finish a repair that they started 5 months ago. I also have a garbage disposal issue that they claimed that they replaced but 2 months later its starting to back up, affecting my neighbors also and now there is liquid coming up through the cracks of my floor boards in my kitchen floor. I have told them about the disposal issue weeks ago and then told them about the liquid coming up in the floor 4 days ago and NO ONE has taken the time to check it out. This is unacceptable and unhealthy. But they always want their rent when its due and dont hesitate to add charges. The landscaping crew are horrible and nothing is ever done satisfactory. I will move as soon as my lease is up. Dont consider moving to this facility because all they want is your money. Why cant these businesses just do what they need to do.

I have lived here for a year and initially I thought it was okay. Then a month afterwards there was a new manager... this was the third one prior to me moving in. As time goes on things start to go downhill with fees adding to the rent stating it wasn’t paid on time. They absolutely do not answer the phones and will close the office early without notice. There is not a lot of maintenance staff so issues go unresolved for awhile. I had a ceiling leak with no repair for over two months with no communication on fixing it properly then my car was broken into so that broke the camels back. Only good thing is the location if you have kids enrolled in the schools. Otherwise read the reviews and proceed with caution.

This has got to be one of the worst managed properties I have ever rented.Maintenance is nearly non existent. And the management company will try to screw you over on a monthly basis. We paid our bill completely and in full,based on our statement sent to us. The next day we got a letter from a lawyer stating that we owed 100$ plus multiple fees totaling well over 50$. The leasing office said our rent went up but it wasnt on the bill at all. And of course the is no response from the office or the management company. Long story short,only rent here if you hate yourself and want to be plagued with issue after issue while being systematically ripped off.

I wss considering this has an option but after viewing the rental office last week. I scratched it off my list. The manager young girl was unbothered about my questions and somewhat rude. Personality not that great for a person who will be working with tenants or public.. And to say the door was locked during the day and it was closing time.

Great location! Its near the Coast Guard base, local schools, and not far from the College Dr. area. Friendly staff!

Horrible Creek in the wall. Cost way to much for the space you get. Getting your water and gas bill is like pulling teeth until its pass due. Moved in with 15 things that needed to be fixed/replaced, only 2 things were addressed. Have rent automatically withdrawn and for 4 months they claimed rent was not paid even when I showed bank statements showing it had been paid. The thinnest walls between neighbors I have ever dealt with. Discount was added, taken off, added, taken off, added, etc. Terrible management. Would never stay here again and WOULD NOT recommend anyone to move in here. If negative stars were possible this place for me would receive a -5 just for management alone. Nasty attitude everytime you ask them something like as if you are bothering them. Worst experience ever.

Im so over this place. Maintenance stinks and if u need a one bedroom townhome. Dont accept 4107A. Its like your living in a closet. The neighbor likes to have his bass up where it feels like you live inside the subwoofer. Oh and trying to get the utility bill is like pulling teeth. Been here over 6 months and still havent been receiving them. Its so frustrating beyond the point. I feel like we cant stay in my home due to the neighbor being inconsiderate to us because his entertainment system is to our wall of our living room.

Their managment has really improved lately, having far less problems that i did starting here two years ago.however there are still roach problems, they do a pretty good job of sending the exterminator nowadays as opposed to not at all like a year or so ago.liking the new managment so far

I thought this would have been a better experience moving to Cederfield but, it wasnt. I currently have a issuse with seening a baby mice run through my kitchen not Once but, Twice. I called the rent office to let managment know what was going on. I was told that I would be put on the waiting list for pest control for December 13. Ummmm No !!!! This is not the answer that I was waiting for never the less I have a small pet as well. Putting sticky traps down is not the solution. Managment has a horrible job of fixing the problem when I have bluntly exlained the sitution at hand. If, I am telling you that in my kitchen the bottom of my cabinets are open and need to be closed in and you are telling me about Damn pest Control coming out in less than a week and a half. Im not trying to hear that. So if my issue is not resolved I will be calling down town to the City Health Inspectors office to resolve my problem if this issue is not handled. I do not reccommend anyway staying here!!~ Tinika Battle~

If I could put lower than 1 star I . My wife and I lived here for years. The units are outdated, the rental office was inept, and the neighborhood has issues. If you had maintenance issues it took forever for them to be resolved due to there only being one maintenance man, and some things he couldnt do by himself for safety reasons. The rental office was more concerned with numbers than renters concerns. When break ins began occurring and suspicious individuals were seen on the property they were very slow to act. You will be nickels and dimes for fees and charges, and when you finally move out you will be charged huge amounts to repair or fix their dilapidated items. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

This apartment/townhouse community is not good. This is a case of looks can be deceiving. Many tennants with large pets that the animals to release themselves vwherever. Also, heat & air condition goes out constantly. Cabinets in kitchen are very old and they refuse to replace them unless you pay extra on your rent. Not e good. If youre looking for a nice place to live...you can find better.

My ac broke it was 85 degrees in my house my lease says if it’s 85 outside or above it’s an emergency they checked the temp 20 minutes after I called and reported it and say it was only 84 degrees so it wasn’t considered an emergency other multiple problems as well don’t rent hereThere have been 4 different managers since I’ve moved in and I haven’t even been here a year

I would not recommend living here Ive lived here for over a year in the beginning when I first move in the management was very helpful and nice but since then a lot has change. At first when you move in they give you a list of what are the things that are wrong in which when I move in the carpet was disgusting I put that on the list and nobody had came to clean it I had to do it myself. Consistent repair there is always something going wrong in my apartment at one point I had to deal with mold and a leaking roof and it took the months to fix. I have a three year old son that would consistently get sick because of it. Due to the fact the apartment complex is right in from of a high school kids would cut through the apartments and early in the morning apartment is fill up with smoke from them smoking weed before school and that is everyday. Everybody in my apartment complex has complain but nobody has done anything. On top of that they are raising my rent up to dam near $200 and my place is old there is nothing new renovated and they dont care. When I have enough money to move Im out just like everybody else that did in the last two weeks . Do not move here. Go somewhere else

Apartment complex reeks of marijuana.unprofessional staff.jerking me on my security deposit.all thumbs down..the only reason I gave it one star is because.I had to make a comment.but its negative five stars for me.Not to mention Hoodsout here like they are in a war zone with all the guns in plain sight.when you leave your apartment.No how are you.No nothing.just ice grilling.
