I just visited Vienna yesterday, Sunday 9/27. I had a dip manicure which required a lot of attention. The woman that did my nails spent so much time, and my nails are PERFECT. Absolutely beautiful. Everyone here does a fantastic job, but this time stood out. I didn’t get her name, but she’s awesome.

Wow! Ok so yesterday I got my nails done here. I was surprised at how fast I got a nail fill! 💅And they look AMAZING! Not to mention the staff is incredibly kind! They sat me down with Thuy (pronounced Twee) and she, as I said wasnt only incredibly efficient, she payed attention to details even I didnt see! 🧐This is a little chunk of heaven 😇 in a neighborhood that *can* be a little troublesome.The day before, I spent all day into the late night planning a party for friends and family THEN on the way there we got a flat just 2 blocks away, & my partner stayed to call AAA and I walked over.Thuy was SO GENTLE and soothing that I started to fall asleep 🤭 she SO politely, asked if Id like a cup of coffee, went to the back room, and brought me a little cup of hot coffee ☕! It was so sweet of her! Theyre exactly like what I showed her I wanted from pinterest, and I will definitelly be coming back to Vienna Salon again!I payed 40$ for my nail fill plus 2 nail replacements (two nails snapped from my garden) but I tipped her twice because I was so happy 💓

Liel is an engineer graduate. I don’t think I’ve ever made an effort to come back to the same nail place as much as hers because she hires and trains people to apply the same level of dedication and expertise to themselves as she has for her own business(when great people do basic things) The outcome speaks for itself according to each owns. However, her passion for hair is why I will be visiting her again for a haircut in a few weeks! (Will post photo then!). 💅💇🏻‍♀️

The owner calls me to remind me that I am overdue for a manicure. They do a very nice job. Not fancy but good work.

I took my daughter out for a girls day social distance style and we got our nails done here in July after places were allowed to reopen with safety precautions in place. They were wonderful! We got a same day appointment (within an hour of calling them even) and I felt very safe and protected while there. They were very sweet and friendly, and even let me take a quick break so I could care for my baby who had woken up from her nap in the stroller. I would absolutely recommend this salon. Great location im NE Portland, quick, affordable, and worth every penny!

Wonderful pedicure at an even better price ($25)! I walked in on a whim (business travel) and they quickly accommodated me. The male owner was super nice and gives a great leg massage. Super relaxing experience and will be back when I am in the area again!

I have been visiting Vienna Salon for several years and won’t go anywhere else.During these Covid-19 times, they adhere carefully to CDC guidelines to keep their clients safe in the relaxed environment.My typical service is a pedicure with polish and shellac manicure about every two weeks. My pedicures are complete with a scrub and leg massage. The polish always endures my outdoor lifestyle with no chipping. I appreciate the precise cuticle trim, without gouges or cuts on both my toes and fingers. My shellac manicure has never lifted or peeled. Lieu provides a quick, but accurate brow wax, and regardless of the fact that I always forget to schedule a wax, she makes it happen for me.My husband joins me occasionally for a spa pedicure and mani with a buff and is always pleased with the experience and services.

Wayyyyyy overrated! Just got my nails done yesterday. $65 + $7 tip = Wayyy overpriced. My cuticles look extremely bad and like Ive had these nails for 2 weeks already. My tape design is already lifting BEFORE 24 HOURS!!! My friend just got nude nails with a little glitter and her nails were still 60.. She also got cut and didnt receive cuticle oil or any attention to it. I chose to go there because they had a good rating with over 200 reviews but I was rushed and I dont like my results. I would NEVER go back.

I love coming to Vienna nails. They do a great job and they are very up to date with their styles. I tell everyone about them and will continue to do so.

Im visiting from Florida and had one of the best pedicures EVER @ Vienna. The staff was friendly, the locals were friendly. I dont wear acrylic and chipped my nail while traveling. They fixed it beautifully, keeping me from having to cut all my nails down! Then, to top it off, got my eyebrows arched. Loved it!!

Nice nail techs with a large assortment of polish to choose from ... assorted by color so it’s easy to find inspiration.

7.29.17 Stephan(sp?) was AMAZING. Im from out of town, and was in need of some pampering, and I definitely got it. This is a lovely salon. Even with how busy they are, theyre still attentive to each client. Also, super affordable and clean tools.

Cozy little shop in the Lloyd district. The staff are all super friendly and it doesnt matter who does my nails, they do an amazing job. And the price is good! Love this place.

I had previously had good experiences here, but recently went in for a pedicure and sadly will not be returning. One of my toenails was cut crooked and the polish chipped off three of my toenails less than two days after the pedi (I didn’t do anything strenuous in closed toed shoes either). Plus, the woman doing my nails complained about past customers. I understand (and think its awful) that this salon employee had to deal with a disrespectful customer, but I don’t think it’s professional to vent - and call this past customer a “biotch” - to current customers. The bad pedicure and uncomfortable conversation will keep me from returning.

Amazing experience and decently priced! I like my nails very sharp and they got the shape perfect! They have an array of color changing gel polish which is really fun also!

I got a fill from Mimi on 5/19/14. I found there was a major lack of attention to detail. The polish that I had on was not thoroughly removed before my fill, so now I have some hot pink streaks underneath the new layer of acrylic. The paint job is poor - some of the polish gets nice and close to the cuticle, while on other nails there a big gap. They are very fast and have a great selection of polish colors, but I found that quality is lacking.

Lieu was very sweet and did a great job, prices are reasonable and location is convenient. She took her time and made sure my color was dark (other salons tried to charge me extra because i wanted an extra coat of color, which was only because it was a dark color and needed another coat. Outrageous!). The skin scrub smelled great and made my feet extra smooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I love this place!! i have been going to get my nails done for years and this place really nails it. I have only been here for acrylic sets but i have found out this is the place to go!All of the staff are welcoming and do a great job. they take their time to make sure your nails come out the way you want them. the prices are spectacular! you will never find these kinds of prices with such great quality work!I will never go to another salon ever

I recieved great service. Love how my eyebrows got trimmed. And was able to my eyelashes done. Very happy with the service.

Im breaking up with my salon. I used to love this place. Hong gives really good massages BUT twice now I have called to make an appointment and Hong didnt write it down. the first time when I walked in after making the appt he said sorry were full. I said I had an appt. so then I ended up waiting for 45 minutes and didnt even get to see the person I made the appt with. The next time I was going to be 10 minutes late for my appt and called and said is that going to creat any problems, they said no problem. As I was getting the pedi several people showed who had also said they made an appt (that werent written down). Well they actually asked me to come back another day to get my mani. I was nice and said sure. I realize mistakes happen but if you have a long standing customer and you ask them to wait or come back when theyve made and appointment then at least give them a free manicure or pedicure or discount or SOMETHING!

Had not been here in a long while, and it had been remodeled and was very nice.

I agree with the comment “not the place to get acrylic nails done”. It was a bad experience for me and when I returned to ask for assistance to repair the manager was not at all helpful and intimated I had done something to cause the issue.
