My stylist was Jackie. Now with me being a girl, I was skeptical about going and getting my hair cut super short. I’ve never done it before, but Jackie did an amazing job of giving me what I asked for and calming my nerves. I’m blessed to have her as the first person to cut and style my hair like I always wanted! Jackie and her other staff were absolutely supportive and kind. This was an amazing experience and I’d definitely be going back!

My twin sister has short hair and was looking for a place that would use clippers on the sides of her hair and shorten the top. I had decided I’d try my version of Pink’s haircut. We decided to check out what the ladies at Sport Clips could do. We didn’t even know they cut women’s hair.I am so happy with my hair. We use the Huntsville location and the Bryan location pretty often between my husband and two boys. We have never had a complaint and always had a great experience. Today was not one of those days. Started as soon as we walked in the door. It wasnt any specific girl it was a couple. They were not personable at all, sassy, and too much in a hurry to let you finish asking a question or explaining what service we were there for and what kind of haircut. We went for the MVP service but didnt even let us finish talking. Walked off and went straight to the chair mid- sentence.

Ive had good experiences in the past, a clear disconnect on either of me or my stylists end on how much a trim should be led to me having way more hair than I wanted cut off. I probably wont be coming back in the future, but cant say they do a bad job. It was just miscommunication I suppose

I had a great experience here. Customer service is excellent. Please check in online to make sure you show up right when they are ready for you. Jennifer did my hair she did great!

This place did a terrible job at cutting my hair left patches behind my eat did not clean my face paid for a beard trim and just outlined my face did not clean anything off or anything was extremely rude when I came back inside and wanted them to fix it and wanted me to wait back in line behind 4 other people!!! Extremely disappointed my family comes here and was expecting better I guess. Just disappointed!

I have tried a number different places around Huntsville to get my haircut. I the first time I tried Sport Clips, I left with a pretty okay cut, but the stylist was nice enough and I was able to make it work eventually. The second time I went the cut was sub par and the stylist was a little condescending. I decided I wouldn’t be coming back, as the experience the first two times would average out to a 2.5 out of 5. I did not plan on coming back.But the, But then, I got a new job. Out of necessity, I had to come back. Sport Clips was the only place open and I needed a haircut ASAP. I figured anything was better than trying it myself. To my surprise, the stylist I got the third time was excellent! Dona listened to what I needed and made sure through out the process that it was what I wanted. She was careful, courteous and professional. The small talk was amicable and enjoyable. Most importantly, Dona gave my cut the attention it needed and I am incredibly happy with how it turned out! I definitely plan on coming back to see Dona when I need another haircut.

Been going here for a few years and this time I am so disapointed I cant even think to call and complain. My Sons hair is beyond messed up...there is no hiding it. I didnt notice it was AS BAD till we got home and washed the gel out. Not to mention a cut on his ear and neck. We paid $18 for a terrible cut. I am devastated and have Pictures.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for the past 2 months and usually have Nelly cut my hair. I went in today and the lady that cut my hair was there “helping out.” I asked for a mid bald fade with finger length on top. Aside from having very little personality, she was very fast and when she was all done stuck the small mirror in front of me and asked if that was good. It looked fine.... until I got home and washed my hair out. The top was all choppy and lopsided. My sides were uneven lengths, you could see lines in the fade. I drove back and Jenn helped fix it. She was great, had me in and out of the chair in under 10 minutes with my hair fixed and looking how it should. The 5 stars are for Nelly and Jenn.

Nice place and the staff is very friendly. Went twice here, tried two different people and they both did a good job. Will continue to go there. Also, checking in online helps allot if you want to rush it.

Ive always had awesome experiences taking my son in for his haircuts even throughout the terrible cant sit still stages. We have been customers for 3 years. Recently my sons haircut wasnt exactly what I expected so I called later that evening to see what could be done. No hesitation they had us come in as soon as possible to get it fixed. Thank yall! Wonderful staff! Shout out to Jenn who we normally go to.

Had a great experience walked in and waited only about 10 mins and the staff was extremely friendly, I forgot her name but the lady who cut my hair was very nice, thorough and gave me a awesome cut. Had bad experiences in other locations but I will be definitely coming back more often now. $18 for VIP isnt too shabby either.

Sat there for 40 minutes waiting. There were 4 hairstylists, only 3 guys in front of me. Most places, that’s a 15-20 minute wait. They were taking their sweet time, though. One stylist didn’t even finish the haircut she was doing when I walked in by the time I walked out. Men’s haircuts don’t take 40+ minutes to execute. I guess they get paid by the hour, rather than the cut. Certainly weren’t in a rush about it.

Do not recommend coming here. The worst hair cut you could imagine. Will not go back.

Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and not a long wait. Took my 3 year old son to get his haircut as well and they did an amazing job with him throwing a fit and crying during his haircut. They were extremely patient and did a overall great job. Will definitely be coming back

Do not go here if you have black hair. I went here twice now and hair was tragic I just get a basic taper fade with a 2 on top the first time my edge was way back on one side right on the other but boxed instead of rounded the second time she pushed my hairline so far back I looked like I was balding then never edges my hair and finished the cut and walked off when is at there she came back I said are you going to edge me? She was like oh yeah and played it off... I wish she hadn’t edged me it was so bad I went over to the manly salon to get it fixed and they thought I tried to cut my own hair. Won’t be back

Online system did not take both me and my sons reservation. The lady then adds my names and they skip my son in line. Now we are spendinh the entire afternoon up here waiting to get haircuts..... Go to Willis location.Update: After waiting 40 minutes after my appointment arrival time, decided to leave as it was looking that I would have to wait an entire hour more. Very horrible experience. Thanks to the Manager who came out and added my name and removed my sons name so he was skipped over. Only 2 stylists on staff. Ill be mentioning this to a fellow franchise owner in Cypress.

Several of the stylists have cut my hair and they have all done a great job. Very friendly, too. Just try not to walk in at a peak time, because the wait can be a bit long at peak times.

Asked for a fade and a little of the top. Even showed her a picture of what i was going for and she cut it way too short could not style it to safe my life. Had to go two weeks with a cap on and then go elsewhere to see if it could be fixed yet.

Great place. The wait was a little long, but they have a screen thatll count down your time. I believe they will let you sign in, leave, and message you when your time is close.The cut itself was great, and she did a lot of extra work on the beard. I will be returning.

My boyfriend always gets his haircut here, but last few times we have been he has walked out. Last time he walked out bc a lady decided to basically ignore him, she decided that chit chatting with a friend was more important then making money. Probably will not be back.
