They are the nicest techs in the neighborhood and are great at shaping nails. The prices are very fair and I’ve never had any issues after getting my nails done here

Great service! My family and I were weekend vacationing in Oregon and love to get pedis together. My 5yo loved the flower details they lady did on her toes ☺ and my husband was very grateful for the ladys gentleness since the last time we went to a different salon in Washington they cut up his feet so bad it hurt for him to walk 😔 we will be back here next time we visit 😄

Had an incredible experience at elegant nails today and would highly recommend! The staff was so nice and welcoming (and made my boyfriends first pedicure comfortable too!). The massage chairs are top notch! 10 out of 10!

I stopped in on a whim and Im very impressed. I rarely get fake nails. Maybe once a decade. Thats because they come out bulky. But the woman who did my nails (which I regret forgetting her name) was a perfectionist. It took awhile, but the acrylic was applied thinly and checked at all angles for evenness and beauty. Ill be getting my acrylics from here from now on.They take credit cards with a small percentage fee if I recall correctly. Id suggest taking cash (thats what I did)... If only to feel baller. 😘

I am so sad. I was having a bad day, so I thought getting my nails done here would be great. It was not. My nails are incredibly uneven, took over 2 hours, clumsily filed... Not to mention that they filed so hard that I yelped in pain from the friction. I will never go here again. There were no beautician licenses in sight, which is very alarming, and not surprising, considering the lack of quality I recieved. I was charged $40 for a service that is disgraceful. I want my money back.

I went in with three friends and they were great! Very safe for covid and my gel manicure is perfect:)

Just a bad job. This is how my nails look like right after the manicure. Usually my nails looks like it in 2 weeks after mani. Awful! I am very disappointed. Polish is uneven that is hard to see at the pictures, and I asked to use extra layer of polish, but she doesnt know how to do it evenly. Crazy! Cuticles were chipping the same day, so I had to redo all the job myself at home. In three days polish looks grown out. Will never come back again.

Elegant is not the right word for this place. It seemed like they did it in such a rush and ended up hurting my nail bed. They also left glitter on my nail bed and its either chipping away already (got them done yesterday) or they didnt pay enough attention. I got my nails done because I have a feeling my boyfriend is going to propose to me on my birthday this Thursday, but am HIGHLY dissatisfied. And for $40 too! I thought it was going to be $25 or so because I got shellac and metallic but there goes $40. So disappointed.

I was kind of nervous by all the negative reviews but am happy I went. Super cute nails and funny conversation. $30 for a shellac manicure—standard. And woman doing my nails was really pleasant. Though I don’t really care about pleasantries when it comes to nail service, it was a plus.

Always the best service and great manicures and pedicures. The ladies who work there are very attentive and kind. Never rushing and doing everything just right.

I love this place so much the service is great and the people are so sweet. They are chatty and interact with you. Wonderful place.

I have been a customer for many years. I liked elegant nails because I always got a good mani-pedi and I thought the place was clean. Not this last time. As regards the manicure, she didn’t do a thorough job on my cuticles. Also I had a split nail and asked her to use gel on it but she only put some glue on it which did nothing. I had told her that glue hadn’t worked in the past but she acted as though she didn’t hear me. However, that I can live with. What I can’t is how dirty the place has become. They didn’t give me flip flops after the pedicure so I was walking around barefoot on the filthy carpet. They sent me to the restroom to wash my hands before the polish again without slippers and the floor in there was disgusting. Too bad but I will never go back.

Love this place. Walked in one evening for a pedi, everyone was friendly and the place is clean and cute. The pedicure, massage chairs and staff are great. I highly recommend coming here and Ill definitely be back.

I walked in a few weeks ago to get acrylics removed from a wedding I had attended (My job doesnt allow acrylic or polished nails). They had a lot of friends and family members inside at the time, and were very focused on them. None of the employees said hello or anything else to me, except the lady who greeted me at the door, and she left soon after. I talked to the lady who was removing my nails, but she didnt seem like she really wanted to talk. She never said hello or introduced herself either. After I left, my nails were horribly uneven with some cut shorter than others, I had to go home and even them out myself.

Worst ever- less than one star! My nail treatment lasted less than two hours and when I called back the owner said they couldn’t fix it for me the same day. She asked me to come in the next day, I explained that I worked and would be in around 5:30, and asked if that would work. When I went in to the saloon she said I didn’t have an appointment and I never called back to say I was coming??? I just talked to her the day before. No apology for the cut cuticles and shoddy work and she didn’task me to wait she told me that I would have to wait. Beware - when I was in having my nails done another person came in with the same complaint about her polish not lasting and it had only been a day. When I went to anotherSalon to have them fixed found out their pricing was 30% less AND I was told that the Elegant place took off my old polish damaged my nails (the tech took a fake nail and put it under my old polish and pried off the other polish- taking layers of my nails off with it) Only bright side is I asked Elegant for a refund and they did give me one.

Great gel manicure by a sweet woman(Phong?). I am from socal and I have never had a manicure lasted 2 weeks without chipping or peeling. This mani never budged. I wish this place wasnt so far from LA! lol

I am sorely disappointed in Elegant Nails. My fingers and toes are chipping like crazy only 3 days later! I teach yoga so I do get a good amount of callus build up on my feet, but I do expect that a professional service would be better than what I can do myself with an old pumice stone and 5 minutes, after the treatment my heels were still rough and I had to exfoliate them at home. I honestly dont expect my fingernails to last long but a pedicure should definitely last far far longer than this!I went with 3 friends who were also unimpressed with their services (2 manis and 1 pedi) for similar reasons, so I dont believe this could be a one off.

Cute building and decor, but awful job on my pedi. The woman did not push my cuticles back, so the polish is uneven and looks grown out. I went with 2 friends, and the women doing our nails talked so loudly the entire time that my friends and I could hardly hold a conversation over them. I would not go back.

I got the best set of acrylics I have ever gotten here. It took forever but the nails are perfect.

I have been coming here for Pedicures, for the past 2 years. Ive never had a bad experience. Till Now =21/2 Months earlier I had a Major Surgery. I was finally well enough to drive my self places and thought a Pedi would be a slice of heaven. I still wasnt allowed to reach to my Toes, safely with out running the risk of apossible dislocation. The lady, I thought was Very Rough, and Overly Aggressive on my Nail Beds/Cuticals. My Toes where pretty in the end + I was more or less happy and feeling better. In few weeks after my Pedicure, I obtained help removing my Polish. Noticing my Big Toe,was Very Red, Painful and gradually getting more and more Swollen/Increasingly Painful in the Skin around the Nail Bed. In addition, my Nail Bed Hurt and was discolored !! I knew that I needed to see a Dr..But called the Salon to inform them, what had happened. And maybe they would Refund me or Show Some Good Bedside Manner. The Salon Manager, was not working this day. so I spoke to Rita. Rita, very abruptly informed me. She would not Help me in any way. and Hung Up On Me!!I went immediately to Urgent Care 2Xs $140.00 just to be seen for the 2 times. Not including their Bill after Insurance. The Dr. told me, this is from Unsanitary Tools and Foot Baths !!!!! That the Salon Infected Me!Im on Antibiotics 3xs a day, Epsom Salt Foot Baths 3xs a day too !just last night I finally got in to see my Primary PCP - she referred me to a Podiatirist for More Treatment . My Toe is So Sore !! Plus Im recovering from T.H.R Surgery . Elegant Nails, could of cared less about what they had done to me. I will not be returning to them again. Be Careful, they are UnSanitary

Cash only is a big fail in this day and age. They have an ATM but it charges you $0.25 plus whatever your bank is going to charge you.

I periodically travel to Portland from California. This salon has become my favorite place to get my nails done and I always schedule a visit when Im in town.

Worst experience ever, not professional or friendly at all, they keep talking annoying and loud to each other all the time, they lie about the price, outside the Saloon is something and when they start doing your nails they tell you more different price, their work is sucks and not professional at all, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, definitely not coming back, the worst.

Parking is on the street and there is a public lot very close....to be expected for the area.
