I came here for two pedicures. They charged me 115 for my partner and me. He got a hot rock pedicure, and I got the same with gel French tip. Not only did she burn me while removing the previous pedicure I had, she didn’t remove my cuticles, or pay much attention to shape. She wouldn’t let me compare my toes to make sure they’re even and she rushed me out when they finished with me. I noticed they left polish all over my toes. I still paid and tipped $10 because i do know it’s their time but I expect them to have more integrity than to let someone walk out looking like me. I’ve given them more than one chance and I just won’t go back. If you’re like me and care about details, save your money and just book with independent nail artists.

Pedicure was amazing. Came back today for a dip nails set and these have to be the worst nails Ive ever received. They are chunky, and not coffin shaped at all.Update: I went back and they fixed them free of charge.

I went here to get a fill … my nails are thick, huge glob still of unfiled acrylic, was overcharged, one lady started then stopped then the guy who did her nails finished mine asked if I wanted a diamonds then put a bunch I had to have them removed because they look horrible and for 82 dollars I would expect they look good ( shape ect ) unhappy with the overall experience. After complaining and correcting the guy on the price it was still wrong and they look terrible . Not sure how a fill turned into a full set, I didn’t have tips put on and they didn’t remove the acrylic instead he added way more than what I already had . I was their two hours and I was nice … terrible nail service

My first visit didn’t go so well, I was unhappy with the shape and color of my nails. The owner reached out to me and insisted that I come back so she could fix it. If you’re not happy with something just come back another time and ask for someone else. Everyone has their own area of expertise. I definitely would return and know who I’m booking my next appointment with, thank you!✨

Very discriminatory against “black/African-American” people. Very shocked by my experience, the reviews I read made it appear to be a place to go so I invited my sister and niece to join me and my daughter. I paid for my service and left a tip, but I will never go back. If the color of your skin is too dark, you will be treated differently.

Went in with a group of 4 to get mani pedi for my friends wedding. My pedi was ok but sadly had no time to enjoy it because they were rushing my dip nails. The lady cut me and my finger nails look awful. Spent 93 dollars and I am going to have to get them done again tomorrow somewhere else.

Been a fave business for years. As a type 1 that has to worry about injuries to my feet they are very careful.

I paid for the deluxe pedicure.... the entire time she was having issues with the bowl, water and jets/plastic they put in the bowl. She removed the plastic and continued my pedicure. Hearth hazard for sure....She left the bottom of my feet rough and the polish doesnt even cover all my toes.... a lot of cuticle and callus left. After $50 Im having to go get another pedicure.. ..Ill never be back

So the long nails are done by Summer, if I ever was to go back I would recommend her... She did my nails the first time and every other time I’ve walked in they gave me to Cindy who is nice but gave me Very crooked nails.The first set was $115 for total plus tipThe second set was $83 for total plus tipBoth I got with a pedicure.Unfortunately after having poor customer service last time, I refuse to go back.I started my walk in by saying I believe you send me a 20% off to my phone, after the appointment was all said and done they DID NOT give me 20% off and said it was 20% off a Gift voucher. 🙄 which is annoying because the service was finished and I would have had her go back and correct my nails to look the way wanted.

Louis rocks!!! I cant wait until I can get a full set again I miss my nails so much. I had surgery and I cant put my garment on with any lenth, but Louis understood my dilemma and gave me the cutest short set to hold me over until Im me again🥰🥰

I have been pretty disappointed with the quality of service I got here. I got my nails done 6 days ago and have already had two nails come completely off, 1 after 3 days and another after 6. The nails look good, and I was initially happy. But it has gone down hill quickly. I would not suggest going here unless you want to pay $60 for your nails to last 3 days.Update: I went in asking to have a new set put on or get my money back. They said they could only fix the nails that had fallen off, which I did because I didn’t want to walk around with busted nails before I could get an appointment somewhere else. She said my nails were too short to support the long nails. I understand my nails are short, but I have never had a problem with this length at any other salon. Regardless i told her to just shorten the nails so they would stay on. Since then, two of my original nails and one of the ones she completely redid has come off. This was only two days ago They are very kind, but I’m still very disappointed with the quality of work.

This was my 3rd pedicure at Luxury and I enjoyed it. My toes came out feeling and looking good! Staff is friendly, place is clean, streamline check-in process too! Lots of nail color options and a complimentary drink 🍸.

Brought my friend here for mani/pedis, and the service was so bad, I was embarrassed for choosing this place. It was crowded and everything felt so dirty. The woman thay did my nails was snarky, hurried through everything, and burned me with the towel used for the leg wrap. I cant beleive this place is still in business. What a waste of $75! Will never return and I will make sure all my friends and family avoid this place!

Update for 2021. This place WAS so great. I am not sure if its new management or a new owner but the quality of service has declined dramatically in the last few months. The staff used to be super friendly now I find them to be really rude. The staff dont smile at all. Ive gotten my nails done here a few times this year and I think the nail work is inconsistent and sloppy.

I get my full sets done here and they always last! I never break a single one and I keep them completely intact until my next set, always over a month later! Thanks ladies!

I usually have a great experience and it is a large salon and clean. This last time my polish peeled off one nail in a few days and they fixed it for me

I got a Deluxe pedicure, it was ok she did a good job cleaning my nails and all the normal pedicure things but her massage wasn’t the greatest. Rubbing my feet and legs back and forth for 10 mins doesn’t count as a massage, I should know I used to do nails and as a person who did massages she needs some serious pointers. I would off to help her but her English wasn’t the best. While this place does offer free beverages don’t get a soda it comes from a 2 liter bottle that has been sitting on the counter god knows how long and when it is served to you it comes flat. Some other reviewers have stated that this place is dirty, but I just don’t see it. And I have a great eye for detail. This place was clean from my perspective. Overall I would try and make your own opinion on this place and give it a try especially if you just want a strong free cocktail.

I travel often so my schedule is terrible and when I am able to get services I’m hoping they are worth it in every way. I was able to stop in LNB for a pedi, soak off, full set, and waxing. My original nails were painted with shellac only to have several lift just two days after getting them done. The technician was in a hurry and completely unprofessional. She did not complete the process correctly.

I came here about 5 weeks ago for pedi and full set. Both were great. Nails have lasted till now as I could not get back in. So wanted to let folks know my nails stayed on and were pretty!

Ive been going here off and on for years and never a complaint. If you can, try to make an appointment, especially on weekends.

This is the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The edges are so sloppy, I have the clear coat all over my finger tips and I can see the polish brush strokes. She also made one of my fingers bleed on the nail bed. Would never go back.

If I could give more that 5 stars, I would. I just did my toes and full set for my nails today and Im super happy with them. Tracy did my nails and she is awesome. This is the first time that Im happy with my nails. I dont remember the name of lady who did my toes, but she did a good job too.

I love this salon. It is my go-to nail salon. Every person there is very competent, very nice,, friendly and efficient. The chairs for a pedicure are wonderful massage chairs. They offer you a drink, and do exceptional work. I have arthritic hands and the ladies I usually see are aware of that and are gentle in accommodating me. They are nice to everyone. The owner is there often and is very professional. The place is clean, always tidy. Prices are reasonable, and they let you know about specials as they arise. I have never gone there when I didn’t receive a compliment on my nails afterwards.

The gentleman that helped us was friendly and very fast! I got a shellac fill, and toes polished. And my cousin had her nail polished. He put a really cool design and some gemstones on my nails and had the two of us out the door within an hour.

My grandma made appointments for her, myself, my aunt who is handicapped and my 3 year old daughter. Right off the bat they basically refused to do my daughters fingers and toes we reserved the kids chair and were told that she wouldn’t benefit from it because she too small and that she wouldn’t sit still (she would have and does when I do them) they just didn’t want to deal with it. Would have been the easiest 30$ they made but they refused. I got gel polish on my toes and 3 days later my whole entire nail chipped off. The whole thing was very rushed and overall I was very dissatisfied with what we got was considering getting my nails done here but will never go back here and will tell as many people as possible not to go back as well!

Amy engaged me in conversation, was very courteous and professional. She helped me select colors that worked well together. Because the color I originally chose didnt show up well on my toes. Ive been to 2 other nail shops in the past 3 months and was very dissatisfied with the quality of work, Amy did an amazing job. I will return and request her to do future 😊 pedicures.😀😀😀

I have gone to this salon many times over the last few years and I have always had a pretty good experience. The services sometimes feel rushed, this wouldnt be my first choice for a relaxing spa-like experience. With that said, my nails always look fabulous and hold up well. Service is always friendly and even if I dont have an appointment they have been able to squeeze me in.

I really loved my nails. She did a very good job and made sure I was happy with them and would fix them if she didnt think they looked great. It just took an excessively long time and had a few problems along the way. But other than that I did enjoy my experience and the staff was very friendly.

I just wanted to share that I’ve been coming to the salon for many many years often on and I’ve come here the last couple of times to get my nails done and the one tech summer who is very friendly and she’s very accommodating I’ve come in late at night last minute and she’s been able to accommodate me and right now the way our world is that you would think that they would take you win well I called and I made a reservation an appointment to get my nails done and I was still at work I called them and said that I was going to be late they said all it was fine it’s fine it’s fine and so long story short I come and show up and they ask if I have an appointment and I said yes I callAs well when I knew I was going to be late and she said well we didn’t know how late you were going to be then call me you asked me for my phone number for a reason this is exactly why I stopped coming here a couple years back because they do this every time and I don’t appreciate it like they do a good job summer does a great job but call you ask for peoples phone numbers call you ask for them for a reason call them and ask them how long they will be! It really pisses me off because I’m going out of town for work tomorrow and now they can’t fit me in but they have a bout let’s sayThey had almost 2 hours to do my nails and they can’t do my nails in those two hours that’s ridiculous

I loved this place. The receptionist was very friendly and served us drinks and gave us the colors to look at. She was great. The gal that did my pedicure seemed to be in a hurry and rushed thru my pedicure only to find out she was rushing so she could go and get Starbucks. This is why I only gave 4 stars.

First of all, the ladies were rude and never spoke to me except to ask me to pay. Laughed when she saw my nails, and did a horrible job. Didnt take the time to even make sure the paint job was even, didnt go to my cuticles and can see through the patchy paint job.

I loved this place. The friendly atmosphere was so welcoming. I called ahead and they got me in right away. The girl that was doing my fill took extra care in correcting the mistakes of the previous nail salon and my nails looked amazing. I will be coming back here. Highly recommend.

Today was my first time getting my nails done at Luxury Nails by Tracy. She did a great job and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. Ill definitely be returning.

Beautiful inside, friendly workers.I have never had to wait long for a service. I have only had pedicures there but they offer many services and also a complimentary drink!It is a location my friend and I visit the most even though there are many nail salons closer to my home.

I am a regular here. Every time I come I’m greeted with smiles and I leave feeling pampered and love my nails. They also hold up really well. Lana is my girl and she is amazing!

I have been coming here for over a year. I always have a good experience. The staff is always kind and welcoming. Cindy is my GO-TO nail gal. She takes great pride in her work and wants to please her customers.

Ive been a patron of this salon for nearly 5 years, but my most recent trip was most definitely my last. Went in around 5PM on a Wednesday to have a full set applied for my corporate Christmas party. The gal, Tracy, was extremely pleasant, but my fingernails reflected otherwise. All of the ends & edges were extremely crooked and upon my request to have them tidied up a bit, she filed each nail for about a millisecond before going on to the next. I left thinking maybe she couldnt understand what I had requested and thought nothing of it. Unless you put the set under a magnifying glass, the flaws were relatively subtle. Fast forward to about 4 days later, all of my acrylic began separating from my actual fingernail and 3 days after that, they began popping off without any help from me. $50 for a full-set plus tip, I should not have needed a complete new set just one week after application of the first.Ive been a customer for almost 5 years, have stuck with them through over-priced amenities, followed them to their new location and even smiled my way through the horrific customer service, all because they had always done a decent job. Hopefully, once their customer base dwindles and inevitably vanishes, theyll work on training their employees to have superb customer service and provide services that last.

I have two other experiences to compare to and this one was by far the least enjoyable for me. We paid premium but got average and thats why I disliked the experience. Our bill for two manicures, two pedicures, and one eyebrow was was approximately $200 before tip!My nails arent even or smooth, there werent real massages, other places take their time, we felt rushed. Ill be looking elsewhere if and when I do this sort of thing professionally once again.

I first went to this salon a few months back. Its my birthday and I will be going back at some point in time this week. Very friendly, very efficient. I have been telling everybody how great they are! I will let you know if my experience this week was the same as last time.

I am so upset my pedicure was literally five minutes I barely soaked my feet they oiled my legs and polished it :( didn’t really cut any cuticles or nothing I’m like I could of saved money and just got them polished. Also my manicure was horrible as well the polish came off same day and peeling all over the place never been so rushed and overcharged before I won’t be back !

The nail tech I see is Amy. She is beyond amazing! she makes my nails perfect and takes her time. I have been going to see her for almost a year now. She did my nails for my wedding too. I truly love her!

This is my 4th visit, and I have loved every experience!!! The prices are standard, but the service is PHENOMENAL!!!! So luxurious-the name doesn’t lie!!!

Jenny the owner runs a great business, been coming here for pedicures and other nail services since 1998 when Jantzen Beach Mall was still a mall. Tracy is awesome. She listens.

I went here on a whim as I am visiting from out of town. I could not have been more pleased. My wait was brief, Amy did a great job on my nails. Everyone was friendly, laughing and talking with all customers. When back in Portland, I will definitely go back.

I have been going here for a few years now, but not anymore. I went yesterday and got a great manicure but at the end they were having trouble with their debit machine, when I told them to process the payment for 5.00 more to include the tip. They couldnt get the machine to print me a receipt and I told them that it was fine (because I trusted them to not f**k up.) I was reviewing my transactions today, and saw that they processed a 10.00 tip! I of course, rather conveniently, do not have a receipt to prove that I only approved a $5.00 tip.

I went in and asked for a pink&white fill and Nails were not filled they looked exactly the as they did as they when I went in horribly she literally just went over the top of the already grown out nails without fixing it woman had the nerve to charge my card for the full amount without asking to charge my card. If I could give a zero i would.

Tracy is a great tech. She does a wonderful job cleaning during the pedicure & an awesome job on manicures. Everytime I leave her chair I am 100 percent happy & satisfied as a client.

The gel polish only lasted 2 days and now just half of one of my nails fell off. I also didnt get the color I wanted on my accent nail, had to go fix that myself. The shape is also inconsistent. None of these things should have happened. I get that quickness is her gig but if youre gonna be quick you need to do things correctly so things like this dont happen. As a salon professional myself Im so disappointed. I at least expected these to last long enough to just have to get a fill. :(

I’ve been to this location a few times. The services are rushed and done without care. My manicure today left me with uneven nails (and a bleeding cuticle) with rough edges. My pedicure was basically a high priced polish. When you’re here you definitely feel as if they are just shuffling you through to get to as many people as possible. If they slowed down a little their services would be much better.

I went to this shop for 5 yrs since moving to Portland. My first time there my nails were a mess, but a lady named Nancy called me over to fix the mess after the other people were dismissive. Nancy did a great job and i stayed for 5 yrs. When Nancy went on vacation I tried other nail techs and was not ever 100% pleased so I stopped going when Nancy was unavailable. Instead choosing to go elsewhere or just wait. Well Nancy finally had enough there and left and no one would tell me where she went. I tried a few other people at the salon and it was always rushed and sloppy. One lady told me I should try new Dip service because they would last longer than full set or fill. I paid more money, tried it and it lasted less than two weeks. I went back with peeling and chipped nails. I was told the woman didnt do them right. I did them again and it was even worse than the first time, not lasting even a week. As a result of peeling a nail broke from being weak and exposed. I was told that she would fix the broken one and give me a polish change but not be given credit toward another service. I asked to speak with the owner or to have her call me and I was told she was not avail and I NEVER got a call back after leaving a note and being a customer for 5 years. I will NEVER patronize them again. Ive found a salon close to the same area that does a great job. Ive even seen some people that used to go here at the new place. Good luck if you go here because a rush job and poor customer service awaits you!!

I wasn’t going to write a review at first cause i really don’t like writing bad reviews. But this was hands down the worst nail service I’ve ever received. From the customer service to the quality of the nails. The lady with the blonde/yellowish hair did my nails and was very rough and made it extremely awkward for me. My nails were un-even and crooked. When I asked her is she would mind fixing it she was very rude and rushed the rest of my service. Now it’s not even a week later and my nails are breaking. Not too mentioned she over charged me cause she more then clearly didn’t like me. Bummer because I was super stoked about going to this salon. I get my nails done all the time but I definitely won’t be going back.

Greeted with a frown. My nail tech was rude, telling me to let her do her job when I asked for specific things like if she could make my acrylics thinner because last time they were so think it made picking up things difficult. She did not do any moisturizer or hand rub. And there is super glue all over my fingers.

Super relaxing, complementary drink of choice was nice :) I got the deluxe pedicure and it was perfect, nail tech took her time and my nails looked fantastic after :)

I had a woman do my nails horribly...she did not clean the edges, shellac was lumpy because she hurried and did thick coats, rather than multiple thin coats, and she filed them uneven...I told her it looked like a child did them (because it did)...she took shellac off and redid them...again one nail had a scratch right down the middle, the edges were not cleaned even though I pointed it out...she tried...polish did not look even...nail had some see through patches...skin had chelac around nail...it was worst experience because I was unhappy, she redid them, and it STILL looked bad. I never complain! But I had to this time. And they offered my friend a drink, twice, and they forgot to bring it to her. I will remember NOT to go see the same woman...usually they do a good job...not sure what the deal is...

Ive only been here twice and so far its been a positive experience. My only complaint would be last time my cuticles on multiple fingers were cut during drilling. It happens sometimes but still painful.

Went to this place to get a pedicure with my mom. They did a good job, but their customer service was AWFUL. I have never experienced such rude customer service before. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Absolutely horrible! They turned a 45 minute deluxe spa pedicure into a 20 minute service, because they had a large group coming in. They half-assed the whole thing. Then they scrubbed my legs with some sort of exfoliating scrub that resembled gravel. I immediately broke out in a rash. Then they pulled out this rock that felt like lava and rubbed my calves. I repeatedly told them that the rock was burning me, but they didnt understand me, and would just smile, and nod, then put it right back on my legs. At the end of pedicure the lady grabbed my wallet and phone off the table next to me and set it in my lap, and then she decided I was taking too long to get up so she jammed my flip flops on my feet and grabbed my hands to help me up. 2 days later my gel pedicure is flaking off and I have an infected toenail that will require medical attention when I get back from my honeymoon.Bottom line - I will never be going back. Rude staff, and extremely unsanitary.

I was really excited to check this place out. I was even more excited when I found out you get a complimentary glass of wine. However that was short lived. I first called in to make sure they were able to accept walk-ins, they concurred. I showed up they promptly seated me then about 10 minutes later moved me 3 chairs down. I was constantly reassured someone would be with me shortly. I watched as patrons walked in the door got seated and immediately received the service they came for. Finally I was assigned an employee who asked to move my seat again went and got a towel for me to put my hands on packed up her tools and walked away. I gave it 5 more minutes and after an accumulated 30 minutes of playing musical chairs I walked out. The only plus was I got to sip on a glass of wine.

This place is awesome!! I went yesterday not knowing this area of Vancouver. My pedicure was awesome!! Best massage ever!!
