Wonderful laundromat! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I now feel as though I have a better understanding of washing clothes, and would fully recommend this establishment. Its not too busy, nor is it too empty!

Those of us lacking laundry amenities in Portland are blessed with the great fortune of Lookin Good Laundromats services. Today, while on a great ironing escapade, Greg saved the day. Just hours before one of my first work shifts, my sad, wrinkly shirt needed help. Without hesitating, Greg took it upon himself to rid my button down of not only its crumply texture but also of its small stains, and residual kitchen odors. As a first time costumer I am floored by the kindness extended by Greg and, Im sure, by the rest of the staff here. Thank you for sending people from all walks of life into the world, clean, refreshed and reassured that there is plenty of goodness to go around!

Great clean spot. Washers are larger than most places so they are naturally more expensive. Dryers a fantastic and efficient.

The absolute most OVERPRICED laundromat Ive ever been to. $6 to wash a small load of clothes. $4 to dry the clothes. Are you freaking kidding?! Go ANYWHERE else!

Unreliable hours. I’ve gone to do my laundry and been turned away for some unforeseen circumstances. Save yourself the headache and go to Soap Bubble.

Says they are open until 8pm online, manager watched me put in my load of laundry in at 6:15 then came over and told me they actually close at 7. Very inattentive staff which seems kind of hard when you work at the counter of a self serve laundromat. Will never go back here

There’s a laundromat two minutes away on Washington Ave, go use that one.The coin machine has been out at Lookin’ Good for ages. Every time I go more and more washing machines are out of order. I went today and the ATM has been removed as well. I asked if I could use my debit card to get quarters and they said to go check at the Rite Aid next door for an ATM. When I did that the ATM in Rite Aid was broken too.I had to take my clothes out of the washing machine I’d stuffed them into and drive to an ATM at a bank, at which point I promptly went to a different laundromat.

It’s close to home, I have yet to meet anybody rude working the counter, and I can’t really say I’ve ever had a bad experience. It’s a laundromat, how can you go wrong with that?

The location is super convenient and the process are very reasonable. While the aesthetic is a bit rundown, the owners and employees are helpful, kind, hardworking, and doing their best to improve their shop. Highly recommended.

I brought in a bunch of bedding and pillows and the person I dropped it off too assured me everything would be clean asap.I go to pick it up and my comforter, mattress cover and pillows are all completely damp. I told the woman this was unacceptable and she said she would set things right.I go back and the pillows and still damp and now badly misshapen to the point I’ll need to cut into them to straighten them out.When I returned the second time I was dealing with someone else an I asked for a refund because of what a bad job they did. She said the owner would have to review videotape and would be in touch. That was a week ago and I still have not heard back. Im giving them a few more days and then Im taking Looking Good to small claims court to recover what I spent to get my things clean, and for damages since they destroyed multiple pillows.Do not ever patronize this place. They are dishonest and do not know what they are doing.

I used to use this laundromat a lot. But NO MORE! The washing machines are broken---half of them have Out Of Order signs. Also the driers---at least 1/3 have Out of Order signs.Also, their Bathroom is no longer available to customers. They say it is due to misuse by street people from the nearby center for active alcoholics. But there is no McDonalds, etc. nearby, to use their bathrooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and have small, medium, and large washers and dryers.

Its too expensive.Edit: theyve changed the restroom to employees only, so I cant use the bathroom while Im doing my laundry now.

The place has a friendly environment and helpful staff to assist people. There are alot of usual customers, to which makes the friendly atmosphere.The washers and dryers are good. There is also wash and fold service.Its location is great for those in bayside area, or for tourist staying in the Old Port /Bayside.

Half of the machines are usually broken, someone put a needle in my laundry when I stepped out for a moment, staff did not care.
