Reasonably priced and they have a parking lot which is a nice plus! My first time in I brought in a comforter that needed spot treatment. I wasn’t super happy after the first round and they offered to try again at no additional cost. The second round the stain was gone and they now have a customer for life!

Very cool place if you are disabled because you can send your caregiver here with your clothing items.

I got my clothes dry cleaned here in the second week of January. Mostly Jackets. They didnt clean the sleeves of the one jacket properly., and completely ripped off the collar/pocket leather linings from another jacket. Multiple clothes had water marks on them. I told them about this, and boy didnt they make me run a marathon to get hold of the manager. Took me a week to speak with him. Their alterations person did fix the ripped off leather using another faux leather material, but it has lost its charm now. Clearly, they were not making money of this repair job, so it was done poorly.

These folks keep me looking sharp year round!

Up and down, have had good experiences but also needed to bring back an item because it was never touched but was being charged for it, it was still wrinkled from my daily use.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and great service. Portland Cleaners have made a point to be friendly and remember your face after a few visits. Its always welcoming when I go in and they know who I am and where to look for my clothes.They also doing a great job cleaning and the prices are good.

Portland Cleaners has the best customer service I have ever received. They did an amazing job on my drapes and I was thrilled with the entire experience. I could not have asked for better service (thank you Debbie) and am thrilled with the job they did on my drapes. I wish I could give them more stars.

I love this place. Its well maintained, clean, and tidy. This place is quiet and peaceful too.In Portland, so many laundromats are filled with blaring t.v, with sketchy people and broken machines. But this place is a notable exception. There are always plenty of washers and driers available here!The owners clearly take pride in their laundromat!

I would not recommend using their alteration services. A brand new pair of dress pants were essentially ruined from a simple hem. However, their dry cleaning services were nice and completed on time.

I had a very different experience at this cleaners than other reviewers. I took a pair of suit pants in to be hemmed. Although they offer alteration services, they seemed ill equipped to provide them. After changing into the suit pants in a dirty crowded bathroom the measurements were taken in a very cramped space just outside the bathroom door. I should have taken the early warning signs but I had read such glowing reviews that I talked myself out of leaving. I was told that the tailor only comes in periodically and that it would be a week. When I returned the day after the promised delivery, the pants werent ready and would be available later that afternoon. When I returned there was a scurry of activity and I saw the pants pulled off of a rack and rushed to the back. They returned in another 10 minutes with the pants. When I looked at them I was shocked. The hem was puckered, poorly stitched and the stitches were very obvious. These were expensive pants, with the sloppiest hem job I have ever seen.The counter lady was very apologetic and offered to have them re-done….really! Re-done by the same person who butchered them in the first place?? To their credit, they didnt try to charge me for the job and offered up the name of a better tailor.You can make your own evaluation, but I have just reported what happened.

I live in one of the hi-rise apartment building that PDXCleaners serves through our Concierge Services. While the pick-up and drop-off are convenient, in less than 1 1/2 years, I have had more than one item lost or damaged.Promised callbacks on the lost duvet were never received, nor the bill for the cleaning charge never refunded. Attempts to follow up through our Concierges rendered it wasnt labeled correctly with no direction on what a correct label would be.This is a business VERY COMFORTABLE with its commercial partnerships -- to the degree that it no longer (if ever) needs to provide reliable service.I would NOT send anything made of premium fabric or of high value to them. I would not expect it to be understood.

Very friendly staff, good rush service. I had an interview the next day and they hemmed/pressed my pants same day. 30 minutes later I was on my way. Very accommodating and high quality work.

Absolute best dry cleaners I have ever been too. I was traveling and needed a suite cleaned in 24 hours so they got it done for me in 18 so I wouldnt be in a rush. I am considering moving to Portland just so I can take my laundry to this place. The only thing better than service is the friendliness of the staff.

Portland Cleaners ruined a pair of my dress pants. I went in to pick up one day and they told me my pants were accidentally ripped and that the owner would call me to settle things up. Its been a month and I still havent heard back from the owner. Ive gone in multiple times and left half a dozen messages with no resolution. Please dont give them your business.

Get your dry clean on. Wash your clothes. Dont be stinky!

We have used these folks for years, then we had a King size down comforter get lost while cleaning. You know what they say, sheet happens. Nick the owner stood by his company and paid us in full for a new comforter. I believe this is a company you can count on day after day and when the sheet hits the fan, they will make things right.

My go to dry cleaners for the last 6 months. My prior place lost 2 pairs of slacks and gave me a hard time for kicking in replacement cost. Made sure of their policies before I used Portland cleaners. I could not be happier have had no reason for reimbursement because they have not lost a single piece of my clothing.

Do not use there service. They have stained two of my shirts, ruined a jacket with wrinkles, forgot to deliver and pick up my appointments, and I’m never able to get ahold of them (mailbox is always full).

I LOVE this place. They are kind, attentive and take great care of the clothes.
