Half machines are down another one should be and when the washers on one side start it startles you and you feel the need to brace yourself for a cataclysmic hyperexplosion

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.Every washer is nearly say Out of Order, all machines only take quarters, and they offer two coin machines- both also... Out of Service They have a phone number to report issues- with suprise a full mailbox - the phone number does also say, Brooklyn Apartments and Laundry - so my feeling is that this is for the use of the tenans and is also open to the public - cause it is not a working or efficent business zero stars

This place is right down the road from us so it makes it convenient. BUT the floors are a mess (not sure how often they clean them), the coin machine doesn’t work!! For being a COIN LAUNDROMAT, you’d expect that out works. People don’t walk around with change in their pockets. SEVERAL washers and dryers are out of order as well. Last time I came here, I put clothes in the dryer and put the money in and it didn’t even end up working...there was NO out of order sign on it. Even though it’s convenient, we will not be coming back due to lack of cleanliness, usage and poorly it’s run.

The owners need to replace the broken floor tiles, tidy up, and replace the broken machines. Don’t be so slimy, and show respect to your paying customers. Show respect that you own a business and care.

This place does the job, a d doesnt really seem to do any more. You come in, wash your clothes, leave. My problems come with cost (its a little more expensive than my usual laundromat), and the upkeep. Like many people have said, a good chunk of machines are out of order. Overall, I wouldnt say DONT use them. Just know its pretty much exactly what you would think it to be.

The change machines were broken down and so were the majority of the machines were also. And worst of all I got the busy signal everytime I attempted to call them. Worst laundromat ever would never in a billion years will I ever recommend it

This place is hot garbage. Half the machines dont work. The ones that do are tenuous at best. The change machines hardly ever work. The detergent dispenser is out of everything all of the time. Dont waste money here. Dumpster fire of a business.

Half the machines were still out of order. Dried detergent was stuck to the ones that were working and they still want to charge nearly as much as much nicer places that accept cards and have attendants.

Absolute worst experience of anywhere Ive ever been to in my life. Less than a third of the machines work INCLUDING the quarter and detergent machine. No air conditioner. And when I called the maintenance number, BIG SURPRISE, straight to the answering machine. Genuinely deserves a 0/5. Never again.

Stopped in to wash a large comforter in one of the larger machines but found that the machine was covered in mold around the front loading gasket. Every machine is absolutely filthy. Its too bad because it looks like they were recently replaced but obviously not maintained. Do not recommend!

Worst place ever! Some lady ran from across the street to point to a sign regarding laundry started after 8pm... it was exactly 8pm and laundry is done in an hour but with much attitude stated they closed promptly at 9pm, then ran back across the street?Did she have binoculars? As it was the soap dispenser ate my dollar!Beware you have been warned!

Had to make time to Edit my Review...Want to give a Big THANK You, to the owner, itis so Awesome to see some New Machines coming in...😍😊😁.I Definitely Appreciate the upgrades you are making. I am hoping the soap bar will be back in use at some point. 😏I love the Location of this WashRoom. But, the fact that Most of the Machines here are Out Of Order ...😢... Really Sucks... the Last 4 Times I have tried to Wash up Here, all the Operating Machines where Occupied ...😳...😢

This place is garbage. Most machines are out of service and the change machine just took $3.25. When I tried calling the manager, the number is disconnected.

Said they opened at 8 and at 8:20 nobody was opening this dump.I have a washer and dryer and was just here to wash some dirty coats and rugs. I was on the clock and getting paid to wait 20 minutes for this place to open made things a little easier. Driving to the laundry mat on 29th and hawthorne wasted a little more time (still on the clock BTW) but was a much nicer place. So if you dont mind packing your laundry on the bus (or your bike) youll be much happier at the laundry mat on 29th and hawthorne

Dirty, mold in washers, folding counters have detergent stains, broken machines, machines that did work still had issues (stuck on wash cycle for an hour) No one on site, they should spend more money maintaining the machines and cleaning and less making signs of all the things they dont want you to do...owner eventually returned my vm after I left and offered a refund for the broken machine.

This is a place to do your laundry. Its not an upscale dry cleaner.I live in Sellwood where there is no laundromat at all. I needed a place to wash my clothes while my washer was broken. Both Brooklyn and Sellwood have many houses where people have their own washer and dryer. To run a laundromat in this neighborhood, is to run a business that will NOT make you rich. In fact, it may not be worthwhile to most business people. So I am very thankful that it is here.Cost me $3.75 for a large washer, and $2.00 for the small washer. It was $0.25 for 7 minutes of dryer time. It saved my a lot of time.

This place should be closed!! Almost every washer and dryer in this place is broken. I brought my disabled son in with me along with two huge laundry baskets filled to the brim just to fund out nothing at this facility even worked! A complete waste of our time abd energy. Had to then call a uber to go somewhere anywhere else. Its not easy for us to get around so this made it especially difficult. Do Not Go Here!! If your going to have a buissness like this then Fix Your Appliances!!!

Watching my clothes get washed right now. The slime on the washer doors are flaking off onto load, already dreading what sort of allergies Im going to deal with this week.Change machine worked for me. Per another customer, it will not accept 5s.Didnt give 1 star because, heck, at least its cleaning my clothes, what do you expect?
