Have been going there 12 years. Recent owner is nasty. Wont refund your money. The washers are dirty. Washed a white sweater yesterday. Brought it home to hang dry and the holes from inside the washer were imprinted on my sweater. Black holes all over the sweater. Gross. Dont waste your money. Wont go back.

Higher prices than Franklin, and a few of the dryers Ive used dont work. But, 24 hours!

Dryer 11 stoped at 3 minutes remaining on it had to pushing the button to start. Dryer 13 did not heat up at all had to put clothes in different dryer.

Very disgusting black mold where u put detergent. They really do need to clean it stinks!!

Place is kind of dingy but the worst part is the prices. The smallest washer is $5.50 a load and the large washers are $10.50. Far too overpriced for a laundromat. The bathroom wasnt stocked and it was gross.

Most machines are out of order, Id say a good majority of them dont work washers or dryers

Just moved to Portland and for 1 cant believe this is the only laundromat in town and 2 I will never wash here again...the mildew smell hits you like a wall when you walk in, homeless ppl sleeping on the chairs, machines are expensive and dirty...did 1 load out of necessity but will drive to Gallatin from now on..I feel dirty just walking in there ick

Worst experience in my life. Owner say out of town. Says leave name and number on door! Several other people state you have to keep calling and it will take 4 months to get your money back! Wasted $30.50 machines broke no washer left my stuff soaken wet!!! While in there 3 other customers machines broke on them.Beware if you use this laundromat!!!

Washers clean well but,very very nasty! No paper towels in bathroom to dry hands. NASTY!!

First of all, it is what it is - a basic building with quite a few washers and dryers. The current owners have upgraded and added quite a few machines. There are now more of the larger size washers (5 load) and even two 8 load washers. There are more and newer dryers.That said, there have been a few glitches. If you have a problem, it isnt easy at all to contact the owners. There is no contact info readily displayed. One washer (the first $7 one on the right,) glitches and the timer sticks at the five minute mark for about 15 - 20 minutes. An older dryer catches your clothes in between the lining of the drum and the frame of the door (about three up from the end on the left.)Other than that, it is definitely a step up from what it used to be.

I have a familys worth of clothes. No laundromat is the most reliable, but here you have to really gamble. A lot of the washers are always out of service and its a guessing game with the dryers. You never know how much money youll be spending here, because it depends on which washers youll have to use and if the dryers are working correctly. They are open 24/7 now, so that is something I like.

This place has gotten somewhat better but the machines that dont work never have an Out of Order sign on them & when I do put one on them they are took down. As of right now the owner is supposed to be refunding money that was taken from the machines. It has happened every single time we go there. Dont have another laundry mat to go to or we would. As of right now we are owed close to $40. Still waiting.

The washer smell like mildew I dont think theyve ever clean them out. I would rather drive to Franklin or Gallatin to do laundry than to do it there.

Horrible everytime I have to go there. A lot of the equipment doesnt work. Today I went and instead of closing to install new equipment owner had 8 dryer working people standing around waiting to use. I took my stuff out and left. Went to White House to finish so I didnt lose it.

Nasty dirty. Hoping to have dryer fixed today.

First large washer stole my money, then the first dryer took 2 spins and shut off,second dryer put through a2 cycles never did get hot,3rd dryer didnt work at all,4th dryer went through 2 cycles on hot still didnt dry the clothes 5th dryer finally got hot and dried in one cycle. All total took almost 2 hours for one load of clothes to get completed. And cost me 19.00!

Dirty, machines not working right. It took more than an hour to wash a load that should have been done in 25 min. Dryers didn’t dry well. The worst establishment I have ever seen.
