Really disappointed. Paid the most expensive price I have ever paid for botox at 15 dollars per unit. Had 44 units although quite harsh sales tactics were used to try and push me into buying 60 units.I thought I would go ahead regardless as the place looks the part.After 44 units I still have full movement and evident wrinkles still. Usually I only have around 20-30 and it lasts for ages and no movement, no wrinkles. Im 36 and healthy so not too far along the aging process just yet so dont need much usually. However a month later its like I never even had any and it cost me dearly.I have no idea what was used or how much. I did not see the vial. Im too trusting for my own good feel like it wasnt an honest transaction at all

Pearl MedSpa used to be the hot place to go to for facial treatments, injectables, etc but they are so passé. Their customer service is horrid. The turnover, lack of experience and poor quality in terms of results is astounding. I’ve experienced completely ineffective IPL, Ultherapy, PDO lifts and other touted laser/skin treatments.When I’ve complained or asked for a call back, It has gone unanswered, falling on deaf ears. God forbid there is a “complication,” nobody cares, they immediately fall into CYA mode. I spoke to management today and was informed that they’ve been around for a 20 years and growing. They clearly explained how they are uninterested in their online reviews because they can simply ignore and fire unhappy people. I suppose there is always someone looking for cheap Botox (ie days of beauty) but let’s remember girls, you get what you pay for. Is this what you want for your face?

Had a treatment and was not excited about the results. I guess my skin is different. They asked me to return. I waited outside and had a terrible time w a homeless man harassing me.( not their fault) . I waited longer than expected to be seen. I left. The situation could have been handled so many ways and I appreciate they stepped up and helped. My results are far from what I expected. They offered to help and correct the outcome. Business’s don’t do that anymore . Much appreciated.

I’ve been to Pearl MedSpa pretty consistently over the last 7 years - I wouldn’t continue to come back if the service or the treatments were poor. In fact I keep returning because they are great at what they do. More importantly they take great care of my needs and exceed my expectations each time. I highly recommend Pearl MedSpa to everyone.

I have went to a few other places to have Botox and Fillers done for the last 8 years and, by far Pearl Med Spa is Top Notch !!! HANDS DOWN !!. From location, to staff to Theresa my injector and the ladies at the front desk !!!! Clean, friendly, professional and not stuffy! I highly recommend giving them a try.. They exceeded my expectations !

I have been going to Pearl Medspa for about 5 years now with mixed feelings about them overall. The girls that work up front and doing treatments are so sweet and skilled at their craft however the customer service if a problem does arise is basically zero. Having spend thousands of dollars here it is disappointing that I don’t feel very valued as a customer and was treated poorly when I tried to get a treatment issue resolved.

This place is super clean and the workers are courteous and knowledgeable about their services. They are super professional and will work with you if your schedule changes. Every time I walk into the Med Spa, I am greeted by someone with a warm smile and I don’t feel like I’m intruding, no matter how busy they are. The people who work there are passionate about their work and it shows! It’s an amazing place to get all of your personal needs met.

I’m always impressed with the staff and services here. Connie is especially wonderful. They always seem to keep your needs and concerns in the forefront and are very professional. Top quality care! Also very clean and sanitary while still being a relaxing and elegant environment.

Just went to Pearl Med Spa for my first time today. I was extremely impressed with the location, staff, services, and pricing. Ashley and the receptionist were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their services. This was the third place I had gone to for laser hair removal consultation and I knew instantly that this was the one. If you are in the market for laser hair removal or any other cosmetic services that they offer, I would highly recommend this spa!

I made a resolution to get some electrolysis done, and I am extremely glad I chose Pearl Medspa. Its convenient to access, to start. Also, when you walk in you are greeted warmly, offered something to drink along with a warm neck pillow (during the winter). The ambiance is relaxing and charming. Connie Rardin has been my laser technician, and she is fabulous. And the results dont lie. I will continue to be a patron of this fabulous place.

They have this amazing infused water jar for clients and it always taste so yummy and fresh. Desk staff are welcoming and very helpful. I love Pearl Med spa. Ive been coming to Pearl Med spa for about 3 years now and its been nothing but great. I am very skeptical and picky when it comes to injections and lasers but Ashley and Kelsey are highly skilled MAs with 10 plus years of experience together and 9 plus years combined in tenure at Pearl Med spa. I started going here a few years ago. I popped in to check out their laser hair removal special they had going and so glad I did! They did such a great job with not only that (seriously never have to shave again!) but they have educated me on so many other services that truly have benefited me. They are always improving and keeping ahead of the newest and best services that there is to offer. My skin has never been better and they are truly to thank for that! The atmosphere is very elegant yet inviting and comfortable and the staff is top notch! Pearl Med Spa is absolutely one of the most professional and exciting spas Ive ever been to! Theyre revolutionary with the technology they use, and the options that can provide for your beauty needs are endless. Just love them. Really everyone here is great. I have met Carol the owner and she is so passionate about what she does, it just radiates through her.With the elite membership, I get a different treatment every month. Its a great way to try what you like best and then buy from there. I can add on different smaller treatments for free. They have great products that I now use and love the results. Extra 10% off products for being a member. No pressure to buy and they truly care about you, and your skin. I have received several facials, both laser and peels, several different areas of laser hair removal.They have great specials pretty often, buy one get one free, credits for your bday, credits for making your appts etc. I look forward to my monthly appts!

I have been coming here for years after Key Lasers prices got way high. I think the staff is wonderful: Connie, Ashley, Kelsey, Audrey, etc. No matter who you get, its great service and care. I have been to other med spas, and I can tell you Pearl Medspa is the most caring in the business!I was shocked to see even a few bad ratings in here. For people upset with the costs, I wonder if they have experience with other spas and just dont understand how expensive these services are to deliver? A Pearl district venue is not cheap rent! Add in talented, licensed aestheticians, the laser machine costs / person (yes, the spa pays per each use), and it all adds up. Look for their special deals, and you will definitely be better than market prices.Also, Pearl Medspas entire marketing is through word-of-mouth, so they have to talk to you about other services to keep the business healthy.It is a very rare day that they are slow. My point is that Pearl Medspa has a lot of happy, repeat customers who may not be motivated to write a review, so I would just try them and not let the few people on here scare you away. Nobody can please everyone!

I’ve always had a good experience at pearl med spa. The owner is an extremely giving and charitable person. She holds many drives to help those in need of food, clothes, care packages, etc...My favorite esthetician is Kelsey. She provides the best IPL (also known as photo facial) and is just a joy to be around. Get something done for yourself! You won’t be disappointed.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years. Ashley, Kelsey and Connie are the best. Theyre so knowledgable and listen to what you want. Ann at the front desk is always very kind as well.

First time getting Botox here was fine. Second time the Botox took zero affect they wouldn’t compensate. Rudely said I was getting older and that’s why it didn’t take effect-was only 6 months later. I went to Skin by lovely and got the same amount of Botox as I did at Pearl Medspa and it worked great. Not sure if they are deluding Botox or what? I also got lip injections 3 times within one year it only lasted about 4weeks each time. I was told I have a high metabolism and to try Vollure or Voluma. I asked if they could compensate due to the juvederm not being affective. (I would have been fine with any sort of discount 5%-10%) however they declined compensation. I went to Skin By Lovely and they said that Vollure should never be put into lips and they were shocked that was even recommended. Vollure is used to treat moderate to severe lines in the lower face. Specifically, nasal labial folds and marionette lines. After knowing that I’m glad I left Pearl Medspa. My friend went in to fix a bump on her lip from receiving lip injections and the tech said she made a “Deluded“ formula that dissolves juvadurm to fix the bump. This proves they are messing with the formulas. Not trustworthy, there is something shady is going on here. As we talked about last time you were in it is recommended to try a different type of filler that will last longer. We are unable to comp any filler for you. Vollure lasts 18 months, the price is 695 and Voluma lasts up to 2 years, the price is 895. The vycross technology of these two products are much stronger and it is harder for the body to break down which would be best for you in future. Hope this helps! Beautiful Spa right in the Pearl District. Ive tried many services here, but some of my personal favorites are the laser genesis and microneedling. Ive got big pores and the Genesis helped shrink their size significantly! I added my neck the last time I microneedled my face and Ive been getting so many compliments on how great my skin looks. Ive been treated by Connie, Kelsey and Ashley and they are always so friendly and listen to what I want to achieve and always pick the best treatments for my skin. Im on a regular schedule here :) I have recommended this place to all of my friends and family and they all love it here. I would not feel safe getting treatments anywhere else, I love Pearl MedSpa.

I am very sad to write this review because I am usually the good person to write amazing reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE unless you want to RISK a chance or getting ripped off. I took my time to go down there on black Friday since the lady over the phone said I had to come in I couldn’t do it over the phone and sign up for their “bogo” PRP for Black Friday(but one get one free) and I was told that I could do it another day so I bought it and they made me an appointment for Monday to come back. I was so excited! I ask them before buying, are you sure I can use one now and then save the other for later? They said yes of course! I also asked before buying, “do I have to do it the same day? “They said no. (I had plenty time to do it that day too. )When I came back to the spa the disorganization of the staff through me for a loop. I had already filled out paperwork and the receptionist had me fill out another packet I then had to tell her I already have a chart(she should know that) then I said to the receptionist, “I’m excited I’ve never done this before and I’m happy I get to keep my second one for later.” Being that it was my first time there for treatment I was suppose to have a consultation. When I went into the room Ashley my Tech was ready to start, however I then expressed to her my concerns and ask her all the questions rather than Ashely starting the consultation. Not once did she ask me,” what area do you want treated?” She just came in and said face and neck today. After our conversation. Also I want to point out I never was told about “areas” again, I’ve never had a facial before and I did express that in my talk with ashley and the ladies up front. While about to leave I triple checked about my expiration date on my second treatment doesn’t expire, correct? She then stated yes it will just be in your chart. I used the restroom and when I came out she said, “ oh Ashley told me you did two areas.. so you don’t have one. I then was BLINDSIDED!!!! No no no I was never under the impression it was two areas today. I’ve told you all that I wanted to save it. How did you all not communicate that? Then on top of that the General manager called me to hear me out basically. He was nice but he didn’t do anything about it but tell me that staff told him differently. Which even Ashley my tech told me I bought a different treatment then what I did. Way too disorganized. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND going to pearl med spa! They only care about your money! The prices are very expensive too. I promise you that can find cheaper and MORE EXPERIENCED spa as in an RN not a medical esthetician doing your PRP procedures. Ashley is a medical esthetician not a Nurse. Just heads up! If they had honored their word and owned up to their miss communication skills and honored me my second PRP then I would highly recommend them, bummer tables are turned. I did a filler for my under eyes I got bruises and it got worse than before never recommend that place save your money. I emailed them about it & they didn’t respond to my email so I’m telling you it’s been 3 Months and my under eyes looks like someone punched me on them. Everyone is asking me what’s wrong with your eyes.Well I am editing on my review because I have contacted with the receptionist over than 2 months & she told me she will let a manager call me on my phone to figure out a solution to the bruises they did to meI did the fillers before my wedding so The results were the opposite as you all guys can see they tried to treat it with hot laser to melt the fillers . And the week after it I got injections the same spot to melt it down. And Still no results came up for me I would never try to think to get any injection from them again & they know that they told me a manager will contact me over a month but still no word.That’s all I want to sayNow I would pay thousands of money to get my under eyes fixed.It’s literally like someone punched me in my eyes

I really want to love this place because I live three blocks away. However, after paying for a pumpkin peel and being convinced to do a silk peel/microdermabrasion instead, I have been left very disappointed with the actual service and lack of customer service. The silk peel/microderm cost $149 (plus I gave $20 tip) and lasted about 15 minutes. If Im paying that much for a facial service, I expect more of an experience--especially when the effects of the service only seemed to last through the night. The next day, my skin was back to dry and patchy as it was before. I would rather purchase the lovely oil they put on my face and use that for a month than pay for another peel at Pearl Med Spa. The next problem is that I called and spoke to the manager about my disappointment and she told me she would have the General Manager get in touch with me to remedy the situation. He/she never called. This was over two weeks ago. Clearly, they do not care about customer service or retaining customers. I would never recommend this place and will be sure never to return. Also, beware that they are quoting $14 per unit for botox. Thats just greedy.

My wife went to this place once and OMG is it expensive.. I would never go there again with my wife.

Very unpleasant attitude, no prices for botox per unit without coming to location, where they estimate your income and give you needed quote. Lol, who wants to come to that shitplace when there are so many deals around???!!!

Horrible place. All they want to do is get their hands in your pocketbook. $$$$ is all they care about. Cant keep staff because of high sales requirements. You will have 4 people trying to sell you something and then they whisper to each other about you....Run!
