There’s some bad reviews on here and I don’t really get why. I called about a consultation to get a tattoo removal done with the Groupon discount about a week ago and had my consult this morning & she even was able to do the first session today. I was 5 minutes late and they were completely chill about it. It’s a really embarrassing tattoo and i felt no judgement which I really appreciated because it’s honestly mortifying. The laser didn’t even hurt as bad as everyone says and my tattoo was literally on my face. Instant results. One session actually almost completely removed it I only expect one more session for it to be completely gone! (though please bare in mind reading this that that’s rarely the case I’m very lucky that mine was already extremely faded and a poorly, lightly done stick & poke so it’s fairly easy to remove). I’m on a really tight budget so I thought I’d never be able to remove it and I just have to say I’m so beyond grateful for their discounted options. Everyone should be able to feel pretty even if you aren’t loaded with cash. They were quick & straight to the point, no BS which I think some people writing reviews misinterpret as “rude”, but I like that. They were quick & efficient but took time on the removal. If you go in there yelling & ab*sing the workers I wouldn’t expect them to put up with it either. I’m a nice person and if you’re a nice person you’ll also have a good experience. I started getting preventive Botox with Cosmetiq. I loved 😊. Then I got lip filler with Dr. Salti. I had 2 syringes of Juvéderm back-to-back. My lips look amazing. I was always self-conscious about my lips. Now I don’t  even need to wear lip stick.  Then I purchased a package of 6 treatments for laser hair removal. I was overly impressed with the results after the third  treatment. I went and started another 2 large areas. I cannot believe that I do not need to wax or shave again. The doctor has a great aesthetic eye, and the technicians are very calming  and understanding to my needs. Thank you all.

Not sure what happened after covid, but hopefully we are right on track. I editing my review. Sam called back saying their phones are going in and out. Hopefully they can squeeze me in. Ill have to repurchase when time is right. I like the results and they make sure I get good discounts. No pushing for extra service.

I have been to a few different places to get my tattoo removed and I wouldn’t say there the best there BUT you can’t beat there prices! The lady the got to us super sweet and always telling me what she is doing, always answers my questions! Also they offer more then just tattoo removal, they have Botox as well.

Would give less than one star if possible. Terrible customer service at my first appointment (rude receptionist) and impossible to work with for a timely follow up appointment to correct my uneven brows after “Botox”. Not happy with my results at all but will have to eat the cost because I can not argue with the staff any more about my displeasure and need for a touch up. Waste of money. Don’t go.

I waited a solid 30-45mins past my scheduled time on several occasions even when I was there early for my appointments. When I finally went in and asked about it, they said they forgot about me and that was it. Didn’t even apologize. I went for the laser hair removal groupon package. It was a lot more painful here than other laser hair removal I’ve had in the past.

Always very pleased with each appointment! They take time to make sure you are getting the best results and give you options for the best outcome. Very professional, but also friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Saltis behavior and personality is very SALTY, to say the least. Ive recently had the most traumatic, unprofessional and bizarre experience at a med spa ever. According to her website, shes a Registered Nurse Practitioner and not a MD in the United States. I feel shes misrepresenting herself.If you have a Groupon for their services, youre considered low priority vs nonGroupon clients according to the scheduler. An agreement theyve made with Groupon apparently and you wont get an appt. until 2 months later. Thats right, they made me wait two months!This so-called doctor had the worst bedside manner. She was rude, argumentative, and borderline combative during my visit. The worst level of customer service Ive ever experienced.She knew I had a Groupon for 20 units of botox and she was telling me that I needed double the amount of what I paid and wanted. She kept saying it wont work with 20 units, which I know is a lie. No doctor or nurse has ever said this to me previously. I tried to explain to her multiple times (basically repeating myself) that I dont need more and wanted a natural look. I can tell she was getting cranky and frustrated explaining why I needed more because I wouldnt agree and give in to the higher dosage. From my experience, most doctors and medical professionals listen to their patients/clients patiently. I didnt want my face frozen and spackled. What she was saying didnt make sense nor align with the previous doctors/nurses Ive visited. I only get 20 units or less and never had side effects.The unprofessionalism of this office and this so-called doctors bedside manner is difficult to tolerate even with a Groupon. Their business model seems to be to get you in with a Groupon and then eagerly upsell you on the services and dosage whether you need/want it or not. If you dont agree with her recommendations, shell refuse service. In fact, Im learning, Im one of many theyve tried to take advantage of in similar situations. Check out BBB.org and its not an accredited business.I waited 2 months for this appt and drove a long distance and I was willing to sign a waiver, but she was so argumentative and combative during our conversation, she didnt allow me to sign it. She was extremely defensive and disrespectful of me as a customer and did not listen to what I wanted.In the end, she refused service and basically kicked me out of the office and told me to go elsewhere all because I wouldnt agree to buy more units to freeze my face.Saltis response to my review only proves my point of her argumentative and combative nature as shes trying to skew the truth and still unwilling to listen to customers. I have never been treated this poorly. I strive to be respectful and courteous to everyone.Shed much rather try to make the customers feel inadequate or claim its the customers fault. In reality, this business refuses to acknowledge or take any accountability for its rude and disrespectful behavior and bad customer service. Dont be fooled. Was excited to get my 6 visit package. My first visit the lazer person I had skipped a few areas and had told me I need to shave the day before I come. The new lady that did it the second time went over several spots twice because of the missed spots my prior visit. She is super nice. My last visit was my 4th visit and I questioned why my hair seems to not be going away as I thought. She shared with me that I should b shaving 3 or more days b4 so the hair is out when I come in and it works better that way. Im glad she let me know. I wish I was told this at the beginning because now I will probley have to spend more money on more visits bcuz I only have 2 left. I wish that the 1st lady and the other staff that booked my appts had shared with me this info..Bcuz Ive went 4 times already and havent seen any improvement. Feel very let down.

I moved from LA to Portland last year. I thought I will not find a doctor as good as the one I used to see in LA. Dr. Salti, has the perfect aesthetic eye that I’ve never experienced with any other doctor or injector. I had Botox, lips, cheek, and chin fillers with Dr. Salti. Over three years ago my friend recommended I go to Cosmetiq to get botox, I think she was tired of hearing me complain about feeling unchanged after seeing multiple different practitioners.I had been searching for the experience, the boost of confidence and the feeling that I had spent my money well. I still thank my friend to this day for her recommendation. Dr. Salti is one incredible woman who is intelligent, friendly, beautiful and she genuinely cares about her customers. Dr. Salti stays up to date on all of the latest techniques and provides education and rational for all procedures she performs. Dr. Salti is the last person to try to rip someone off, in fact she does her best to get her customers the best outcome for the lowest cost. In addition to the optimal results of the procedures shes performed on me (botox, fillers) the staff is incredibly kind and uplifting. I swear, every time I leave my appointments I feel more confident in my appearance and am 100% satisfied 100% of the time.

Called to book an appointment and the first questioned asked was Will you be paying us directly or is this a Groupon? Ive never been asked that before and when I told them Groupon they told me they could book me an appointment essentially 3 months out (thats a quarter of a year). Yeah, you guys should probably pull your Groupon offer if you are only going to put people off.Im actually going to cancel my appointment. Im a bit concerned about the level of service a Groupon customer will receive if this is how they kickoff the relationship.

Lord have mercy. Am I crazy? After spending nearly a grand I was not happy with the results and called in because I wanted the person who gave me the treatment to take a look and see what her opinion was. Thats when I learned from their arrogant non responsive male reception, that one doesnt get to see them for a follow up concern on results appointment alone. I was told I need to schedule another treatment and can talk to them then. (Since there is a short 2 week window until they consider it just natural degration of the product and the appointment was 3 weeks out I wasnt going to get an honest consult and would be on the hook for the scheduled treatment $$). Pretty slick. Wont be returning. Im getting my next treatment at Face by Erin, thank you

I can’t believe how rude the man on the phone was just now. i purchased a groupon and called to set up an appointment and the person was argumentative right off the bat. i just traded in my voucher and i’ll go somewhere else. y’all need a new receptionist.

When I called to make an appointment they asked if I had purchased their groupon, I told them i was going to but i hadn’t yet and they told me to not purchase it and that they would price match it if I don’t go through groupon. At the end of my appointment salti then told me they can only honor some of the deal which was $70 more than the groupon price and refused to let me purchase the groupon instead she made up lame excuses for why she wouldn’t price match. Very unprofessional, very dissatisfied. Will definitely be contacting groupon and letting them know that cosmetiq medicine is requesting people not to buy through groupon. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone and recommend taking your money somewhere else.

This is my second visit. I decided to do a little more this time around and wow, I look amazing and so much younger. Arwa Salti made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and took her time with me. I’m loving my new look and yes, I will do it again, as long as it’s with Arwa Salti. Booked an appointment 2 weeks out only for DYSPORT. Had tried to get in early and the man was rude. Then Called and verified for my appointment and drove over an hour to find out they didn’t even have it.Didn’t have the product to do my service. After I adjusted my whole families day and drove an hour to get to appointment.

The staff and Arwa Saltines were very informative and patient. Everything I needed to do prior to the procedure was emailed before the appointment so I had time to look over what I needed to do and what I should expect. Once there, I was put at ease and everything was explained regarding post injections. It has only been two days but I have minimal bruising (very little) and the discomfort of massaging the area is diminishing. So far so good and I plan to return to finish the full treatment. Its too early to post photos, but I can noticeably see a difference between brow wrinkle & forehead wrinkles!

I found Cosmetiq when they had Groupon special. I contacted the clinic directly, they honored the Groupon promotion. I’ve had laser before at a different establishment many years ago, did not get result and paid much more than what Cosmetiq charges. The highlight of my experience with Cosmetiq is no doubt working with GINA!! She listened! She also knows all the crooks and crannies that would typically miss by other laser tech. I am SE Asian and seeing great result after a couple treatments! The machine they use is Diode laser which from my research is superior to IPL in treating unwanted hair. I would definitely come back to them for maintenance when I need it!

I have been going to see Arwa Salti for the past 2 years.Her integrity, honesty, bedside manners and the way she explains the products and how they will work for you and she’s honest with me I f it’s not something that will work and why.Every visit I’ve had with her I have loved my results. She does not push any procedures or products on me I am not interested in.I am so relaxed and comfortable when I go in there and that in itself as a gift. I’ve been to a few others and it was not the same experience.You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, she’s very well educated and she works tirelessly with her clients.When I read the review by Clinton above mine before my appt on Mar 1st I asked her about it. The reason I’m speaking up is I find it very unfair and not OK when someone writes something that is not accurate. I believe she addresses his inaccuracies to the details and his perceptions in her response.Anyhow, she is amazing!

I am in my 40s. I’ve been having Botox for 2 years with Ms Salti. I always had a good experience here. This is the only place I trust and will always go. I found them on Groupon. Ms Salti is very knowledgeable. Front desk gal is super nice.I have hooded eyes and was thinking about plastic surgery. But magic happens with Botox.! She did lift my eyebrows by Botox! No more hooded eyes!

Arwa Salti is a liar and uses bait and switch practices. I purchased a Groupon as a gift for Restylane Lyft which can be used on cheeks. When we went in the office they baited and switched us. They told us we would have to pay $200 for that product or we could pay out of pocket for a lesser product and get a refund for the Groupon. Then they lied to Groupon and said I was the person the treatment was for. Very disappointed and not sure these other positive reviews are real based on my experience.

I Trust Dr Salti With Everything

Went in for lip injections. (Restylane) Looked great for 2 weeks, then product disappeared. She wouldnt make it good, and gave up several excuses as to why it didnt work. I wasnt having it, and got my money back. Beware!

I am in my 50s. I’ve been having fillers for may years to correct the aging lines and sagginess in my face. My friend referred me to Dr. Salti, I truly appreciated her honesty. She said she can add fillers, smooth the lines, but I won’t have the youthful look. She did a thread lift and magically lifted my laugh lines and the marionette lines (around the corners on my lips). She also lifted my jowls and made my jaw line look straight. I couldnt be happier! I look 10 years younger with no added filler. I did not feel any pressure, and she was very generous with her prices. Thank you. You earned my trust.

Its been three weeks and my botox is already wearing off! I have gotten botox for years and I have NEVER had this happen. I tried this place out because of their wonderful prices but I wasnt aware the botox would only be lasting a third of the time it should.

I always have bad luck with lip fillers and they are very painful. However, Dr. Salti made them painless! For the first time, my lips look even, full, and beautiful. Thank you for the great results and the awesome experience. I highly recommend Dr. Salti. She’s very patient and will never rush you. She also has such a good eye!

Arwa is a true gift from the skin Gods ! I am an esthetician / medical assistant, for over 10 years . She still taught me things I did not know . I started my Sculptra series in Hawaii then I moved to the Portland area. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Salti. She injected my last two Sculptra over a 4 week period. It was a great experience, no pain, no bruising, results are great. Highly recommended.

She was very personable and went over various ideas of suggestions of services that was very informative..... Bought this on Groupon thinking it was a pretty good deal however when you get there she tells you about the one that you purchased and how what is the “old “ Restylane and that you should not use it for anything but fine lines. She then explained you should not treat by minds and you should build the cheekbones to pull everything tighter. Which the philosophy is great however it really is a bait and switch type of deal because she talks you out of the one you purchased on the deal. Then she puts the amount you paid for the Groupon, the dollar amount, towards and other product which then intern you basically are painful price of the product. There really is no deal here.The second thing that was a little bit off is that it didn’t really seem like her area it was fully set up. The room was so small that she had to do the procedure from one side and she was unable to go to the other side. She had already started the procedure and I needed to be even on each side so I had to finish the process, however if someone is working on your face you really want them to have the best lighting and room to move around as needed. She didn’t have any business cards she just wrote her name and number out on a previous card.The whole process wasn’t very professional, didn’t seem to be set up well, and it’s a little room inside another business. I would not recommend this place

Best place in town

I don’t usually like to write reviews, but I have to say that I am impressed with the results I have after 4 visits to Dr. Salti. When I first visited her, I went for Botox only and I asked her if I would benefit from fillers. She provided me with a free consultation as well as treatment options. We outlined a plan and started with the cheeks. I am in my late forties and I have flat cheeks with ugly lines between my nose and mouth. I also have dark hollows under my eyes. Dr. Salti made my cheeks look full and lifted, and my under eyes look full and bright. I can’t wait until I complete my project. I understand that it takes time and multiple steps to correct all the aging signs in my face. So far I am happy with the progress and definitely will continue with Dr. Salti.
