Showed up and the office was closed. No notifications or anything at the door. Left a voicemail and heard nothing since then.For your reference, I have email confirmation. There isnt any online information about your clinic being closed like you said in your reply. Otherwise, a handful of people wouldnt complaint about it.

I also got burned from this business as well,. They had the “courtesy” to cancel my appointment without my knowledge after I set up an another appointment in person. No phone call or email or anything. Fortunately I was able to get Groupon to give me credit. Not exactly a refund but better than nothing. For those who want their money back I would contact Groupon chat support or ask for a chargeback from the bank. Depending on the bank, the statue of limitations is 180 days or 6 months after the initial purchase at the max.Seeing the responses on here, it appears that the owner keeps making excuses to being unprofessional by not responding and basically keeps cancelling appointments specifically the Groupon users, which seems to be happening for about a year and keeps using the pandemic as an excuse to treat the customers poorly. Honestly at this rate, this business should be shut down forever. It’s been nothing but a hassle and headache. If they don’t want our money then why bother? It’s just funny how small businesses complain about struggling but then they won’t try to make any effort to keep it afloat and scare away potential long term customers and new customers. The whole justification of not honoring customer’s appointments and not having the business notify them of the business closing is super unprofessional and unacceptable. I guess it’s easier to keep collecting an extra $300 for “unemployment” or some other government handouts then to run a failing business. We all have choices. Fortunately I (and the other hard working tax payers) choose to keep working :-)

I too like others purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and had my first treatment in December. For January, my appointment was canceled though I never received a call from the owner like she had informed her employees that she had done. For February, I received my 3rd treatment only to learn that the place would be closed for March. I scheduled my 4th treatment for April 1st only to show up to a locked door, no notice of canceling my appointment, and no one answering the phone. I also left a voicemail earlier this week to confirm my appointment though no one called me back. Ive heard the owner is not handling this business well and Im unfortunately witnessing it first hand. DO NOT purchase any treatments from this place that is completely unprofessional. Im not even sure if Ill be able to complete my service that I already paid for.

I received about two services total out of my full package purchased at comley. Since then I’ve had two appointments and BOTH times I’ve showed up the door has been locked and no one has been here. Again absolutely no communication prior on any of their platforms or directly to me as a client. Their voicemail still states they are open as well as online.I’ve reached out several times via phone, email, voicemails etc. and absolutely no follow up communication or updates whatsoever. I’m not sure exactly what is going on here but I would absolutely not recommend this type of customer service/experience for anyone. I will not be coming back and plan to report fraud for this purchase.

I have had a very similar experience as others here with appointments made, I show up, the office is locked with noone inside. Cannot leave a voicemail, its always full, and never have had any responses to my emails. I dont understand how this business can even be in existence operating this way. I work in healthcare, I understand things can happen and changes may need to be made, but there is no reason the clients cannot be called regarding changes, or at a minimum respond to emails sent to them. At this point I am just requesting half of my money back since I received half of the service purchased, but of course still no response. Tough lesson learned.For the record, with the exception of the very first appointment (which I made online, and they had no record of when I showed up), all of my appointments have been made in person or by phone. No excuse to not follow up with clients you have on the books when changes are made.

Another tale of showing up no one here. This is after I tried to book an appointment with someone, they scheduled it (apparently) and then it never existed. I also called and left a voicemail and they cancelled my appt after that which I actually had requested, just showing that they do check voicemails. Then I showed up to my rescheduled appt next day and here we are. No one there no word of anything. Received only 3 of the Groupon purchase dates. Seems like a bad scam. They get you in for a few, then dismiss you.

Had an appointment last week - showed up and the place was closed during business hours with no signage, or explanation as to why it’s closed, calls go straight to voicemail, inbox is full, and I’ve tried emailing and no response?! I’ve already paid for all my future treatments in full so I’m not sure what else to do on how to get information?! Super unprofessional and bizarre.

I had toyed with the idea of getting laser hair removal for about a year. I did my research and priced out some places. I came across Comely Laser Clinic and I was not disappointed! I love the convenient location, and the fact that there is plenty of safe, reliable parking is a huge plus. The office is gorgeous!! The owner of the establishment is very kind and knowledgeable. And Mindi, the technician, is as sweet as they come. She is very welcoming and very professional. I will never forget how nervous I was during my first session, but she helped ease all of my anxiety about the process, and before I knew it, I was very comfortable and relaxed. They are also VERY flexible with scheduling, which was my biggest concern, but I have had absolutely no issues incorporating my treatments into an already crazy, busy schedule. 10/10 would recommend!!

The owner is so nice! I met her a few weeks ago and she welcomed me with a big smile. The location has free parking, which is AMAZING! They also have a very clean office and super cute decor. I have gone in for two treatments and have loved everything so far. My consultant was very educated and talked me through the whole process of a variety of treatments. I felt very comfortable in the space and would highly recommend!

Honestly, I love this place. Such a warm and welcoming environment! Everyone is so nice and patient with me each time I come in! Getting laser hair removal was kind of scary because I thought it would be sooo painful but I literally did not feel ONE thing. I have THE BEST results, I’m literally shocked. Just like with anything, you’re skeptical at first. But trust me guys, Laser Hair Removal at Comely WORKS. If you’re curious about the process but not ready to take the dive consultations are completely free, and you get to test out the laser with a “Test pulse” which I think is freaking awesome!

I bought a laser hair removal package on Groupon and was able to schedule one appointment for my laser hair removal. The day of my 2nd appointment I received an email that morning saying that my appointment had been cancelled. I tried calling to see what happened and to reschedule. That was 4 days ago and after leaving voicemails and emailing Comely I cannot get a hold of anyone. Very disappointing.Responding back to Comely below: I have emailed the office and reached out on your Facebook page. No response back. It is very easy to post on Facebook, your website, or send an email to your clients letting them know why you are closed. When you cancelled my appointment there was no information as to why in the cancellation.

Love love love Comely Laser! The office is just adorable! Not to mention its in such a great area with very convenient parking! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Mendy my aesthetician was very kind and knowledgeable, explained the process thoroughly, and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Comely Laser to ANYONE! Believe me, you wont regret it!!!

Ok guys, hear me out. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like I need too. I sometimes feel like other laser clinics are having people write negative reviews about Comely Laser. I have been coming here for the past 3 months for several treatments and never once, for any reason did I leave dissatisfied. I came here for Laser Hair Removal, facials, and micro needling and everything exceeded my expectations. I’m very satisfied with treatment, and happy I chose Comely after the two other consultations I went to. After having a baby, my skin completely changed and was looking dull! Not to mention, my face had gotten too hairy. Staff was wonderful, patient, and reassuring about treatment. Since my treatments, I have seen significant improvement. Yes, this is an APPOINTMENT only clinic. You need to make an appointment 48 hours before and your appointment needs to be *verified by staff*, it says so on the fine print. You can’t just show up and expect to be treated, a consultation is required, consent forms need to be signed that state the risks of laser, etc, If your appointment needs to be rescheduled for whatever reason (mine did once, because the building had no electricity for a couple hours and I got a free treatment!) If you leave a voicemail, your call is always returned within 24-48 hours. At least it was every time for me. I think people need to realize what the sign up for, and stop complaining without understanding. You come here for the treatments, and they are always perfect, and they always work. I love everyone at Comely, and I thank you guys for helping me with all of my skin issues.

Moved here not to long ago... was nervous about trying out a new laser clinic, coming from Los Angeles where I have been to numerous locations and been disappointed, finding Comely Laser on my first shot was godsend! The staff was knowledgeable and kind, which is most important to me. Thank you for the service and my results are fantastic. My new go to!

Since i’m in the neighborhood, I decided giving laser hair removal a shot. After some hormonal changes I was getting dark, coarse chin hair! It was to the point where waxing was pointless. Initially I scheduled a consultation with Anna and she was so informative and knowledgable about the laser hair removal process. I appreciated her honesty about how laser hair removal isn’t a quick fix, and I need to be consistent with treatments every 4-6 weeks for a good 6-12 treatments in order to see the best results. She answered every single one of my questions and addressed my concerns. She even handed me a post-care sheet. I just had my first treatment and it was so fast and painless I’m kind of disappointed I didn’t start sooner! Thank you girls for being so great!

Poor customer service. Cant call because it goes to voicemail. Tried setting up an appointment on their website and they email me saying those dates are all wrong. They ask if I can do Sunday January 27th I respond asking if they meant the 26th and what time and I have not heard anything since. ITS BEEN A WEEK.Glad I got a response once I put a review.I never said I left a voicemail I said it goes to voicemail. And so yes, I actually did set up an appointment but I guess due to your website being incorrect for scheduling and not saying what days would be best for the treatment I was looking for, you guys emailed me but not following through with the email till now.

I visited Comely Laser to get laser hair removal and I cannot be more pleased with the results! I didn’t feel any pain and was out of there so quickly. The staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming. I love this place!

I went to Comely Laser for microneedling for my rosacea. The owner Anna and the technician Mendy were absolutely amazing! So sweet and welcoming! The location is convenient, the office is super cute and the facial room was very clean! Mendy explained each step she did really well. She did an amazing facial and the microneedling worked even better than I thought it would!!! I will be back very soon!

I can’t comment on their actual skills because I never got to use them. I made a consultation appointment online for 1/29/2020 at 11am and got there at 10:57am and the door was locked. I waited outside the door for about 15 minutes to see if anyone would show up but ultimately left after calling a few times and getting no answer. I’m not really sure why no one was there during business hours, but it didn’t sit right with me, so I won’t be going back.

The staff is great and made feel welcome and comfortable. Love my results.
