I went to this location Sunday afternoon expecting to find the ring that I been dreaming about it, I have a good 10 grand to spend on that ring but unfortunately the only thing I found was the most horrible, cold and unwelcome customer service!My husband, my two girls and I were the only people at the jewelry store & the only thing they do was steering & making us feel like we were nobody!II

Diamonds and ring were great. But getting the ring delivered has been a terrible experience. Its been over 2 months, and I dont have my $8000 ring shipped yet! It has really taken the charm of a new proposal away. The response from the customer service was that it dint pass the quality standards test for the setting we chose, so that would have re-craft the ring. And this is the 2nd time it happened. I wont buy anything ever from BlueNile.

The ring itself is nice so far, but getting it was a Terrible experience I hope to never go through again.The associate at the Mall ordered me the WRONG RING! When it finally arrived (more than 2 weeks after I was told) I saw it was the wrong ring. Customer service tried to blame ME for ordering the wrong thing and then for not bringing it to their attention earlier even though the ring had just been delivered.After a drawn out battle, I finally spoke to a supervisor who was helpful enough in getting the correct ring, but offered little to no compensation for my trouble. In addition, I had to wait ANOTHER two weeks to get the correct ring.My proposal plans were ruined. I was out all the money I spent on a photographer and on the engagement party I had planned. All I was offered a $100 discount on a FUTURE PURCHASE from Blue Nile. What a joke.Save yourself a HUGE hassle and go through a better company who wont ruin your special moment and will actually care if they do.

Got my wifes engagement and wedding band from Blue Nile, and so we often visit this outlet to service them. Whether its for a cleaning, resizing or soldering the two together, the service has been fantastic. And best of all, its all included in the original purchase price. Very happy with my experiences with Blue Nile and would highly recommend them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ONLINE, first time engagment ring shopper what was supposed to be a pleasant experience turned into canclations and reschedualing. Ordered setting and beautifull diamond from them paid in full 2563+$ no payments anything. Got confermation from diamonds arrivale to store and original shipping arrival date may 5th a month after purchase april 5th. May 5th came and no email or text about the ring being shipped or anyrhing relly aside from spam reguarding there sales. At this point i had already called after dimaond arrived less than a week after april 5th to confirm shipping date and it was may 5th to my suprise when i checked the date for shipping had suddenly changed to may 20th without any notification at all on there end to me. If i hadent checked my email and order daily i wouldent have even noticed this change. Anyway cancled order still awaiting full refund, and do have canclation conformation email at leaste the service people where fairly helpfull in getting my refund.

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience working with the team at the Blue Nile store at Washington Square. We both went in knowing nothing about diamond clarities, colors, or even his size! We worked with the team for a couple weeks discussing what we wanted and which diamond that we wanted to purchase. The team was warm and friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about their products and diamonds.We decided to create a slightly different style for our ring setting, which the team was like We can do that! and it came in within a week and it was beyond our expectations! Not only did we get our perfect diamond, but the team was incredibly respectful for our price range. The process could not have been smoother and we are incredibly thankful for how painless of a process the team made it for us! I will 100% recommend all of my friends/family to come see the Blue Nile team at Washington Square!

My boyfriend and I stopped in to try on some rings in anticipation of our engagement. We had a lovely time. There were three consultants on staff while we were in. Two of them attended us and helped us figure out our ring sizes and let us try on rings to our hearts content. They wrote down what we liked and we left very pleased. We will most likely purchase our rings here.The only other reviews have been negative and I wanted to make sure people saw that it is very possible to have a good experience at the Washington Sq. Location.The consultants arent commission based so there was no undue pressure to purchase, which was a relief.

I came in the other day to find diamond as I heard this company was the best. I had found a good diamond and found out there was an actual store. So I went in and the customer service was the worst Ive ever expierenced. An old lady greeted me and was fine at first. After I found a good setting I proceeded to have her teach me about diamonds. I have never been so confused. I would understand and then she would continue to talk and then I would be confused and the process continued for an hour and a half. I would find a diamond I liked and thought was good and she would just say no. She then would point out one that was out of my budget and I persisted to say its too much Id like the other diamond. I felt like was being treated like I wasnt good enough or a second class citizen. It was offensive and Im truly debating her boss because Ive never expierenced such poor service. Especially since this is large purchase I expected more. I came in once more and a younger gentleman helped me and gave me a better diamond than what I wanted and I decided Im going to purchase online instead. Love the company and the other people who helped me at the store but the old lady should be avoided. Youve been warned.
