I am hoping if I do a review I will get a response. I bought a ring to be sized and sent to me over a month ago. Called the store and the person who sold it to me is on leave. The employee told me they would contact customer service and get back to me. I sent an email to customer service and no reply. Just sent a 2nd email. I was told they are running short staffed which is fine as long as I am kept informed. Deciding whether I need to dispute this on my credit card at this point.
Very nice jewelry, I was looking for a wedding band and they had some unique designs, also I like how they explained the Meaning of their color and shape of each ring

My wife and I went to this store before we got married, to look at rings. There are many jewelry stores in this area but we looked here for options. The lady that we spoke to was clearly judging us by the tone of her voice and at some point told us we have cheaper options if you would like to look at them. We mentioned nothing about money, cost, purchase limit, etc. but she made a point to offer us cheaper options before we even found a style that we liked. My wife and I couldnt believe what I heard, and could do nothing but leave the store in shock. I will never go to Na Hoku again for jewelry because this sales person was so incredibly rude.
Had been searching for a necklace to wear on my wedding day for months, stopped by the store and found the most perfect pearl necklace. The prices were reasonable, the woman who helped us was amazing, very friendly and helpful to find something I loved within my budget! Would definitely recommend!!

I went in today to pick up my wifes ring that was sized. They wont give it to me because the repair envelope didnt have my name on it. I bought the ring for my wife, I showed them my ID that had the same last name and address as the repair envelope. I had the customers copy of the envelope. There are rules and policies but sometimes you need common sense and make a judgement call.
