I loved my experience working with Roxanne and Maya at Boly Welch They were both professional and always kept me updated on any developments with work options. I was provided 3 job options and we worked together to find what I would love. They had my best interest in mind as well as the employers which is hard to find when working with recruiters. I definitely recommend working with them. Job searching can be tedious and exhausting but working with them made my life so much easier.

You cannot get a better recruiter than Rosemary Schwimmer and Boly:Welch. Rosemary listened to what I needed and how I envisioned my future. I knew I wanted an in-house attorney position and she provided a pathway for how I can get there. It may not be a straight path for everybody and I was well-educated on my options.Rosemary is a great communicator and responsive. I have had recruiters just not get back to me on a position wherein I already completed my second interview!Rosemarys best skill is her ability to identify a great fit. She certainly found a great fit for me and she found a great fit for four of my old co-workers. After working with Rosemary, I am happy to report that I accepted an in-house position for well above my salary requirement.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Brittney while I was searching for the right job. Her kindness goes beyond measure and is so understanding. She had a vision that I am more than just another employee and went beyond to find the right fit, not only for the potential employer, but something that made sense to me. After coming out of a difficult work environment, Brittney made sure I was able to get a fresh start with amazing people. What stood out to me the most about Brittney is how she cares about people, follows up with them, and is so great with communication when an opportunity is available. Even after helping me as a recruiter, she continues to advocate and encourages me. I truly cannot express my gratitude in words, but I am beyond grateful to have met Brittney and had such an amazing experience with her.

I thought I was doing a good job on my own with my cross country job search but figured a recruiter seeing my resume couldnt hurt anything. Once Rosemary became involved in my job search everything fell into place. Rosemary listened to my professional as well as my personal goals and paired me with potential employers that fit both. Within a week of my first discussion with Rosemary I had multiple interviews set up and shortly thereafter had an amazing new job offer. Rosemary was responsive and attentive. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is amazing.

Brittney Rerecich is amazing. She has a way of making you feel like you are the only person she is working with and makes you feel like youre a star! She really got my personality and understood my hopes and dreams and got me an interview and ultimately a job offer with the perfect place. Brittney was a source of light and encouragement in my career change and job search. She had this spectacular way of seeing the entire version of me finding a position within a company that will welcome me 100%. I have spent the past many years both self-employed and then working from home for my small child. Some recruiters were vocal about this being a major challenge in placing me. With the arise of COVID, I had all but forgotten about my career search. Lucky for me, Brittney had not. Two years after we first met, my face appeared to her on a piece of toast and she called me with a dream job in a dream company. She was not confounded by my wide-ranging employment experience or by my desire to change lanes. In fact, Brittney found my entrepreneurial grit, determination, and curiosity to be my most formidable assets and placed me with a company that requires these precise skills. Brittney is magnetic, positive, realistic, and most generous with her spirit and her time. Two things that cannot be replicated or manufactured.Brittney is special for myriad reasons, and I appreciate that she brings 100% of herself to finding matches. Shes not just a recruiter, or just a career coach...she is EVERYTHING. I trust her implicitly and am grateful beyond words.

I had a fantastic experience working with Rosemary Schwimmer at Boly Welch to find an attorney position. She is a pre-eminent recruiter. And I say this from not only having worked with other recruiters over the course of my career but also having been one myself for a period of time. As a senior attorney having moved to Portland from Canada, I knew there could be some challenges along the way that might make finding a position more difficult for me. Rosemary stuck with me all the way, advocated for me and ultimately found me a position that was a perfect fit for my desired practice area and professional objectives with a firm that was as excited to have me come on board as I was to join them. She has a keen sense of a candidate’s needs and desires from the first meeting you have with her and is truly interested in finding the perfect role for you. What’s more she is she is optimistic, encouraging and supportive and genuinely cares about your success. She prepared me well for interviews, always offered candid information and advice, communicated regularly with follow ups and was always available to chat being very generous with her time. Her network and knowledge of the legal industry are unparalleled. At the same time, when I had come across postings on my own she was always forthcoming in providing guidance and advice about such other organizations or firms, where possible.I cannot say enough great things about Rosemary and am so grateful to her for all she has done and her support along the way! She excels in her field not only due to her experience, skill-set and network but also by bringing to bear a great deal of sincerity and authenticity in the process. The professionalism and attention I received from Boly Welch was unprecedented. I was paired with Brittney Rerecich and she was amazing. Truly a wonderful person, but also truly amazing at her job. I had been laid off for months and had been trying to find another job when I reached out to her. I was so disheartened by the job-seeking experience but Brittney changed all of that. She set me up on multiple interviews and urged me to only take the job that was perfect for me. She really did not pressure me to take any job, and made it clear that her goal was that I found something that I would be happy in and be successful doing. She ended up pairing me with the perfect company - that I now work for and love - and got me the best salary and benefits package. In the end, I found a better job than I had before Covid with a better salary. I cant say enough about what a great experience it was working with Brittney. She was 100% on my team and it showed. Constant run around between my employer and recruiter without any direct communication to me. Another lukewarm agency with no proactivity. Time has been nothing but wasted with this agency. And even though I was placed with a dream remote position with my dream company during a pandemic, it still doesnt amount to the lack of professionalism and effort on their part. Its been over a month since my assignment has ended prematurely and they havent even asked for my equipment back lol. No check in to see how being let go a week before Christmas was, no networking or sending of links for informational 1 on 1s or interviews over zoom to help get back on my feet or restore confidence. I had extremely high hopes about this company. I interviewed with Roxanne, one of the recruiters, about a role that they had advertised that I applied for. I met all of the requirements for the job, offered a comparable minimum salary requirement based on my experience and the average pay for that particular role, and conducted myself professionally during the interview. I scored in the top range on all assessments that they had me take, was early to our meeting, and was kind and courteous to all staff members. As soon as the interview started, I realized that my time was being wasted. Roxanne would ask me a question, and as soon as I started to answer it, shed interrupt me and start talking about something else. I remained professional and attempted to navigate the conversation as best I could, given the lack of tact on her behalf. Regardless, what happened next was appalling. The entirety of our conversation lasted no more than 10 minutes. At about the five minute mark, she inadvertently labeled herself as an ageist and stated that I am asking for too much money for my age, despite the fact that I far exceeded the requirements of the positions that I was applying to. She admitted that my assessment scores were stellar, I acted and dressed professionally, and that I conduct myself well, but then proceeded to state that she cant believe Im asking for this much (i.e. a comparable salary based on the role, requirements, location, and my experience) given how young I am (note: Im in my mid-twenties).I am extremely disappointed that a business such as this one is enforcing such discriminatory practices. To all other candidates - I hope that you are treated far better than I was, regardless of age, sex, gender, race, or ethnicity. Or, at the very least, I really hope you dont have to work with Roxanne. Also worth noting: the guy at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional! The business is lucky to have him!

I worked with Rosemary Shwimmer after being laid off due to Covid-19 at the end of March. I was nervous to be in a such an unknown position, so I gave Boly Welch a try after hearing from a colleague that Rosemary was excellent at her job. After my first conversation, I knew I had contacted the right person; she listens, pays attention, and implements what she learns about you in a very effective manner. In addition, Rosemary was honest from the beginning about the uncertainty in the job market and what I should expect during the search, while at the same time having a positive outlook on my prospects.Rosemary kept me informed with weekly updates and I let her know if I applied for anything off a jobsite (which was mostly done to fulfill the silly unemployment requirements), just so we did not do any overlap during the search. During these updates we would talk about what openings there were and how they did or did not fit what I was looking for and my personality. Finally, after three (3) months of being out of work, Rosemary secured me an interview with a firm in Beaverton. By the time I entered the room to have the interview, Rosemary had provided a such great profile of me to the firm that it painted an accurate picture of me and my skill set. Thanks to Rosemarys guidance, the interview went well and I received the job offer before the end of a week.Looking for a job is a terrible experience on so many levels but looking for one in the middle of a pandemic is absolutely dreadful. Working with Rosemary definitely gave me the confidence I needed during my search and interview process. I absolutely would not be here without her amazing help. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I actually wish I had reached out to Boly Welch sooner than I did. They were really able to hone my application packages and my interview techniques so that when I got a potential placement I was able to really perform and land the job.My primary point person, Rosemary Schwimmer, director of legal recruiting, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She and her staff were always responsive to my inquiries and concerns, and were tremendous sources of support and advice during my job search. I really cannot recommend Boly Welch highly enough.

I am an attorney and have approximately 4.5 years of practice experience. I really appreciate the support Rosemary provided in my own job search. I started working with her in November, and since that time, she has provided me with advice on my materials (e.g., resume), and provided me with a better understanding of what various Portland law firms are like. Most importantly, shes been a great advocate for me and a source of encouragement during my job search, which is always a stressful thing to go through. I 100% recommend working with Rosemary if youre an attorney who is considering making a move.

Fantastic company to work with. The staff is extremely professional and very welcoming. Natalie helped me find a position almost immediately after meeting with her. I was unsure of exactly what I was looking for in terms of career placement and with her guidance and insight I was able to locate a fantastic position at a great company. She followed up with me through out the interview process and even after I accepted the new position. I would absolutely recommend this agency to anyone looking for full time, part time or temporary work.

Since then she has placed another person at my company who is also a good fit and is doing a great job. Sally is also an absolutely delightful person!

Gwen Rudolph nailed it! She helped me to understand what the right fit would be for me in ways that I would not have been able to conceptualize as clearly on my own, or at least not in under an hour. I think a lesser professional may push for short term placement over long term success. It impressed me that Gwen was patient and focused on the relationship even more than the job openings. I would not have fully realized my goal without her and her professional team. Top notch.

I applied for a clerical position in January. Took them until beginning of March to send me the testing material. I pretty much had to demand to be considered. It took me 6 hours to fill out all forms and testing. I waited as per what the website said. I called & was told by HR that i wasnt office material because i am too creative. Too creative. I successfully ran my own out-the-home business for the last 6 years. I wasnt even given an interview. HR changed their mind mid-sentence to schedule with me. I had to take an extended break from being a creative, because the doctors dont want me to lose my bicep tendon. All of this i stated to Boly Welch HR as to why i was looking for a stable clerical job. They didnt even care. The location & staff looked like a blend between too-good-for-you-hipsters and Trendy3rd smashed together. Their decor was mathematical & the rugs look viral/bacterial. Seriously, enlarged imprints of what one would find under a microscope. I tried to look past the creeping feeling of, I was in the wrong place. I believe it takes all types to make a world work. I know, I can blend in & work together anywhere, just look at my resume. But obviously, NOT at Boly Welch. So if you are by chance a rising hipster with at least 2 years in a cubical, not home-business related, or fit the stereotype of suburban secretary, then this place is for you. OH. and they dont accept physical paper copies of anything.

Brittney Rerecich is amazing!Shes super positive and bubbly. She found me jobs I wouldnt have known about, or wouldnt have been able to get an interview for, had she not made sure I got in the door.Even when a job placement or interview wasnt ideal, she always stayed positive and motivated and made sure I did the same. She was always very responsive to my requests (like wanting a different placement from a nightmare law firm) and definitely listened to my wants and needs (type of law, location, long term career goals).I am SO grateful to Brittney. After several temp jobs (which built my experience and gave me insight on what I really wanted in a job), I was offered a permanent position with a law firm that I love!If you show that youre willing to put the time and work in, Brittney will be your biggest cheerleader and will help you way more than you could ever help yourself.

I feel so lucky to have found Boly Welch. They welcomed me immediately and worked WITH me to improve my resume, cover letters, and interview skills. Turns out it IS possible to be prepared and well-armed to join the job market. Jen deftly pinpointed my strengths and weaknesses and prioritized my preferences.I interviewed with Jen at Boly Welch, was notified perhaps the next day of a potential job, had the interview a few days later, and got the job DAY OF my interview. I know that I was very lucky, but even on the lucky end of things? Impressive. Theyre classy, incredibly supportive people who work with classy companies. I couldnt be happier with my placement, they really do only work with the best of companies.I cannot overstate how supported I feel, even after being placed, by Boly Welch (and Jen!) and cannot recommend them highly enough!

They are the best temping agency Ive ever worked with. They get you real work, that utilizes your skills, and they are extremely supportive and professional. They also work hard to find you full time, permanent jobs that match where you want to go. Its still temp work, but comparatively, I have to say theyre the best. This is what kept me afloat for a whole year when I first moved out here. If you have the skills, theyve got work for you!

So far, so good! I am a recently graduated Business major, who took the summer off to travel and is moving out of the country in December. I submitted my resume to them, was called in a few days, scheduled an interview, and met with my recruiter all within a week. Julia is fantastic! She knew I was only looking for a way to make money for the next 3 months and save for my trip, and not an hour after I left the interview, she emailed me with an office job that started 2 days from the day of my interview. I worked that week, told her I wanted another job for the next week, and voila! Another job for the next week.I havent used their direct hire or tried to get anything other than office work, but my experience has been smooth and professional.

Brittney Rerecich is a top tier recruiter. Shes dedicated, diligent, and very proactive. When I started my job search, I was sending out resumés left and right, but receiving the all too familiar, Thank you for applying, but... Then by chance, one of the jobs I applied to used Boly:Welchs services for their screening process. Although I wasnt a match for that particular position, Brittney reviewed my resumé and invited me in for an interview. From that point on, my search felt seamless. After our first interview, Brittney gave me valuable feedback and insight that remained relevant and useful throughout the whole process. As soon as leads would come in, shed contact me (even on her commute home)! Before interviews, shed ensure I was prepared by providing resources or simply giving me a quick pep talk. When a lead decided to go with another candidate, she remained positive and got right back to work. When I found myself between multiple offers, Brittney expertly negotiated on my behalf and spoke candidly about my prospects. She really listened to what I desired in a position and did a fantastic job of matching my requisites to that of the employers. I should mention this all happened within the span of a couple of weeks! Brittneys encouragement and support really felt like having someone in your corner throughout a sometimes trying process. Brittney has been at this for a while; and her network combined with the satisfied clients she has produced means working with Brittney will open doors that may have otherwise seemed inaccessible or very well might have been. Im convinced she is the best at what she does, and I feel fortunate that we crossed paths. So, if youre currently looking for a position in the legal field and arent having too much luck on your own, keep cool and call Brittney!Cheers,JKZ
