Hello! I cant say enough about NW staffing. Ive had a few personal issues over the years, and had to change careers completely. Everyone I have interacted with over the last few years has been amazing, and I have currently been at the job Im at now for almost a year, getting hired full time. I started at part-time, only capable of working 20 hours a week and I now have a job I love, and thats not something everyone can say. I recently had to be out for a week due to an illness, and NW sent an employee to cover my work for a week and I am beyond impressed. The woman who trained him said he caught on like she couldnt believe - and its a woman I trust so I cant tell you how much it meant for me to be able to not be at work but be fully comfortable with the person they sent to help us out. I came back to work on a Monday, and I was caught up on everything. I came back to detailed notes and a spotless work space, as well as coworkers who had good things to say in such a short time. Thanks to you NW Staffing, and you too David!

NW Staffing is a hard-working, reliable, and friendly company that has been an amazing resource for me as a college student. It can be really hard to find work during the short breaks from school, and they have taken all of the stress from that away. I have worked through the Portland branch as well as the Clackamas branch over the past 3 years, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Ive worked at 4 different job sites as of now, all of which I enjoyed, some of which I returned to multiple times. They are super flexible and always willing to help their employees find the right place to work, whether it be temporary or in search of something more permanent. A wonderful company all around, I cannot recommend them enough.

Legal NW has been the agency I have turned to whenever I have needed quality positions. They are very professional, and I feel like they really listen to my needs. Very disappointed in Anneka and this company. I had a great interview with a client of theirs. I have several years experience in law plus a paralegal certificate and great references. She let me know i dont meet the qualifications to be hired by their company but would NOT tell me why. She had zero feedback for me and cut me off short to get rid of me. Their client loved me but she will not tell me what i lack on their end period!

I have worked with NW Staffing since I moved to Portland. I had never used a staffing agency before and I honestly did not know what to expect, but I have found it to be a great experience. Everyone that I have interacted with at NW Staffing seems to really care about matching people with the positions that are right for them and are just genuinely kind people. I was looking for short term work while searching for a career opportunity and NW Staffing did a great job of providing me with short term projects and positions during this time. They also frequently had positions available that had longer term potential at some very good companies had I been interested. Compared to other staffing agencies they seem to have connections to better companies, at better compensation. Id recommend them to anyone searching for something short term or in need of a way in to one of the many solid companies they work with.

Ive been using NW Staffing for about two years as my temp staffing firm of choice.I was introduced to their service by a friend who runs a not for profit research and Taxpayer advocacy think tank. He needed some research done but didnt want to hassle with payroll, so he arranged for me to process my hours thru Northwest Staffing. I submit my time card weekly and they do all the reporting and withholdings.This past October I was looking for something to do and found some other opportunities on NW Saffings web site. These are short term assignmentsfor 4 to 11 hours per shift a few days each week. I decided to give it a try. Depending on the clients needs there is generally a few days to a weeks notice of the assignment; although, it has happened that an immediate need emerges, sometimes the same day.There is also potential for seasonal hiring options as well--which is probably more appropriate for someone looking for a steady gig through the Christmas Season-with the potential to be hired full time. I declined this postion but have a friend who started part time, is now fulltime for the client company and has moved into a lead position with that company.It`s almost like being employed but I can choose to accept only the assignments and hours I want to work--which is very appealing to me. The client employers get me at my best for their assignments (because I want to be there), and I can pursue other volunteer endeavors for non profit organizations with which i am affiliated--on my schedule.If you have accessed my Google posts for retailers, restaurants, and other business, you are among the thousands who have benefited from my critiques which run the spectrum from criticisms to accolades. I feel like they really hustled to find me a job. Took less than a week to find me a decent paying job in a nice office. If I ever end up in Portland again and unemployed I will definitely go back to them. Avoid CSR personnel though they will rob you.
