Arlee in the repair shop is awesome. He repaired my Magnum 2812 inverter at a reasonable price. When Installed it I didnt realize that my remote was not working so I pulled it out and took it to him. He tested it and said it was good and it probably was my remote cord. So he dug up one for me tested it and gave it to me. Installed it and everything works perfectly. My customer was very pleased also thanks again ASE!

We do not understand what happens to you or to the dispatching and shipping personnel. Standard pistons were requested and what we received is a piston that says Standard on the box and has a stamping that is at .25. More care is suggested at the time of dispatch since at the time of returns you simply cheat. Greetings from Venezuela.
