Guard check friendly. Apt 1:15. Start at 2pm. Empty at 2:30. For give me paperwork back is crazy and they take the phone when they wanted. Recommendations drivers if you have another load for Pu,dont come here. Drivers loose hours in these place.

No communication with lumper service .. .5 hours unloading time....ower 40 times trying call lumper and no answer.....bad place with high disrespect for trucking business

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING !! i see the review mostly of truck drivers saying this is bad place loading and unloading, maybe they hire more workers ! they unloaded me less than 2h full loaded trailer ONE CHANCE ONE GOAL 😎

I didn’t experience any problems here. They took me in 90 minutes early ( Thursday at 9 am ) and had me empty within an hr . Capstone thieves were at bay as lumper fee was prepaid by Procter & Gamble. Easy in, easy out.

Guard was exceptional!! Wasnt busy for a 10am appointment.

Dont go there drivers !AVOID5 hr delivery and $400 for 30 pallets!Lazy people, SUPER LAZY and slow!Good luck all.

Reviews are on par. This place is bad. Appt 1200. Arrived 1111. Finally called to go to dock at 1235. But you have to give bill to lumper before going to dock. Get to lumper desk and they are on break till 1300. Empty at 1600. Head to Capstone to pay lumper and I wait another 30 minutes because they were on break. Hurry up and wait. No overnight parking but they have Porta potty.

Worst place don’t go there they put me in dock 8:14 am and now 1:20 pm still waiting for paperwork

They unloaded me in 40 minutes but had to wait another 45 minutes to get the bol. Lumper fee

This place suck they need more workers. I had a load coming from houston tx, coming to this place, had appointment at 8:00 am got out at 12:30. This place will leave a big mess inside your trailer such as cardboard box you name.

Appt was for 1500, on time, yet still not completed after 6 hrs. Capstone is proving to be incompetent as a lumper service.

Take more then 5 hour to unloading

The unloading speed is very slow, and the staff is not responsible for it. I hope that the goods of this company will not be delivered in the future

I’m here for delivery at my appointment time no late but I still wait for 4hours unloading and 1hour for pepper work horrible service not wanna come back again

It is a very dangerous place to work they have no safety Enforcer I would not recommend working there or for the subcontractor Capstone which will short you hours every week
