Ive had less than satisfactory client service from this organization over a span of several years, with only one good career advisor (laid off awhile ago), with less than satisfactory client assistance for job placement help, etc. Organization is less than up-to-snuff, < professional or helpful. It is a waste of time and effort presently, until major reforms and overhauls happen. Sad and very shameful, with NO open facilities to use presently.

Waited weeks for appointment, took day off of work for a less than half hour meeting and all we accomplished wss photo copying my I.D. now Im waiting weeks for another appointment with possibly a diferent person. ????. Didnt want to confuse me with the details and/or possible time limits. Im not an idiot. Could have used some details. If I pass on a job because of school that doesnt come through Im going to be very displeased. No info. Literally none. And a loss of a work day. Way to not have my back and make me feel little and not important.
