It was the best remodeling experience weve ever had. On time, under budget, excellent work, excellent communication. We didnt worry about anything. Peters crew and subs were courteous, quiet and careful. We really appreciated the emails and pictures we received from Peter at the end of each day. We knew exactly what the job status was every day. Peter totally sticks to his schedule. In our case we were fortunate that all materials and appliances arrived in time. I dont think wed ever use anyone else.

Although we had a good idea of what we wanted for our 1927 Mediterranean kitchen Peter Schraner, the owner, and his designer, Haley Stanton, came up with design ideas that took it to the next level. We were introduced to the latest in appliances that would optimize our work area. The cabinets were made by craftsmen and everyone from electricians, plumbers, floor finishers, applicance installers, were of the highest caliber. Peter brought the project in early and even under budget! We have only the highest praise for this company.

Peter and his team remodeled our kitchen then we did our master bathroom. We had them refinish our hardwood floors and put hardwood floors in where we had carpet. We had our banisters replaced and our closets finished. Everyone on the team was professional, courteous and timely. The price was not above and beyond what we expected and they finished on time (some of the work got finish ahead of schedule including two snow days). I highly recommend PNC. They are the only contractor/carpenter/plumbing/electricians/tile/painting/design everything people that I will ever work with.

Almost 20 years ago in 2001 we hired Peter Schraner and Pacific Northwest Cabinetry. What was supposed to be a kitchen remodel with new cabinets turned into a gut of the entire house due to bad wiring. Peter took on the project, did an amazing job with his wonderful staff and subs. Everything was top notch and expertly done. The job has withstood the test of time, and our house still looks great hardly needing any updates or work done on it 20 years later. On the rare occasion that a cabinet door hinge snaps or something on that order breaks, Peter and his friendly staff respond quickly and within a week the cupboard or hinge is fixed. Peter and his team are incredibly trustworthy and reliable. Their work is always top notch. We love doing business with them. Peter and his entire team at Pacific Northwest Cabinetry did a fabulous job building and installing the new cabinets in our kitchen remodel.Throughout the entire process, our expectations were consistently exceeded. Working with their designer, Kelsey, was so easy -- she was able to quickly & precisely modify drawings, provide additional details, and work with other trades (e.g. plumber & electrician that needed exact measurements). The installation team, Aaron & Mike, were top-notch: they showed up on time, were great guys to be with, and best of all are really master woodworkers. The painting team, led by John, were amazing with the quality of caulking and painting being second to none (to my surprise the cabinets were installed as bare wood, and then caulked, finished and painted in place; however, the taping, masking, screening, etc. for over-spray were excellent with zero problems). And at the end of each day, Peter would send an email with photos of the work-in-process, outlining the days accomplishments and work schedule for the next day. Really remarkable customer service and attention to detail.We looked at many alternatives for kitchen cabinets -- from do it yourself to completely outsourced. Pacific Northwest was the best value we found, and certainly the best to work with. I can honestly say Peter and his team are one of the best businesses Ive had the pleasure of ever working with!

Pac NW Cabinetry did our kitchen remodel. We were given a detailed project schedule for 7 weeks of work. The job was completed with superior quality in only 5 weeks. Ive never seen a contractor more diligent or focused on quality and on time delivery of service. Any issues identified during the work were addressed immediately and we were assured would not delay completion. They are rather expensive but worth every penny given the quality, speed and service level. And, the actual cost was very accurate to the estimate so we didnt end up going over budget.

I came down from Seattle and met with them with my parents for the first time. As a construction project manager myself, I thought they were organized and very professional. We put off remodeling our severely outdated kitchen for over a decade, because we couldnt find a company we wanted to work with. IKEA, Lowes, Home Depot associates were all disinterested, and not informative. Private contractors we met were not reliable, even in the planning stage. When I contacted PNWC, Peter Schraner, the owner, returned my call within hours, and they have been the answer to questions we didnt even know enough to ask. I cant praise this company, enough. Haley designed our new kitchen with artistry and attention to how we actually use our kitchen. She was kind, thorough, and endlessly patient. Peter was on top of every detail - when we picked out appliances and countertops, he or Haley went with us, to answer questions and guide us. At the beginning of the work, we got a schedule listing the plan for each day, and they stuck to the schedule. The entire final week was labeled touch-ups, and they finished 3 days early. Peter e-mailed me a progress report and photos every day. Mike supervised the work, and we trusted him completely. You could ask him anything - again with the endless patience. At one point, a new door to the deck had to be removed overnight to be painted. Cesar created a temporary door that was nicer then the original one that was being replaced. Every PNWC crew member did stunning work, and the attention to detail blew us away. At night, they left the work site immaculate. My husband and I stood in the kitchen each evening and marveled at how it came along. The finished kitchen is stunning, modern, and beautifully constructed. This company has our highest recommendation!

I have used Pacific Northwest Cabinetry twice in the last three years. Each time, I had a list of projects added to the main goal of redoing two bathrooms. These projects ranged from installing wooden floors, recessed lighting, room fans, to replacing a deck, and tiling a laundry room floor. Getting all these projects done by one contracter was a real benefit to me. Each time my wife and I felt included in the planning and ongoing process. We had to leave for several days during each project and at no time have we had any security concerns with Peter and his crews. PNWC does a top of the line job and I would recommend them highly.

After many visits to cabinet showrooms and 3 estimates, we were about ready to make a decision. But the quality and the costs didn’t seem to match. We decided to look at Pacific NW Cabinetry and found the quality that we wanted, the professionalism and expertise that we appreciate and of course the value. We received solid Maple cabinets, lifetime guarantee and a design that fit our needs since we both enjoy cooking.The fact that they are a family owned business and have been around since 1964 was another important factor. Talking to the owner, Peter Schraner in their showroom (which was one of the best we ventured into), we learned that their designers would help us design a kitchen based on our cooking style. After a few consultations, they produced CAD drawings for our design that were easy to visualize since we could see the kitchen from overhead and as if we were standing in the middle of the floor looking at the entire kitchen.This all took place in 2013 and the only issue we’ve had was a hinge that came loose on a corner cabinet last week. When a product is guaranteed for life, in many cases it doesn’t mean that the person selling it will respond promptly and take a person off an on-going project to take care of a non-revenue generating issue. And often that business isn’t even around any longer. I emailed Peter and asked him how we could get this fixed. He responded within an hour and said he’d have a crew member out in the morning and asked if 7:30 would be ok. Mike showed up on time and fixed it in less than 30 mins. That evening Peter sent us an email asking if everything was fixed to our satisfaction. I’ve been in and around the construction business for over 40 years and haven’t seen many who exemplify the profession better than Peter.

We were exceedingly pleased with the high quality workmanship that he and his craftsmen provided for us. Peter’s company did a substantial remodel of our kitchen, downstairs bathroom and designed and installed a fireplace and surround about 13 years ago. Most of the work was custom and specific for our house. At the time, we deservedly gave Peter, his crew and subcontractors exemplary reviews. The work and products exceeded our expectations then and now. Thirteen years later, we continue to receive compliments about the work from pretty much everybody that comes to our house for the first time.This week, we called Peter regarding a problem we encountered while trying to replace a dishwasher. One of the cabinet pieces needed to be cut back ¼” to allow the replacement unit to fit. We wanted to know if this was something we could hire Pacific Northwest Cabinets to do and how far out they were scheduled. Peter called back that evening and requested we e-mail photos and a description of what we needed done. First thing the next morning, Peter sent us an email indicating he’d sent out an installer to perform the work we needed and that they’d be there right around 8AM. Seriously, he attended to and solved our issue within 24 hours. We’ve come to learn this is just how Peter does business and treats his customers.I really can’t express how lucky and thankful we remain that we hired Peter and his company to act both as general contractor and to design, build and install all of the cabinetry and related finish carpentry on our remodel. Our experience with PNW Cabinetrys work remodeling our kitchen was very positive. Crystals design services were extremely helpful and professional. Craftsmanship is superb, and the work finished on schedule. Workers presence in our house was friendly, courteous and very considerate. These guys have customer service down to a tee. No effort was too much to provide. We highly recommend their services.It is now three years later. The dishwasher suddenly shifted position. I called PNW Cabinetry, and they had someone out THAT AFTERNOON to work on it. The problem was fixed, along with some minor adjustments to miscellaneous door and drawer fronts. TEN years ago, our kitchen was furnished with Pacific NW Cabinetry cabinets. As a DIY homeowner, my husband was initially reluctant to hire a cabinet company for cabinets. After meeting Peter Schraner, he was quickly CONVERTED. What a luxury it was to visit PNWCs showroom and see a visual rendering of our proposed kitchen remodel. Those cabinets are still lovely. The years have not dulled the joy I feel upon entering our quiet kitchen for that first cup of coffee each morning. I ordered unfinished cabinet doors & drawer fronts in shaker style alderwood. very pleased with the product.

We had our kitchen remodeled in 2011, This past week we started having problems with a drawer that held our heavy pans. A call to Peter and they came out, within the hour, and got it fixed and then checked the rest of the cabinet doors and drawer pulls, All at no charge
