I called today 12:35 and they scheduled me for 1pm. Showed up a couple of minutes early and they were ready for me. All of the barbers were fantastic, great sense of humor, and enjoy what they do. Not to mention, I left with a fresh fade and beautiful design. Definitely will be going back.

Been to the shop once and had a good experience. I did a walk in appointment. The barber I had was decent, but definitely wasnt the best in the shop. Thats the price you pay though when you are new and dont know whos who. Overall it was a great experience though.

Not satisfied at all.. Walked for a simple shape up and 2 hours later I leave without one.. I wasnt greeted or even acknowledged.. I understand people have appointments but at least acknowledge the person sitting in your establishment.. Great hair cuts.. Not so much in customer service.. Which is unfortunate

I didnt have an appointment and they got my son in right away. The young man did an excellent job on my sons hair. Fridays and Saturdays you should probably call first because the young man said its normally busier then. Well definitely be going back.

I found the barbershop online while looking for a good haircut. Although, I waited about 30ish minutes for my haircut- it was worth the wait, my boy Joe did an AMAZING job. The fade was on point BUT! The customer service he provided was far beyond my expectation! I highly recommend Joe for a haircut and Terrell’s barbershop over all. I will definitely be coming back.

These fine people treated me to the best haircut Ive ever had. Terrell was knowledgeable and took his time making sure my hair was perfect. Their prices are also quite low, making them them an incredible value for your money.

I am from Nebraska and have been on the road through the west for the last month so I was getting rough. I desperately needed a haircut but was not sure where to get a black barber in Portland (its actually kind of difficult) but I called Terrell Brandons and Joseph hooked me up! I told him I needed something clean and he did just that, plus he only charged me $17 so I definitely had to tip him! He was a great local to talk to about Portland and I had an overall great experience. Definitely check these guys out.

Professional, clean, and very comfortable place with the best staff you could ask for. My barber, Joe, was awesome; he gave one of the best cuts Ive ever gotten and he was very receptive to what I was looking for. Honestly this is the best place to get your hair cut.

I took my son to get his haircut here and they did a great job, were very nice, and reasonably priced. I will definitely come here again.They are a cash only business though, just an FYI

Waited 40 minutes for my haircut then someone walks in after me and they happily cut him up first, they took forever and eventually I left because It took too long. There is a clear lack of respect for customers time schedule at this place.

I was passing through Portland and got a great haircut from Joe. He was extremely attentive and very good at his craft. I would recommend his services to everyone!

Typical barbershop. I get my hair cut with Joe and he does a pretty good job. I did come one morning at 9:15 and they weren’t open...not good.

Joe cut my husbands hair and beard on our wedding day last Saturday. He looked so clean and handsome! Thank you Joe!!

Bernard is wonderful. Way out of the way for me but worth it. Best haircuts I’ve ever had.

Been going to TBs for the last 10 years now and Bernard has always taken care of me well. I drive all the way from Beaverton just to get my cut here, because they are just that great! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Every time i go in there they incorrectly line me up or they are always taking 3 hours to cut my hair (WHILE IM IN THE CHAIR) and when you explain youre in a rush to a business meeting they take it as you having a problem. If you dont like one barbers cutting style the others are going to over charge you if they know youre not from Portland

Im a professional and chose this place because they take appointments. Two times Ive been here and they havent been close to the time they gave me. The last time I had to leave cuz I have places to be. The most frustrating thing is Joe gave me a great cut the first time but I cant mess with a place that cant keep a schedule.
