Great people. Very helpful. Answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. Took my razor in for the first time sharpening since I bought it and Hunter sharpened it for free, while I waited. He also gave me some tips for keeping it sharp. Im going to take the class on how to sharpen, when I can. They make some of the best straight razors on the market. They are also some of the most beautiful, with excellent quality steel. They have everything you need for shaving, etc. They also have a barber chair in the shop so, I assume you can get your haircut and shave there. I really like the uniqueness of their razors. Mine is pretty standard but I plan to get one of the new ones, eventually.

This place is one of a kind. I have been here many times and they are a wealth of information and are masters of their trade. If you are into straight razors this place is the place to go!

Whats also clear is how much the owners of this space, Portland Razor Company, care about the art of shaving and the experience of a fine shave.Also, this place is way more than just a barbershop! And all of this takes place in a welcoming, beautiful space with decor that includes a 1920s cast iron barber chair and an array of locally made furniture, cabinets, silkscreen prints and shaving equipment.If you value a good shave or haircut, then this place is a must!!

Great service. One on one guidance and tips for improving shave and they do shave demos. Great products. Can be tricky to find, if not sure give a call. They are very friendly.

Great haircut but definitely pricey. I had a lot of difficulties trying to get an appointment scheduled and had to wait 2 weeks. They canceled the day of the appointment without offering to reschedule. Nobody responded to my follow up request for an additional appointment. Very unprofessional.
