I have to hand it to Larry in service, even though swapt busy, he took the time with me on a issue the had been ailing my 6.5 for sometime now. I took his recommendation for an additive and it cleared my injectors of any noise, now my truck is a true pleasure to drive.. keep up the good work.. you guys are awesome!!

I bought a 2021 Pete 389 from them 6 months ago, I came in today with a simple repair need. My driver side window wont go back up. They turn me down immediately and told me to take it somewhere else. Unbelievable

Andy the night parts guy rocks. Runs the parts department at night and is one of the most helpful parts people I have dealt with.

I had a 379 fixed with front hood and panel damage. A terrible job, left bent grill casting in place and used harware washers to shim new headlight assembly, panel seams dont match looked better at the seams before they fixed it. They will decieve you be careful. Had Mobile Fleet in Yakima fix it after they were done. It looks like a truck that was wrecked and badly repaired. They blamed parts, they bought the parts. Stay clear!

This place is amazing. Brandon is a SAINT! Not only did he help me figure out was wrong with my windshield wipers but they saved me about 30 bucks on the relay fuse I needed for them! Definitely the place to go if youre in Portland needing work done on your peterbilt.Side note: parking lot is kinda small if youre going here to have work done, I would suggest coming bobtail.
