I parked a few blocks from this shop and my car wouldnt start. My tow driver recommended this place so I brought it here. I talked to a guy, I think his name is Dan? When I handed him the key he knew immediately what was wrong. Did this key break recently? I told him yes, just today. The plastic casing around the key had broken off after I parked. He told me these hondas have a security feature that dont let the car start without a tiny plastic microchip in the key casing. Luckily I had the broken plastic pieces in my pocket. We duct taped the pieces together and it started right up and I drove away. That little bit of knowledge comes from experience and thats what this shop offers. No wait, NO CHARGE, and I was back on the road. Im glad I followed the tow drivers advice!

They are straight up con artists, they said they fixed my engine mount, BUT DUDNT and charged me 500 bucks all in all, to fix a headlight.

I cannot think of a more honest and dedicated mechanic shop. These guys truly care about doing the job efficiently as well as not charging you the $100 an hour that any major dealer will charge you for repair. These guys will make SURE they get the right parts too. They are not just throwing some junky part in your car, they are throwing in a factory part even if they have to order it in.I have been coming here for over 6 years now with any issues I have ever had without any issues. They will give you honest work every day of the week which is hard to find in mechanic shops these days.Dan is one of the best mechanics around, and he is not going to gouge you for your money. You can thank me later when you need a water pump replaced and you arent charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars for replacement and repair, and then get your car back same day if not, the following morning.

I tried to have them service my RV van and they gave me an honest answer......no. They did work earlier in the year and gave 5 star service.......this is a small garage, butdo honest work and fix only what needs to be done. Reasonable prices too. Taking my Toyota back my next month.

This auto repair shop is wonderful. The staff were easy to work with and I had no doubt that my car would be taken care of appropriately. They did remind me a few times that they are extremely busy so it may be difficult to schedule an appointment, but I had no difficulty for my appointment.

Came in for a window problem, it wouldnt roll up. Turns out it wasnt even broken. But they didnt try to act like it was broken just to fix something and make that money. So I just had them do the oil change instead. But they were very friendly and accommodative, especially Dan. Their prices are the most reasonable youll see for any one job, you can count on that. 5 star guys!!

My Aveo broke down yesterday and I called these guys from the side of the road. I told them I needed a serpentine belt replaced. They quoted me $157.00 to repair it. I figured Well Im sure $157 will turn into $357 soon enough but I needed it done and they were the closest so I went ahead and took it to them. Guy says he over-quoted me and it was only going to be $107.00 instead. I was still skeptical this would not be the final price based on previous experiences.When I went to pick it up the bill was $106.90. They didnt even try to tell me all these other things were also wrong with it. No hard sell. No bullshit scam.They actually did the work for the price they quoted. In fact 10 cents under. A rare occasion. If only all auto shops were like these guys.Will definitely be bringing all my vehicles to them in the future and I suggest you do the same.

Out clutch went out. Took it to this shop and they replaced it. As soon as I drove away the clutch was smelling really bad every time you pull out of parking spot. I thought it may be normal until it fits or whatever... Well it lasted for over 2 weeks so we called them back. After going back and forth for quite some time finally got it back in the shop and they said the clutch was fine. So, nothing the clutch continued to smell, which later I heard is indication for slipping and it would be a problem. So 11 months later the transmission fails and the mechanic I took it to, says the clutch needs to be replaced. I freaked out, I paid $1,400 for the clutch 11 months ago barely went through 11,000 miles, the previous one went through 115,000 miles. So, now the guys are saying that they dont cover normal wear and tear. How do you consider 11,000 miles of clutch as normal wear and tear. The new mechanic already pointed out that wheel shaft has not been properly adjusted, the clutch didnt feel right at all when he test drove the car. It was way too hard and he is not surprised to see it wearing out as soon as it did. So, here we are replacing the clutch again and they are not willing to admit fault and want to shift it on a faulty part, which by the way in the first conversation Mike explained that a faulty part means cracked disk or broken spring, something in those lines, not excessive wear. Excessive wear can be caused by driving habits, wrong installation or not enough lubricant. Well, the driver or the habits never changed so that leaves it to faulty installation. STAY AWAY!!!
