I mean, Ive never written a review online before in my life, but these people are amazing. Super friendly, super accommodating, not pushy at all, and altogether an extremely comfortable experience. I wont get my oil changed anywhere else as long as I live in Portland. Highest recommendations.

Very fast and efficient teamwork. I especially appreciate how they quickly informed me of available services without being pushy. Because of that I accepted to get some new wiper blades. They were done with my oil change and refilled all my cars fluids in less than 30 mins.

I had a good experience with Jiffy Lube on Barbur Blvd. I needed an oil change and the wiper blades replaced on my VW Tiguan. They were very professional and nice. My car was damaged while waiting to get an oil change. They put up a windshield wiper stand with wheels on an uneven surface and it was blown over by the wind into my car.Its been months and the regional manager has been slow boating working with me to agree to the repairs.The store manager John told me the regional manager James Kelly who is responsible in resolving this incident has been on vacation because he has to use his PTO before the end of the year. These guys are terrible at working for the customer and are marching to corporate orders.Never going to any jiffy lube again.

They tried to sell me radiator cap and when i refused to buy from them they broke it and said it was like that....braking other peoples stuff is a great service

Upon arrival I was immediately told that I may not be able to get in..I arrived 30 minutes before they closed, and then once I finally get into the shop another gentleman was expressing doubt in my vehicle.. and it was clear as day that he did not want to work on the vehicle.. I’ve only ever gotten my oil changed at jiffy.. after this experience I will definitely be driving the extra 5 minutes for valvoline.Great service, got me in with no issues.. and no snarky staff. I will never return to jiffy lube.

It’s the ONLY Jiffy lube worth going to in the Portland area!!! Every time I go here for an oil change I am impressed with the service. The employees are nice, thorough, and not at all pushy. Justice took me through all the things that may need some attention on my truck but was not at ALL pushy. They help you without trying to just up-sell and guilt trip you for not buying more from them. Don’t go anywhere else!

Went there to check out their DEQ test.Well charge you $20.00 + deq charge of $25.00. So I went to a DEQ test station, no wait in and out.

Technicians couldnt pop my hood, and put me at the end of a 5 car line. When I got home, I checked my hood out to see if there was an issue, and I popped it open in literally seconds.

I had a really good time at the Barbur Jiffy Lube. The service was amazing and the help was wonderful. Justice guided me through the inspection on my car and when Ava cashed me out she explained everything perfectly and in a way I can understand. I will definitely be coming back for my free top off

They cleaned my windows, opened the doors for me, and were not pushy about additional mechanical services I needed. I will definitely make this place my go to car shop while in Portland. This location cross threaded multiple wheel studs on my vehicle. Upon taking my vehicle back to this location I was charged to replace wheel studs that their employees caused.When putting my all season tires back on, another tire shop located more cross threaded wheel studs that were caused by this location.Steer clear of this Jiffy Lube.

This is by far the most amazing experience Ive had at a quick lube shop. Would highly recommend the barbur jiffy lube to anybody in and out the area. The manager Steve runs a well tuned machine with his crew!

Very friendly and professional. I really liked the outdoor seating area. They also found a rock chip in my windshield that I hadnt noticed and were able to get it fixed. Glad they were able to take care of it before it became a much bigger problem. 5 stars and my gratitude. Will definitely be back.

They do a good job. Its part of their job to sell extra stuff. Theyre honest and dont pressure. They work safely. Theyre friendly too. With the coupons, its affordable too.

Theyre really good at oil changes, upselling on windshield wipers and air filters. But dont let them rotate your tires because they dont tighten all the lug nuts. And when you called them to tell them what the problem is they dont even say theyre sorry

Service was fast and oil change was fine. Advised that I needed a new air filter, but they did not have in stock so they couldnt replace. Installed new wiper blades. Had a tire pressure, tire rotation, and maintenance light on but they had trouble resetting. They advised it would reset in 20 mins which did not happen. Even after maintenance performed, maintenance light still on. Also did a oil flush and that seemed fine. UPDATE: Steve the GM called and asked me to come back and he would look at lights. Because he took responsibility I am increasing to a 4 star.

Every time I go to jiffy lube I am told that I get free top offs (no limit). Stopped by this location for my top off and he said since I already did one this year that I don’t get another one. Why promote it if you’re only getting one per year?I’ve always loved jiffy and they’ve been so helpful! But this one was not.

Service was good but every time I go in, I end needing to reset my entire driving position. I am 6 and the guy that moved my seat was shorter than that. My seat was so far back I could barely reach the peddles. Not sure my seat needs to be moved so you can pull it out of the bay...

I went to Jiffy Lube to get the state emissions test done in order to renew my registration. It was very convenient to my home and they made the entire process so easy! I also appreciate how much care was taken with regard to cleanliness and safety during this unusual time. Thank you so much!

Hear me out. I went there to get an oil change for my car (had a coupon— was already paid for) and then one of the attendants pulls me in and asks me if I would like a rock chip to be taken out as a free service as long as I can show that I have insurance. So because he offered and just said FREE, no disclaimer no nothing, I said sure! Today I get a phone call from my insurance company saying they filed a claim to MY insurance saying that I owe them money... what sneaky snakes!! My insurance called to confirm if this was true and I told them it was not and then my insurance went ahead and denied their claim. These snakes tried to do some kind of backdoor payment and made a fraudulent claim to my insurance! Definitely don’t recommend, and will never use jiffy lube ever again (this experience has lost my long time customer loyalty).

I came for DEQtoo. Roy H helped me and he was awesome! Took care of the emission rest out AND did my deq online stuff for me! As a health care provider with 2 young kids this service saved me tremendous time and hassle. He was efficient, professional and personable. Thank you to Roy H for making my day so much smoother. I really appreciate it. I have told several people to go to you for this service and will bring my cars back for this every time!

Edit after another experience: They broke my glovebox when checking my cabin air filter and didn’t bother to tell me.Called ahead to see if they do Tire Balancing, when they confirmed that they do offer that service I went over. Long story short, they dont offer tire balance at this location.Got an oil change instead that went quickly and clean service. Just wish they had their information straight of what services they offer.

Fast, easy and no wait. Masks and sanitizer supportive. Only thing was testing my wipers left huge dirt smears on my windshield and I could barely see out of it when I pulled out into the sun. A squirt of windex or a cleaning would have really helped. Nice crew as well.

Ive taken 2 cars to this location this week. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and great in finding the right price for the work that needs to be done. I was also advised as to work that needs to be done in the near future!

I have been using the Barbur Jiffy Lube to service my car since 2005 and I wont go anywhere else - Ive even moved out of that neighborhood. Justice Smith was professional, personable, answered every question I had, assisted me in deciding what the car did and, more importantly, did not need on the day of service, managed my expectations as to time of service and price. I work for a Caregiving service that takes care of their clients in their home. So, I travel about 70% of the time. I had about an hour in between clients, so I thought, time for an Oil change.The staff are great and personable. Friendly.However, couldnt work on my car right away. They didnt have a filter. So, the auto parts store, (just down the road) was asked to deliver one. (It took the auto parts store, BTW, AUTO ZONE on Barbur.) An hour and a half. UGH.I was so late and the rest of my day pretty much just fell apart.I blame Autozone

My oil change was good with the exception of the sticker that tells you the next time he was off by 30,000 miles. When I went back to get another sticker it was only off by 2000 more than it should’ve been. It was not the best day for stickers

I paid for a new cabin filter but had to come back to have it installed because they didnt have any in stock. When I came back they didnt believe me so they called the guy who took the order and he insisted that he already installed it. After waiting around and requiring us to get out of the car, they checked the filter and lo and behold it was a dirty old filter, so they finally replaced it (after waiting an hour for someone to drive the new filter over from a different location).We also paid $220 to fix the AC in our car. They got it blowing cold air on the first visit but that didnt last long. When we went back to get the cabin filter replaced, we mentioned that our AC was no longer blowing cold air but they refused to offer any sort of refund or even offer a solution to the problem. As we were leaving, one of the guys said we could go to a specific Jiffy Lube location in Tigard and ask for someone in particular who would be able to look into it... But given my previous experience with the company, I can already tell its not going to be worth my time.I recommend you save your money and schedule an oil change with a local auto shop with seasoned mechanics.

Fast service and these guys are always willing to go the extra mile and explain things if they see something that needs to be replaced or repaired. I like the fact that they are never hard sell to get you to do the work there. Their prices are reasonable if you do have the work done there and they know what they are doing.

Did emissions testing. Only took several min and cost $20. Worth not waiting in line at DEQ forever. They were really nice and even showed me how to renew my registration online.

I am giving 3 stars because the staff were very friendly and informed me of possible internal issues with my vehicle. The issue is when my spark plugs were replaced they were not tightened enough, causing my spark plugs to fill with fuel and engine misfires so ultimately I had to go to another shop to fix the same problem plus others caused by damage. My door handle was also slightly broken but functional and when they tried forcing it, it broke beyond repair and needs total replacement.

Loved the service. Everything was done in a timely manner and the young men were exceptional. Karen Stephens

CAUTION when trusting this place. I will never recommend or step foot here again.I came in to have new tires put on because they suggested I do so. Not even two days later when I dropped my car off at my Volkswagon dealership to have other things worked on I was informed that one tire was incorrectly put on and he could visibly see it with his naked eye. How dangerous could that have potentially ended up? Secondly jiffy lube didn’t even rotate any of new set of tires after putting them on, which is a crucial no brainer to at least tell your customer this service isn’t available! I wouldn’t have even known I needed to get them rotated. And THIRD, the two tires that are meant for the back of an all wheel drive vehicle were placed up front instead.....which runs out the tires that much quicker....perhaps the owner needs to review with his guys how to do a simple tire change, and rotation??!

They did everything they could to bring my costs down, hooked me up with a new windshield at no cost with insurance since I had a rock chip, worked quickly, and even cranked up my heater so I’d be warm getting back into my car on a cold, rainy day!

I visit this jiffy lube often to service my car. They are always friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed that they opened doors for me, even my car door as I left. I recommend stopping by, you will be well taken care of.

Well at this wonderful trip leave today I was treated like a gentleman and a scholar by a lovely lady at the counter and all of the gentleman in the shop. Vanessa went out of her way to bring charm with and personality to a job it seems though and lifeless I appreciate all the people at the shop for their ability to bring the human element to the building that loses a lot of elements that other businesses do.

These guys are great. They always hustle and seem to be in a good mood. Reminds me of Les Schwab. I always come back to this location because they go above and beyond and dont try to fix things that arent broke. You should give them your money.

Usually I am very happy with my experience with this jiffy lube. But after my last oil change the oil change light came on so I stopped back in to make sure everything was ok...the one person checked my oil said it was ok and that I would have to reset my car ...I asked how to do it ......and asked if he could do it since it was their error to begin with...he said he could and at this point I was upset that I had to ask for him to do it It that I said I would go somewhere else and have it done because he didnt seem to want to do it ...guess no money was involved so he wasnt going to take the time ..anyhow was very very disappointed with my experience...dont know if I will go back.

Shout out to the Barber Blvd Jiffy Lube crew! On two separate occasions I had an issue with something with my car door window, and Andrew was able to fix it for me instantly, at no extra charge. I’ve never had a bad experience here to date. Thanks for the help :)
