Bob has been a wonderful friend and salesman to me. He is always glad to help me and every time I visit, I end up sitting down at his desk and visiting for a while. Everyone of his staff is equally as friendly. They have taken care of every need I have had. Whats more they are always trying to get me the best prices they can.

We had car and homeowners insurance for several years through this State Farm office. Katherine is the one who manages the facility. After several rate increases and an enticing quote from another insurance agency I contacted Katherine to see if there were any options to lower our bill and remain State Farm customers. After 3 weeks of waiting for a response we decided to switch insurance companies. When my wife called to cancel Katherine was extremely rude and unprofessional about the process. She said, Happy appendectomy! Getting insurance online is like getting an online lawyer to represent you in court! and closed the conversation by saying sarcastically, I wish you well with them, I really do. I have no idea what her problem is or why she thinks its appropriate to be so sarcastic with a customer but I wish her well, I really do.
