Great insurance company for mult-iline insurance products.
They dont operate in the clients interest I stoped doing business there as a result of there attitude

They forget about you and when you leave a voicemail for them to call back they don’t call. They need to work on customer service. I feel I shouldn’t have to go down there and personally just to ask them to do something that should be done over the phone. More issues update!! This company told me I can freeze my acount during COVID 19 stop payments so when I started my business up again they wanted to charge me almost 500 right off the bat to continue!! Wth why would I pay for a service that’s not being used so they said we can cancel your past payment but you must sign before the 8th and I did sent via email well guess what happened!!! Of course they still canceled the whole policy then they said your left over payment will be sent in the mail 🤣 so I got that in the mail then two weeks later I get an email saying I’m over due on payment so why didn’t they just use the payment they sent me in the first place.
Very difficult to work with when it comes to workers comp
They dont even admit when they mess up no one takes responsibility
Cross insurance has the nicest people working for them they walk you through everything and insurance and life insurance its a great place to deal with
The customer service is excellent
