This is my third State Farm agent in the past 15 years. This is the only State Farm Agency (of the three I have had), that I can speak with the same rep. Every Time I call. This has made all the difference for me. I really appreciate the Tiffany Kim reps that work there!! (My first State Farm agent began growing and growing, I could never speak with the same agent anymore AND each rep. would keep trying to Upsell me something and were Very Persistent about that (I was Not comfortable with this tactic at all). After this happened a few times with that agency, I decided to move on to a different State Farm insurance agency) It has made all the difference for me.

I had my insurance with State farm 6 years ago, and Tiffany Kim has been my agent for 5 years now. Agent and the staffs will do their best to give you an answer for your concerns or insurance needs, even though pricing might not be the best you could find out there, but for the service level that you get and a team that will reach out to find a solution for you, this totally worth it.Sometimes with insurance, you dont find out who has the best service until you have a claim, and I could say State Farm in general and this agency in specific is a great example of that.
