Horrible experience, Victoria and Amber are unprofessional and should not be in the customer service industry. I normally don’t like to leave negative reviews of small businesses but this experience was bad enough that I do not believe Amber should own a business.I noticed my rate had gone up about $40 a month when it was renewed and I called to ask why this was. I could not get a straight answer out of either of them, and when they had repeatedly dodged my question and I began to get frustrated, Victoria told me she can’t handle when people talk to her with a stern tone and she could not help me, she said she would just be canceling my policy because “she didn’t want to deal with me”. She then hung up on me mid sentence. Her attitude was that of a high school girl, rather than my agent trying to help me figure out why there was so many changes with my policy.Don’t expect to get help from these ladies at the agency, all of them are more concerned with making a sale and never answering again than doing their job. After purchasing my insurance from Victoria it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone from O’brien Insurance Services. They’re just there to make a quick buck from the Toyota dealership. Not to mention I was being overcharged for 4 months because she “forgot to save my information in the system”.If you do not like being scammed, dealing with a horrible attitude and condescending women when you ask simple questions, literally go anywhere else in the city.
I sent Amber Hannon multiple emails asking her not to renew my policy, which she ignored resulting in my annual policy renewing via autopay. When I followed up with Amber to let her know Id found a better policy elsewhere she continued to ignore my emails. After 3 emails over 2 weeks and multiple calls to her office to request a refund I have still not heard back nor been issued a refund. At this point I am being forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Completely unprofessional and pathetic, Amber.
Everyone I have interacted with has been a complete delight! I am loving Allstate. Victoria and Corina have just been incredible. I can’t imagine using any other insurance or any other agency. I’ve had Geico, State Farm, Farmers and progressive and Allstate has been bar none the best company to work with
Do not trust Victoria Hall. All I asked for was a quote. And the next day my home owners insurance was canceled and I had a new policy with Allstate. At first I was OK until 12 months later they canceled me and now I’m unable to get homeowners insurance through another company. Victoria Hall and her manager Amanda won’t return my calls and in an email they tell me how sorry they are but it’s not their problem or fault. I never signed up for this all I wanted was a quote. And now I’m stuck looking for homeowners insurance. Do not trust these people
OBrien worked with me when I had trouble with my finances. Ill stick with them, they treat you as a person and not just a number. Ive checked around and find them more affordable than any other company. Its the best deal all around.
The manager at this location is the worst person to deal with, she messed upour policy and bank account, they charged us 3 months for a car that we not longer have, knowing that we didnt have the car no more, anyways... the good thing for us was that we have proof of everything and that we know that she was wrong....hopefully will get our money back.
Agent Corina Gonzalez used my personal information to sign me up for a policy I did not agree to. She then lied to investigators in writing saying that I misunderstood the policy. All so she could make quota with the 7-day sign bonus. The falsified policy left me without insurance for a week!Filed a report with the Insurance Commission. Allstate lost a 10 year customer because of the corruption present at this office.As for Agent Corina Gonzalez, do you understand why using peoples personal information for a falsified policy is illegal? You must, otherwise you wouldn’t be trying to cover it up
Awesome service, and attention to detail, but mostly the patience to deal and help in every way they can. I’ve talked to or felt with at least three different staff, and have always had the same great friendly and helpful energy.

Purchased a Subaru and was ensured by the agents that the transition to Allstate would be simple, and comprehensive. It has taken more than a month for Allstate to set up coverage cancel previous policies and provide a declaration of insurance to the loan provider. None of these steps were done without a phone call to prompt their action. We agreed to switch because the agent ensured us that all would he handled from their end. Very disappointed. Do not let a couple of dollars sway you to make a decision that will cost much more of your time in the long run.
It was a great experience I was able to give them money they gave me a higher amount of renters insurance but told me that I could not insure my electric bicycle I dont understand that when they have all kinds of stuff that runs off batteries that they already Ensure
Three months after canceling my RV policy I received a letter from the Credit Collection Agency regarding a balance due on my Allstate account. During the cancelation process, this agency never attempted to contact me about the remaining balance or even informed me that I would be required to pay for the full duration of the RV policy after cancelation.After the way this was unprofessionally handled, I will no longer advise anyone to insure through Allstate.

Staff was nice but the prices they were so confident about were much higher than USAA. Seemed like there was some pressure so that I wouldnt check with other companies but I am glad I did.
Very disappointing customer service. I received confirmation about a rate and method of payment. They admitted that they made an error that caused my payment to go up; nevertheless, they would not honor the original rate.
I had called to get insurance. I was under the influence that the money for the insurance was going to be taken out of my account on the 15th due to the fact I get paid on the 10th of every month. They ended up taking the money out of my account on the 5th which cause me to not be able to pay rent on time now I have to pay an over due fee of $500 and every draft fee of $100. I just wish they would have better communication or at least call the person they are taking money from to let them know and see if they have the funds in there account to be taken out instead of automatically taken out. From them doing this it has made a big financial bump in my bills!!!
Service has been great, Victoria Hall has been very helpful with my account. I have auto, moto, home and rv through their office.
