They made it really simple to find the best quote and coverage for my car me and my car. We were on the phone for no more than 20 minutes which was amazing. Irene was great! We joked around and had some good laughs through the process while keep it professional.

First let me say that I have been a long-time rent insurance policy holder for State Farm since I ever needed one (5+ years).When I moved to Portland, I was in need of an insurance policy so that I could get my first rental in OR state. I literally had 5 days to do the paperwork and send the new policy to my new landlord. On top of that I had started a new job that same week, was couch surfing at a friends and, well, it was chaotic to say the least.I emailed the office to inquire about how to add a new policy and all the requirements needed in OR. Someone responded promptly, greeted me cordially, and walked me through all the steps and surpassed all my expectations. That person is Irene Estrada she is a gem!She not only helped me get all the paperwork ready to just sign, she assured me that everything was going to be ready on time and answered all my concerns. We do quite a bit of business with State Farm products and one that I wasnt aware of until recently was Auto Loans. My family was in need of a new to us vehicle and we found the service of the Kondos Agency to be fantastic. With some traditional loan products it can be impossible to purchase a used car from a private seller, but this was a welcomed option with SF. Furthermore, I thought pursuing this option would be rather complex. Instead Dimitri got us squared away quickly and helped us purchase our vehicle in a tight window of time. Lastly, the service was astounding. Dimitri went the extra mile to square away our loan and his staff followed up efficiently regarding paperwork and insurance. Through it all we appreciated the personal touch and support.

Ill probably be sticking with this guy for awhile. Ive found that hes low pressure, knows his stuff, and almost always has the best rates and coverages. There was one instance where a competitor basically offered me a lower deductible on my earthquake insurance- Dimitris advice was to go with the other guy. I was pretty impressed by this... he didnt try to b.s. me into buying a more expensive product. This tells me hes interested in keeping my business for the long-term, rather than making the quick buck. Just seems like an overall honest dude who likes his job.

Never met Dimitri Kondos nor ever spoken to him. He could perfectly be a fictional character or something for all I care. It dont matter though, he has a team of fellows who will do just about anything to get you up and running:I went out on a camping trip to find some bike trails out in the pacific north west, like 7 hours away from home and anyone I know. After a hard 5 hour magnificent ride, hungry and dehydrated, I got back to my car to find out I had dropped my keys somewhere in the mountain. Awesome! The next 10 hours were a roller coaster of events and hopelessness, until I came across Steven (thanks for picking up my case man), Julianne and Nicholas from State Farm. Together we found a way to get me a new key before the end of the day (which by any means was an easy task). I felt as I had my whole team of assistants backing me up, and the whole mess became an unforgettable experience. Somebody please give those guys a medal! They were the only ones who accepted to help me, and for this I will always be grateful. Ill give them a 5 star rating.

I have been with State Farm Insurance for more years than I would like to admit to and during that time have had several agents service my account. Although Dimitri hasnt been my agent very long (relatively speaking), he and his staff have serviced my account quickly and professionally and made me feel like more than just a series of account numbers. He has also widened my view of State Farm as not only an insurance company, but also a full service financial institution. Dimitri was great to work with and was able to increase my coverage while lowering the premium for my business policy. After doing a review of my personal coverage he noticed that USAA did not removed the coverage for a house we sold years ago which I was still paying for. I couldnt ask for a better agent than Dimitri. Weve had State Farm insurance for a while (car, rental, life) and when we decided to buy a house we realized State Farm Bank offers mortgages as well. After shopping around a bit, we found that their rates and terms are really competitive. During the purchase process, Dimitris attention really kept things moving forward. I cant recommend them highly enough.The short version: They do insurance and banking. Theyre super nice. They actually HAVE customer service and are good at it. They offered more services but didnt try to hard sell me or push anything I didnt want. The whole process for both the loan and car insurance was fast, flexible, and thorough.The long version:The customer service mindset that they have was so refreshing after dealing with banks and other insurance companies that made me feel like a burden rather than a customer. I had gone to my credit union and banks that denied my request for a $5000 loan because I havent been at my current job and apartment for more than a year. (Because god forbid you ever move to a new state or make a career change and want to buy a car). Before, I was having a very terrible and stressful experience and stressing about getting the loan for a car I wanted to buy on Craigslist and Janae lifted all that stress off my shoulders. We handled all the logistics via email and phone. Then the next day I stopped by the office to sign paperwork and pick up the check for the Craigslist person (I was in and out in 45 minutes)The loan process was so easy and stress free. I got a GREAT interest rate around 6 or 7%. Im a 24 year old so my credit history is short, and I have student loans (that I always pay on time). That alone made it near impossible to get a loan from a bank or credit union, but it wasnt a problem at State Farm. They were my last effort at getting a loan and I was actually surprised when Janae emailed me a few minutes later saying I was approved. It included loan protection so if the car gets totaled, I dont get stuck paying a loan on a car I cant drive.The insurance was even easier and I got a better quote than Geico and Esurance gave me. It was all online, but instead of filling out a form I was emailing a real person. (sidenote: Janaes email etiquette is great and it was nice to email a person not a machine) I also like having the loan and insurance in the same place so I dont have to worry about miscommunication between my bank and insurance company or one trying to get money from the other (because theyre the same!)So far, I couldnt be more satisfied with the service I received from Janae. Im happy to have such a positive experience starting out with my first vehicle purchase and insurance without my parents.
