I could not be happier with my experience at Fix Auto on Burnside. Over the course of my car repair I spoke with a number of different people who were all friendly, professional, and courteous. My car window was fixed more quickly than anticipated and the whole process was incredibly easy on my end. Then, my expectations were well exceeded when my car was returned to me washed and cleaned. I was blown away!I wholeheartedly recommend going to Fix Auto and am reassured on where to return if I am ever in need of car repairs. Special thanks to Chad for facilitating my repair process!

I went to three repair shops recommended by my ins. co. USAA. The folks that gave me estimates at the first two shops were young guys dressed like bankers and spent more time in their cubicles at the computer than they did looking at my car and talking to me. The manager of Fix Auto Brian is a real car guy and really knows his stuff. I could see that his hands were working man’s hands, his clothes were shop clothes, and he spent a good deal of time going over my car, discussing potential outcomes that might arise after they took the car apart to work on it. It took two weeks for them to get the car into the shop because they were booked out but it was worth the wait. I took the car in on a Wednesday. He called me later that day to tell me that they had ordered the parts and that they should be in early the next week. My car was done on that Monday. They did a terrific job. My sister and I have now used them and we would both recommend them to any one.

My wife was sideswiped while parking nearly 100 yards from the store entrance. Black car. And a pos managed to hit it.FIX made the damage “disappear” which with a new black car isn’t that easy.Good job well done.

Fix Auto was my life saver! My car window was smashed which resulted in a broken appliqué and paint chipping from the rear door. I called almost immediately and informed them of my situation and they were nice enough to let me come in right away without needing an appt. I met with Brian and he quickly inspected the car and told me that he can work me into their already busy schedule (booked for a month!), since it was going to be an easy fix. I at the time had a rental reserved with Hertz on the west side but since Fix Auto works closely with the Hertz near their shop, he made a quick phone call to them and was able to switch my reservation over to their location for convenience! In addition to that, he drove me to Hertz himself so that I wouldn’t need to find a ride there. It took 2 weeks to get my car back only because they were waiting on some parts but the final outcome of the fixes EXCEEDED my expectations. It was a stressful situation but Fix Auto made all the difference in terms of customer service and quality in their work. I recommend this shop to anyone!

Like many unfortunate people I was a victim of catalytic converter theft. Fix auto facilitated a tow truck, replaced my cat and added a metal security plate to deter future theft of the catalytic converter. They received my car Monday evening and had it ready to go noon on Wednesday. I was super pleased with quick turn around and the full service I received. They even detailed my car for me. Two thumbs up for this shop and it’s staff.

I had a bad scrape on the side of my Acadia and took it here to get fixed. The estimate was quick and the quote very reasonable. After drop off, They sent me regular updates. The finished work was excellent quality and they delivered on time. They also cleaned my car inside and out which was a nice extra touch. Friendly and efficient staff. Very professional, start to finish. Highly recommended!

Communication was unclear when it came to insurance coverage and rental. However the actual work was spot on.

I am very impressed with the workmanship and quality guarantees at FIX Auto. They were very professional, (not chatty but friendly), arranged my rental car, kept me up to date on my repairs and were happy to work with my insurance estimate.The panel near my passenger door was hit by another car leaving two dents that caused my door to not have full movement. The repairs are like new and my car door opens normally!FIX also vacuumed and cleaned my car- which was not an easy feat- as I have a Jack Russell Terrier who sheds horribly AND I had plenty of sand in my car from taking my dog to beaches and parks. Thank you for doing an excellent job on my Honda CRV!

Fix Auto did a great job getting my Civic fixed up after some lumber hit it on the highway! Paint and body work looks brand new, and the staff was helpful in person and over the phone.

They completely restored my 2020 Elantra to pre accident condition and the car was clean when I got it back.

Fix is clean, observant of COVID, friendly. Prompt service and got my repair done ahead of schedule by a whole day. The detailed my car! It hasn’t been this clean since I drove it off the dealership. The repair appears to be top-notch. My only complain is they have an automated text system that was inaccurate and the progress reports were freaking me out because they said my car would be on the shop an extra week. They really need to turn that off or fix it. Highly recommend Fix.

My mechanic, Honest One Auto, recommended Fix Auto after I was in a collision. I had to have body work done to repair my fender, bumper, and headlight after an accident, which ended costing around $2,575.Fix Auto was very patient and accommodating while I tried to sort out things with insurance, and they actually let me keep my car in their shop for free for three weeks before I was ready to go forward with repairs.I mostly worked with Brian during the course of my repair, and he was great. He took the time to walk me through the estimate so I understood why each thing was needed. He was really clear about what to expect, which made me feel very comfortable.Fix Auto was accurate with their estimated cost and repair timeline. After I asked them to go forward with the repair, I had my car back in about a week. I was also pleasantly surprised when my final repair bill was actually ~$100 lower than the initial estimate, especially since someone there had explained to me ahead of time that it was very common for little things to come up that could cause the final bill to be higher than expected. So that was really nice.They also washed my car and vacuumed the inside, which was a nice cherry on top for everything else, and they gave me a certificate guaranteeing their work.All in all, it was a very positive experience granted the circumstances, and I’m glad that I went to them for my repair. They were really personable and worked with me, and I never felt like I was being nickeled and dimed - quite the opposite. Thanks for fixing my car, guys!

Awesome experience! Someone shattered my window and my insurance recommended Fix Auto. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did they repair my window flawlessly, they vacuumed and cleaned my car so I didnt have to spend hours trying to get all the broken glass of the interior. Awful experience have to take my Forester back for the 4th time to get the corner of the bumper reattached. I wouldn’t complain but I work 6-7 days a week and I don’t have time to keep on going back to drop off the car or have them look at it. I even asked them to come and take it, I have other vehicles I don’t care keep it a week but nope can’t do. I have to waste another 2-3 hours on this but I guess they will give me a ride back if I ask.

This was easily the smoothest and quickest repair experience I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and professional. They kept me informed about the progress of the repair and even cleaned/detailed the interior and exterior of my vehicle. I would absolutely go to them again and will recommend them to everyone! Fix Auto Repair did an awesome job on my collision repair for my Hyundai Elantra. They did all the billing directly with my insurance company except for my deductible. They checked in with me a few times while the repairs were happening. They detailed the ever-loving daylights out of my car before they gave it back to me and it looks almost brand new in the areas it was repaired and also the interior and the wax job. Amazing. Ive used Fix Auto before on other cars and I will use them again.

Second time our family has used this Fix Auto location for collision repair. Good communication with us and very efficient. This is an Allstate approved shop so they dealt easily with the insurance claim we had with the other party who caused the damage. Definitely recommended.

My car was vandalized by someone spray painting over the side and hood of it. I took it in expecting it to take a few days and a hefty bill. They ended up fixing it in less than 30 minutes and waived the charge. Super friendly staff and they did great work. The car looks good as new. Recommended by insurance company for suspension damage. They normally deal with body work, which I did not need, but they worked with another local shop to get things fixed, keep the costs down, and minimize my time with a rental.

Very professional. Brian was my in-person contact, coming and going. Damage was repaired in minimum time - like new! In addition, my Buick LaCrosse was returned super clean inside and out, better than done any of the car wash places in Portland. My wife joked that maybe we should get the car damaged once in a while so it can go through the cleaning services at Fix Auto.

Fix It lived up to their name. My car had some damage from a hit-and-run. In two days, Fix It had it looking like nothing happened.

I usually don’t leave reviews but if you’re a woman don’t go here! I got a quote and the man was condescending and rude. His quote was twice as much as another place I was quoted (the only reason I didn’t go there is they don’t have availability for a few weeks). He was trying to up-charge and mansplain to me what needed to be fixed even though I know he was incorrect because I had already gotten it looked at. He was also rude about me wanting to pay out of pocket probably because he knows he can scam your insurance company. So don’t waste your time!

The repair looks great and the car was all cleaned so it sparkled inside and out.

I had a 10 out of 10 experience with this company. Brian was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. My Jeep was finished 2 days early from the estimated date and was picked up clean both inside and out passed my expectation. I would absolutely recommend!

Great service and communication.Bryan helped me from start to finish.He gave me notice of what was being done, the slight 1 day delay due to finding other issues, and they started work on it within a day of dropping it off.I know my view may be a bit skewed due to insurance covering most of the repairs, but I saw nothing wrong with their pricing and labor.Anything that was quoted to be fixed/replaced was done so and in a complete manner.I cant see any issues with their paint and it blends in well.There were a couple little things I noticed they did that had nothing to do with the repair but made the car look more put together.They even went out of their way to fill the washer fluid and clean/detail the inside some.Thank you much guys. Was sent here by State Farm after someone hit my car. They were booked for weeks but fit me in because were not from the area and were only gonna be in town another week. They had it done quickly and made my 2015 jeep wrangler look brand new again. They even vacuumed the inside! I couldnt be happier with the job and device they provided.

Got my bumper replaced here after I got hit and I was so impressed by how fast and easy they made the process. The insurance had everything set up when I made the call, Fix Auto got me scheduled for an initial estimate the day after my call, the appt was about 10 minutes total, very quick and seemed like a reasonable price to me. When I got the work done they called the car rental company for me to pick me up and I was told 4 days and my car was done by the end of the 2nd day I believe. Great service.

We’ve needed, usually hit and run, repairs many times over the years. And this group of pros has come through repeatedly. Always with factory parts and tech and so far never a return for any after repair repairs. Knock on wood.

Took my vehicle here after some idiots tagged it. I was just expecting to get an estimate to have it repainted.The manager suspected the paint used in the tag was junky enough to come off with some elbow grease, and he was right. Several guys worked their butts off to remove the tag. I think it took about an hour of scrubbing, and they wouldnt even let me help. Awesome customer service! Thanks!

I stopped in for an estimate for removal of spray paint grafitti from our TeamLogic IT vehicle. The receiving service attendant, Chad, immediately tried the solvent he thought would do the job and, since the paint came off easily, he just finished the job on the spot, no charge. Thank you. I was thinking this was going to be a time consuming and costly fix.

Service is awfully slow here. Whoever answered the phone, believe his name was Pat was very condescending.

Um. Not happy after spending $3k. I would go elsewhere.
